随着通信产品的飞速发展, 对结构设计工作的要求也越来越高。 举例 来说, 很多通信产品中增加了微动开关来实现单板的插拔, 即当微动开关 处于被触压的状态时, 单板可拔出; 当微动开关未被触压时, 单板无法拔 出。
目前, 对于增加了微动开关的通信产品, 如果操作人员需要拔出其中 的单板, 需要一手触压微动开关, 一手拔出单板, 操作性很差。 实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的缺陷, 提出一种开 关触发装置, 用以提高可操作性。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型提供了一种开关触发装置, 包括: 具有侧台的面板、 印制电路板、 扳手以及滑块; 所述滑块包括基板、 设置 在所述基板一面的滑杆、 及设置在所述基板另一面的凸台;
所述面板、 印制电路板和扳手通过第一螺钉固定在一起, 所述扳手能 绕所述第一螺钉转动;
所述面板的侧台上设有穿口, 所述印制电路板上设有触杆, 所述凸台 穿过所述穿口与所述触杆连接, 所述凸台能在所述穿口内滑动;
所述扳手上固设有滑槽, 当所述滑块处于第一位置时, 所述滑杆嵌入 所述滑槽中; 所述印制电路板上设有微动开关, 当所述滑块处于第二位置
时, 所述滑杆脱离所述滑槽, 所述触杆触压所述微动开关。
进一步的, 所述滑块还包括松不脱螺钉, 所述松不脱螺钉用于通过所 述侧台上的孔将所述面板和印制电路板与插箱固定。
进一步的, 所述滑槽通过涨铆、 压铆或螺钉固定的方式固设在所述扳 手上。
进一步的, 所述凸台通过第二螺钉与所述触杆连接。
本实用新型提供的开关触发装置通过可移动的滑块带动触杆触压微动 开关, 再加之扳手的配合来实现了单板的插拔, 提高了可操作性。 附图说明

本实用新型的核心思想是提供一种开关触发装置, 包括: 具有侧台的 面板、 印制电路板、 扳手以及滑块; 所述滑块包括基板、 设置在所述基板 一面的滑杆、 及设置在所述基板另一面的凸台; 所述面板、 印制电路板和 扳手通过第一螺钉固定在一起, 所述扳手能绕所述第一螺钉转动; 所述面
板的侧台上设有穿口, 所述印制电路板上设有触杆, 所述凸台穿过所述穿 口与所述触杆连接, 所述凸台能在所述穿口内滑动, 并带动所述触杆移动 以触动微动开关; 所述扳手上固设有滑槽, 当所述滑块处于第一位置时, 所述滑杆嵌入所述滑槽中; 所述印制电路板上设有微动开关, 当所述滑块 处于第二位置时, 所述滑杆离开所述滑槽, 所述触杆触压所述微动开关。 本实用新型提供的开关触发装置通过可移动的滑块带动触杆触压微动开 关, 再加之扳手的配合来实现了单板的插拔, 提高了可操作性。
下面结合附图及优选实施方式对本实用新型技术方案进行详细说明。 图 1 为本实用新型提供的开关触发装置一实施例的部分拆分结构示意 图, 如图 1所示, 该开关触发装置包括具有侧台 11的面板 1、 印制电路板 ( Printed Circuit Board, 简称: PCB ) 2、 扳手 3以及滑块 4。 滑块 4包括基 板 41、 设置在基板 41一面的滑杆 42、 及设置在基板 41另一面的凸台 43。
其中面板 1、 PCB2和扳手 3通过第一螺钉 7 (参见图 2 ) 固定在一起。 扳手 3能够绕第一螺钉 7转动。
面板 1的侧台 11上设有穿口 12 , PCB2上设有触杆 21 , 凸台 43穿过 穿口 12与触杆 21连接, 凸台 43能够在穿口 12内滑动。
扳手 3上固设有滑槽 31。 PCB2上设有微动开关 22。
进一步的, 滑块 4还可以包括松不脱螺钉 44, 该松不脱螺钉 44用于通 过侧台 11上的孔 13将面板 1和 PCB2与插箱 (图中未示出) 固定。
上述滑槽 31可通过涨铆、 压铆或螺钉固定的方式固设在扳手 3上。 上述凸台 43通过第二螺钉 5与触杆 21连接。
图 2为本实用新型提供的开关触发装置滑块处于第一位置的结构示意 图, 图 3为图 2所示的开关触发装置与插箱中的导轨配合的剖面结构示意 图。 如图 2和图 3所示, 当滑块 4处于第一位置时, 滑杆 42嵌入到滑槽 31 中。 此时拧紧松不脱螺钉 44, 松不脱螺钉 44通过侧台 11上的孔 13将面板
1和 PCB2与插箱中的导轨固定。 也即, 当滑块 4处于第一位置时, 面板 1 和 PCB2插接在插箱中, 具体地说, 面板 1和 PCB2与导轨 6卡接, 滑杆 42嵌入到滑槽 31中, 使扳手 3无法转动, 同时松不脱螺钉 44的紧固作用 使得单板无法进行插拔。
图 4为本实用新型提供的开关触发装置滑块处于第二位置的部分结构 示意图, 图 5为图 4所示的开关触发装置与插箱中的导轨配合的剖面结构 示意图。如图 4和图 5所示, 当需要将面板 1和 PCB2从插箱中拔出时, 可 拧开松不脱螺钉 44, 将滑块 4向上滑动至第二位置, 此时滑杆 42脱离滑槽 31 , 触杆 21触压微动开关 22, 也即此时可以拔出单板; 然后转动扳手 3 , 扳手 3将面板 1和 PCB2推离导轨 6 , 使面板 1和 PCB2从插箱中拔出。
由图 2和图 4可知, 由于滑块的凸台穿过穿口与触杆连接, 当滑块从 图 2所示的第一位置移动到图 4所示的第二位置, 也即滑块向上移动后, 滑块会带动触杆向上移动, 使得触杆触压微动开关, 再加之扳手的配合来 实现了单板的插拔, 提高了可操作性。
最后, 需要注意的是: 以上列举的仅是本实用新型的具体实施例子, 当然本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型进行改动和变型, 倘若这些修改 和变型属于本实用新型权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 均应认为是本 实用新型的保护范围。
工业实用性
本实用新型提供的开关触发装置通过可移动的滑块带动触杆触压微动 开关, 再加之扳手的配合来实现了单板的插拔, 提高了可操作性。
Claims
1. 一种开关触发装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括: 具有侧台的面板、 印制电路板、 扳手以及滑块; 所述滑块包括基板、 设置在所述基板一面的 滑杆及设置在所述基板另一面的凸台;
所述面板、 印制电路板和扳手通过第一螺钉固定在一起, 所述扳手能 绕所述第一螺钉转动;
所述面板的侧台上设有穿口, 所述印制电路板上设有触杆, 所述凸台 穿过所述穿口与所述触杆连接, 所述凸台能在所述穿口内滑动;
所述扳手上固设有滑槽, 当所述滑块处于第一位置时, 所述滑杆嵌入 所述滑槽中; 所述印制电路板上设有微动开关, 当所述滑块处于第二位置 时, 所述滑杆脱离所述滑槽, 所述触杆触压所述微动开关。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的开关触发装置, 其中, 所述滑块还包括松不 脱螺钉, 所述松不脱螺钉用于通过所述侧台上的孔将所述面板和印制电路 板与插箱固定。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的开关触发装置, 其中, 所述滑槽通过涨铆、 压铆或螺钉固定的方式固设在所述扳手上。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的开关触发装置, 其中, 所述凸台通过第二螺 钉与所述触杆连接。
