技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车的车用马桶,尤其涉及一种在机动车座椅上安装的嵌入式无水自冲洗车载马桶。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,汽车越来越得到普及, 已经成为普通大众的交通工具,然而城市公厕少,职业司机特别是的士司机,入厕难是他们经常遇到的实际问题,很多的士司机因为长期憋尿形成膀胱炎、尿道炎、前列腺炎等疾病。随着城市堵车频率和堵车时间增加,普通司机也会经常遭遇驾车内急,堵车遭遇内急很多时候是不能离开汽车的,有些司机就会随地小便,影响环境卫生。因此,机动车上很需要一种能及时解决司机驾车憋尿的方法和工具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据市场需求,提供一种嵌入式无水箱自冲洗车载马桶,解决司机入厕难问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:一种嵌入式无水自冲洗车载马桶,由嵌入在汽车坐垫内的马桶和反应箱组成,在汽车座垫中装入马桶,马桶的上边装有马桶盖,马桶与马桶盖通过前边的铰链相连接,马桶的前端装有冲洗喷头,马桶的底部装有排泄管连接头,排泄管连接头上装有排泄管,排泄管的另一端通到反应箱内,由连接头连在反应罐的中部,与反应罐相通,马桶前端冲洗喷头的外部装有连接头,连接头上装有冲洗管,冲洗管的另一端通到反应箱内,由连接头连在冲洗泵的出口,冲洗泵的入口由连接器连接到暂贮循环罐的底部,反应罐的顶部装有离心式抽风机,离心式抽风机的出口由连接管连接气体过滤净化器的入口,气体过滤净化器的出口装有排气管,反应罐的底部装有臭氧曝气板,臭氧曝气板的下面装有连接头,连接头上装有送气管与臭氧机的输出口相连,反应罐的下部开有小孔通过连接器连接到增压水泵的入口,增压水泵的出口通过连接器连接到液体过滤净化器的入口,液体过滤净化器的出口经过连接管连接到暂贮循环罐上部的入口,暂贮循环罐的顶部装有活性炭透气盖,暂贮循环罐的底部由连接器与排污泵相连接,排污泵的出口装有排污管。

本发明的有益效果是: 利用机动车座椅坐垫的现有空间加装小型马桶,解决了汽车司机在特殊情况下的小便问题,有利于司机的身体健康,同时也防止了随地排泄,污染环境等问题。还有以下好处:1、充分利用汽车座椅坐垫前半部分不受力的空间,坐垫中嵌入小便器,不破坏座椅的舒适性和安全性。 2、使用者不用离开座椅就可以打开马桶盖,单片机自动控制,使用后关马桶盖即可,使用方便。3、结构和安装非常简单,利于汽车厂家的流水线安装和出厂后的改装。 4、采用臭氧对马桶杀菌消毒,可以使马桶更干净卫生,经过过滤棒过滤净化,排出的废液更干净环保。5、离心式抽风机后面的气体过滤净化器可以有效过滤尿骚味和残留的臭氧味,使排出的气体更干净环保。6、由于不设水箱,利用过滤净化处理的尿液冲洗马桶,为使用者减少了加水的劳作,还可以节约水资源,真正实现低碳环保。

实施例1:如图1所示: 嵌入式无水自冲洗车载马桶,由嵌入在汽车坐垫内的马桶A和外部的反应箱B组成。马桶A安装在汽车坐垫11内,反应箱B安装在汽车的后备箱中,它们中间有冲洗管23排泄管12相连接。在汽车坐垫11的海绵层中装入马桶A,马桶A的上边装有马桶盖15,马桶A与马桶盖15通过前边的铰链18相连接,马桶盖15上装有软体外层14,软体外层14与汽车坐垫11的高度相同。马桶的前端有一防溅台阶21防止使用时尿液上溅,防溅台阶21的下面装有冲洗喷头17,马桶分为上下两层,上层为防溅层16,为不锈钢金属网,下层是它的外层22,在它的底部装有排泄管连接头13,排泄管连接头13上装有排泄管12,排泄管12的另一端通到反应箱B内,由连接头9连在反应罐27的中部,与反应罐27的内腔相通。马桶A前端冲洗喷头17的外部装有连接头20,连接头20上装有冲洗管23,冲洗管23的另一端通到反应箱B内,由连接头31连在冲洗泵32的出口,冲洗泵32的入口由连接器33连接到暂贮循环罐4的底部。反应罐27的顶部装有离心式抽风机8,离心式抽风机8的出口由连接管7连接气体过滤净化器6的入口,气体过滤净化器6的出口装有排气管1。反应罐27的底部装有臭氧曝气板26,臭氧曝气板26的下面装有连接头,连接头上装有送气管25与臭氧机24的输出口相连。反应罐27的下部开有小孔通过连接器连接到增压水泵28的入口,增压水泵28的出口通过连接器29连接到液体过滤净化器30的入口,液体过滤净化器30的出口经过连接管5连接到暂贮循环罐4上部的入口,暂贮循环罐4的顶部装有活性炭透气盖3,活性炭透气盖3上设有透气孔2。暂贮循环罐4的底部由连接器34与排污泵35相连接,排污泵35的出口装有排污管36。
本发明的控制电路采用单片机控制,属公知技术,这里不再赘述。
使用时打开马桶盖,触发感应开关19,自动控制电路启动,反应罐27中的离心式抽风机8开始旋转抽风,由于反应罐27与马桶A之间有排泄管12相连通,小解时的异味被抽风机抽走,经过气体过滤净化器6由排气管1排出车外。小便经排泄管12流到反应罐27内,由于重力原因流到反应罐的底部,而不会被抽风机抽走。小便后盖上马桶盖,抽风机8停止工作,臭氧机24启动工作,臭氧经过送气管25进入反应罐27的底部,再经过臭氧曝气板26变为多个微型臭氧气泡向上,对尿液进行消毒杀菌除味处理,处理工作完成后臭氧机停止工作。增压水泵28开始工作,把处理过的尿液通过液体过滤净化器30再经连接管5压入暂贮循环罐4中,完成后冲洗泵32开始工作,净化后的液体经冲洗管23由冲洗喷头17对马桶进行冲洗,冲洗后,冲洗泵32停止工作。冲洗后的液体再次流入反应罐27中,增压水泵28开始工作,把处理过的尿液通过液体过滤净化器30再次进入暂贮循环罐4中,排污泵35和抽风机8开始工作,马桶、反应罐、暂贮循环罐内的废液和废气完全排尽后停止工作,整个工作流程结束。
实施例2:如图2所示:它的工作原理和结构与实施例1基本相同,马桶A安装在汽车坐垫内,反应箱B安装在汽车座椅的底座37内,反应箱的所有部件都安装在反应箱外壳38内。当然座椅后面反应箱B也可以安装在汽车座椅的后面。
利用机动车座椅坐垫的现有空间加装小型马桶,解决了汽车司机在特殊情况下的小便问题,有利于司机的身体健康,同时也防止了随地排泄,污染环境等问题,本发明的公开是有利于社会文明的具体体现。
