S203: 将所生成的业务请求发送至移动终端。
在本实施例中数字电视接收终端与移动终端之间可通过蓝牙、 WIFI
( wireless fidelity, 无线保真)、 红外等短距离通信协议进行通信, 也可通过移 动无线通信协议 (例如: GSM ( Global System for Mobile Communications, 全 球移动通讯系统)、 CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access, 码分多址)等)进 行通信, 例如,数字电视接收终端可通过发送短信的方式发送所述连接请求及 业务请求至预先绑定的移动终端中。
更进一步地, 所述移动终端转发所述业务请求至所述业务服务器的步骤 S300具体包括:
S301 : 移动终端接收、 解析所述业务请求;
具体地,移动终端接收所述业务请求后,将业务请求中携带的数字电视接 收终端的身份认证信息、业务服务器的网络地址信息以及业务需求数据进行分 析,判断需为数字电视接收终端提供转发业务请求的服务时,向用户进行提示, 是否进行转发服务, 并接收用户返回的确认信息, 若转发, 则进入步骤 S302, 否则退出, 向数字电视接收终端返回失败消息。
S302: 根据所述业务请求中携带的业务服务器的网络地址信息,与相应的 业务服务器建立通讯连接;
具体地, 移动终端可通过 GPRS或 3G通信网络与业务服务器建立通讯连 接;
S303:将所述业务请求中的数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息和业务需求 数据转发至所述业务服务器。
更进一步地, 所述业务服务器处理所述业务请求, 生成相应的业务数据, 将所述业务数据打包成传输流推送至所述数字电视接收终端的步骤 S400具体 包括:
S401 : 所述业务服务器接收、 解析所述业务请求;
具体地, 业务服务器接收所述业务请求后,将业务请求中携带的数字电视 接收终端的身份认证信息以及业务需求数据进行分析,判断为需要为数字电视 接终端提供互动电视业务时, 则进入步骤 S402, 否则返回失败信息至移动终 端。
S402: 对所述数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息进行验证,若验证通过则 处理所述业务请求, 否则返回出错信息;
S403: 根据所述业务需求数据, 生成相应的业务数据;
具体地, 业务服务器要根据业务需求数据, 判断需提供何种互动电视业务 (例如: 通过业务需求数据中的业务 ID号以及其他相关信息进行判断), 然后 将该互动电视业务中与数字电视接收终端的业务请求相适应的数据生成业务 数据。
S404: 将所述业务数据打包成传输流;
S405: 通过单向数字电视网络推送至所述数字电视接收终端。
具体地,在推送业务数据之前, 业务服务器会根据当前网络带宽的实现剩 余情况, 为业务数据分配相应的频点, 若当前网络剩余带宽较大, 可以为业务 数据多分配一些频点来发送所述业务数据, 否则少分配一些频点。
具体地,业务服务器通过数据轮播或对象轮播的方式推送所述传输流至数 字电视接收终端,数字电视接收终端需在业务服务器规定的有效期内接收所述 传输流, 否则, 超过有效期后, 该业务数据传送失败。 ( Cable )传输、 地面传输或卫星传输介质。
更进一步地,所述数字电视接收终端接收及处理所述业务服务器推送的业 务数据的步骤 S500具体包括:
S501 :所述数字电视接收终端锁定所述传输流的频点,接收所述业务数据; S502: 处理及显示所述业务数据。
为进一步使用户可存储接收到的业务数据, 在所述步骤 S502之后还可包 括步骤 S503: 根据用户的存储请求, 存储所述业务数据。
以下再通过一具体应用场景详细阐述本发明实施例。
用户 A若需要点播某部电影 F,则通过遥控器在数字电视接收终端展示的 用户业务请求输入界面中, 选择需要的业务"影片点播", 并选择或输入相应的 影片名称 F, 然后点击确定。 数字电视接收终端获取到用户发出的点播电影 F 的请求指令后, 则生成相应的业务请求, 并与用户的移动终端建立通讯连接, 将所述业务发送至用户的移动终端中。
移动终端收到所述业务请求后, 进行解析, 向用户发出是否转发业务请求 至业务服务器的提示信息,若用户点击确定,则向业务服务器转发该业务请求, 否则退出。
业务服务器收到该业务请求后, 进行解析,从视频服务器或数据库中查找 用户请求点播的影片 F, 然后打包成传输流, 通过事先分配的特定的频点, 将 影片 F推送至所述数字电视接收终端。
数字电视接收终端锁定该特定的频点,接收传输流, 进行音视频编解码处 理后, 播放所述影片 F。
另外, 如图 2所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种数字电视接收终端, 包括控 制模块、与控制模块相连的锁频模块、 与控制模块相连的用于与移动终端通信 的通信模块、 与控制模块相连的音视频编解码显示处理模块;
所述通信模块与移动终端建立通讯连接;
所述控制模块生成需向业务服务器发送的业务请求,通过所述通信模块发 送到移动终端; 所述业务请求中携带有数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息、业 务服务器的网络地址信息以及业务需求数据;
所述锁频模块锁定所述传输流的频点,接收所述业务服务器推送的业务数 据;
所述控制模块控制所述音视频编解码显示处理模块处理所述业务服务器 推送的业务数据。
