Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'enregistrement de carottes comportant les étapes suivantes: ordonner des segments de carottes individuels en fonction d'une échelle de référence ou d'un cadre de référence avec des mesures connues, élaborer des images des segments de carottes individuels avec l'échelle de référence ou le cadre de référence, assembler les images des segments de carottes individuels pour former une représentation à l'échelle de l'ensemble de la carotte, saisir les propriétés physiques et/ou chimiques en différentes positions de la carotte, associer les propriétés physiques et/ou chimiques à la représentation de la carotte aux emplacements correspondants aux positions associées.
