Abstract
A presente invenção diz respeito a um processo para a deposição de biomateriais em superfícies envolvendo a configuração de áreas com diferentes tensões superficiais à superfície de substratos com elevada repelência a água, através de tratamento que aumente a molhabilidade, como por exemplo, irradiação ultravioleta e ozono ou plasma. Um outro aspecto da presente invenção diz respeito aos substratos compreendendo áreas com diferenças de tensão superficial, que apresentam características específicas e controláveis de molhabilidade, úteis para efectuar a deposição controlada de soluções de biomateriais, confinados nas regiões molháveis permitindo a sua manipulação e análise individualizadas. Um terceiro aspecto da presente invenção diz respeito a produtos ou artigos compreendendo biomateriais depositados nos referidos substratos.