更进一步的, 为方便用户存储接收到的业务数据, 本发明实施例的数字电 视接收终端还包括一控制模块相连的存储模块,用于根据控制模块的控制存储
所述业务数据。所述存储模块可为内置于数字电视接收终端的硬盘或闪速存储 器, 也可以是通过与数字电视接收终端通过 USB ( Universal Serial BUS, 通用 串行总线)等接口相连接的外置存储器。
本发明实施例的数字电视接收终端的具体工作原理及实现流程在前文已 有描述, 此处不再赘述。
在本发明实施例中,数字电视接收终端包括但不限于机顶盒、 网络协议电 视(Internet Protocol Television, IPTV )、 数字电视一体机等具有接收数字电视 功能的终端。
如图 3所示, 本发明实施例提供的移动终端, 包括控制模块、 与控制模块 相连的用于与数字电视接收终端通信的第一通信模块,与控制模块相连的用于 与业务服务器通信的第二通信模块;
所述第一通信模块用于与数字电视接收终端建立连接,接收数字电视接收 终端发送的需发送给业务服务器的业务请求;所述业务请求中携带有数字电视 接收终端的身份认证信息、 业务服务器的网络地址信息以及业务需求数据; 所述控制模块根据所述业务请求控制所述第二通信模块转发所述业务请 求至所述业务服务器。
具体地, 所述控制模块解析所述业务请求,根据所述业务请求中携带的业 务 务器的网络地址信息,控制所述第二通信模块与相应的业务 务器建立通 讯连接,发送所述业务请求中携带的数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息以及业 务需求数据至所述业务服务器。
本发明实施例的移动终端的具体工作原理及实现流程在前文已有描述,此 处不再赘述。
在本发明实施例中, 所述移动终端包括但不限于手机、 PDA ( Personal Digital Assistant, 个人数码助理)、 便携式计算机、 平板电脑等移动通信设备。
如图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供的业务服务器, 包括与移动终端建立通讯 连接的通信模块, 与所述通信模块连接的控制业务服务器操作的控制模块, 与 所述控制模块连接的数据调制模块,与控制模块连接的用于发送传输流的数据 发送模块;
所述通信模块接收所述移动终端转发的业务请求;所述业务请求中携带有
数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息、业务服务器的网络地址信息以及业务需求 数据;
所述控制模块处理所述业务请求, 生成相应的业务数据;
所述数据调制模块将所述业务数据打包成传输流;
所述数据发送模块所述传输流推送到所述数字电视接收终端。
另外,本发明实施例的业务服务器还包括用于对所述数字电视接收终端的 身份认证信息进行验证的身份认证模块,若验证通过则控制模块处理所述业务 请求, 否则返回出错信息。
具体地, 所述控制模块根据所述业务需求数据, 生成相应的业务数据。 具体地,所述数据发送模块通过现有的单向数字电视网络将所述业务数据 推送至所述数字电视接收终端。数据发送模块在推送业务数据之前,预先根据 当前网络带宽的实现剩余情况, 为业务数据分配相应的频点, 若当前网络剩余 带宽较大, 可以为业务数据多分配一些频点来发送所述业务数据, 否则少分配 一些频点。
本发明实施例的业务服务器的具体工作原理及实现流程在前文已有描述, 此处不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明实施例通过移动终端将数字电视接收终端需向业务服务 器发送的业务请求,转发给业务服务器, 业务服务器再通过单向数字电视网络 为用户提供相应的业务服务,从而解决了现有的单向数字电视接收终端无法获 得双向互动电视业务数据的问题,使得用户可在无需更换数字电视接收终端及 单向数字电视网络的情况下, 享受双向互动电视业务的功能, 大大提高了用户 体验。

Claims
1、 一种数字电视业务数据管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 数字电视接收终端与移动终端建立通讯连接;
数字电视接收终端向移动终端传送需向业务服务器发送的业务请求,所述 业务请求中携带有数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息、业务服务器的网络地址 信息以及业务需求数据;
移动终端转发所述业务请求至所述业务服务器;
业务服务器处理所述业务请求, 生成相应的业务数据,将所述业务数据打 包成传输流推送至所述数字电视接收终端;
数字电视接收终端接收及处理所述业务服务器推送的业务数据。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的数字电视业务数据管理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 移动终端转发所述业务请求至所述业务服务器的步骤包括:
移动终端接收、 解析所述业务请求;
根据所述业务请求中携带的业务服务器的网络地址信息,与相应的业务服 务器建立通讯连接;
将所述业务请求中的数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息和业务需求数据 发送至所述业务服务器。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的数字电视业务数据管理方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务服务器处理所述业务请求, 生成相应的业务数据,将所述业务数据打 包成传输流推送至所述数字电视接收终端的步骤包括:
所述业务服务器接收、 解析所述业务请求;
对所述数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息进行验证;
当验证通过时, 根据所述业务需求数据, 生成相应的业务数据; 将所述业务数据打包成传输流;
通过单向数字电视网络将所述传输流推送至所述数字电视接收终端。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的数字电视业务数据管理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 数字电视接收终端接收及处理所述业务服务器推送的业务数据的步骤包括: 所述数字电视接收终端锁定所述传输流的频点, 接收所述业务数据; 处理及显示所述业务数据。
5、 一种数字电视接收终端, 其特征在于, 包括控制模块、 分别与所述控 制模块相连的锁频模块、 通信模块、 及音视频编解码显示处理模块;
所述通信模块, 用于与移动终端建立通讯连接;
所述控制模块, 用于生成需向业务服务器发送的业务请求,通过所述通信 模块发送到移动终端,以使所述移动终端将所述业务请求转发至所述业务服务 器后, 业务 务器能够处理所述业务请求, 生成相应的业务数据, 将所述业务 数据打包成传输流推送至所述数字电视接收终端,所述业务请求中携带有数字 电视接收终端的身份认证信息、 业务服务器的网络地址信息以及业务需求数 据;
所述锁频模块, 用于锁定所述传输流的频点,接收所述业务服务器推送的 业务数据;
所述控制模块,还用于控制所述音视频编解码显示处理模块处理及显示所 述业务服务器推送的业务数据。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的数字电视接收终端, 其特征在于, 还包括与控制 模块相连的存储模块, 用于根据控制模块的控制存储所述业务数据。
7、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括控制模块、 分别与所述控制模块相 连的第一通信模块, 以及第二通信模块;
所述第一通信模块, 用于与数字电视接收终端建立连接,接收所述数字电 视接收终端发送的需发送给业务服务器的业务请求,所述业务请求中携带有数 字电视接收终端的身份认证信息、业务服务器的网络地址信息以及业务需求数 据;
所述控制模块,用于控制所述第二通信模块转发所述业务请求至所述业务 服务器。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块, 具体用 于解析所述业务请求, 根据所述业务请求中携带的业务服务器的网络地址信 息,控制所述第二通信模块与相应的业务服务器建立通讯连接,发送携带有数 字电视接收终端的身份认证信息以及业务需求数据的业务请求至所述业务服 务器。
9、 一种业务服务器, 其特征在于, 包括与移动终端建立通讯连接的通信 模块,与所述通信模块连接的控制模块,与所述控制模块连接的数据调制模块, 与控制模块和数据调制模块连接的数据发送模块;
所述通信模块, 用于接收所述移动终端转发的业务请求, 所述业务请求为 数字电视接收终端向移动终端传送的需向业务服务器发送的业务请求,所述业 务请求中携带有数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息、业务服务器的网络地址信 息以及业务需求数据;
所述控制模块, 用于处理所述业务请求, 生成相应的业务数据;
所述数据调制模块, 用于将所述业务数据打包成传输流;
所述数据发送模块, 用于将所述传输流推送到所述数字电视接收终端。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的业务服务器, 其特征在于, 所述业务服务器还包 括认证模块, 用于对所述数字电视接收终端的身份认证信息进行验证, 若验证 通过则触发所述控制模块处理所述业务请求, 否则返回出错信息。
11、 如权利要求 9或 10所述的业务服务器, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块, 具体用于根据所述业务需求数据, 生成相应的业务数据; 所述数据发送模块, 具体用于通过单向数字电视网络将所述业务数据推送至所述数字电视接收终 端。
12、 一种数字电视业务数据管理系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
数字电视接收终端, 用于与移动终端建立通讯连接, 向移动终端传送需向 业务服务器发送的业务请求,所述业务请求中携带有数字电视接收终端的身份 认证信息、 业务服务器的网络地址信息以及业务需求数据;
移动终端, 用于转发所述业务请求至所述业务服务器;
业务良务器, 用于处理所述业务请求, 生成相应的业务数据, 将所述业务 数据打包成传输流推送至所述数字电视接收终端;
数字电视接收终端, 还用于接收及处理所述业务服务器推送的业务数据。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的数字电视业务数据管理系统, 其特征在于, 所述数字电视接收终端具体为权利要求 5或 6所述的数字电视接收终端,所述 移动终端具体为权利要求 7或 8所述的移动终端, 所述业务服务器具体为 9 至 11任意一项所述的业务服务器。
