一种通过无线终端进行数据交互的数字电视系统和方法,系统包括数字电视接收终端、无线收发模块、无线终端及服务器,无线收发模块可以内置或外置于数字电视接收终端,与数字电视接收终端进行物理连接。无线收发模块与无线终端间无线连接,无线终端与服务器间通过无线网络连接,服务器与数字电视接收终端间则通过地面数字电视网络进行连接。本发明通过无线终端进行数据交互的地面数字电视系统及方法,让用户可以享受点播、时移、应用下载、网络游戏等丰富业务,使数字电视接收终端与服务器间能通过单向地面数字电视网络而达到双向互动效果,可节约双向数字网络的改造成本。

通过无线终端进行数据交互的有线数字电视系统及方法 本申请要求于 2010 年 11 月 26 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201010561595.X,发明名称为 "通过无线终端进行数据交互的有线数字电视系 统及方法"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及数字电视技术领域,特别涉及通过无线终端进行数据交互的地 面数字电视系统及方法。
背景技术
现有技术数字电视接收终端直接通过双向网络(Cable、 Eoc、 LAN 等) 实现双向业务互动。 但基于中国的实际情况, 大部分地区仍布署单向网络, 甚 至不少农村或山区依靠的是单向地面数字电视,这些地区的用户无法享受双向 业务如点播, 时移或应用下载等网络优秀的丰富业务。
发明内容
本发明提供一种通过无线终端进行数据交互的数字电视系统,该系统可让 用户可以享受点播、 时移、 应用下载或网络游戏等丰富的双向业务。
本发明提供一种通过无线终端进行数据交互的方法,该方法使数字电视接 收终端与服务器间能通过单向地面数字电视网络而达到双向互动效果。
本发明提供的通过无线终端进行数据交互的数字电视系统, 包括: 数字电视接收终端,用于通过地面数字电视网络接收服务器发送的数据并 对数据进行处理, 并与无线收发模块进行数据交互;
无线收发模块, 用于通过物理连接实现与数字电视接收终端进行数据交 互, 并通过无线连接实现与无线终端进行数据交互;
无线终端, 用于通过无线网络实现与服务器进行数据交互, 并通过无线连 接与无线收发模块进行数据交互;

为使本发明的目的和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进 一步的详细说明。
在介绍实施例之前,先筒要描述一下数字电视的业务包括数字电视、数字 广播、 点播、 时移、 音乐、 视频广播、 音频广播、 游戏、 投票、 股票、 广告、 新闻、 购物、 教育、 医疗服务、 图片浏览或网页浏览等。
业务数据包括业务信息及其实体数据。
业务信息指供用户选择的业务描述,如名称、 大小、频道信息、节目指南、 时间、 提示、 备注、 版权信息、 价格、 菜单、 网页、 门户等信息。
业务请求包括控制指令及其附属信息。
所谓交互是指两个设备或终端间的相互收发信息或互相传输相关命令、指 令或数据。
首先如图 1所示,本发明通过无线终端进行数据交互的数字电视接收系统 包括数字电视接收终端 21、 无线收发模块 22、 无线终端 10及服务器 30, 无 线收发模块 22可以内置或外置于数字电视接收终端 21 , 与数字电视接收终端 21进行物理连接。 无线收发模块 22与无线终端 10间无线连接, 无线终端 10 与服务器 30间通过无线网络连接, 服务器 30与数字电视接收终端 21间则通 过地面数字电视网络进行连接。 其中,
数字电视接收终端 21 , 通过地面数字电视网络接收服务器发送的数据并 对数据进行处理, 并与无线收发模块进行数据交互。
无线收发模块 22, 通过物理连接实现与数字电视接收终端进行数据交互, 并通过无线连接实现与无线终端进行数据交互。所述物理连接的接口至少包括 USB、 RJ45、 RS232、 SDIO、 串行总线或并行总线。 同时, 所述物理连接可以 为内置或外置连接方式。 此处的无线连接指 WiFi 、 Bluetooth, 2.4G 、 无线 HDML Z-WAVE, Zigbee 、 无线 USB和 WAPI中的其中任意一种或任意多种 组合, 当然也可以为其它的无线连接。

首先开始系统;
接着, 启动数字电视终端和无线收发模块;
并同时或紧接着启动无线终端;
无线终端启动后,即与无线收发模块间建立连接,此连接可以为无线连接, 当然也可以为其他可能的连接; 服务器通过地面数字电视网络下发业务信息给数字电视终端; 数字电视接收终端可对接收的服务器发送的业务信息进行处理; 数字电视接收终端接收服务器发送的业务信息;
对业务信息进行查看, 并在所述业务信息中选择所需的目标业务信息; 数字电视接收终端将业务请求通过无线收发模块发送至无线终端; 无线终端对接收到的业务请求进行处理;
无线终端将从无线收发模块接收到的业务请求传送至服务器;
服务器通过无线网络接收无线终端发送过来的业务请求,并对业务请求进 行处理;
此时, 服务器根据对业务请求进行处理的结果, 通过地面数字电视网络将 业务数据推送给数字电视接收终端;
数字电视接收终端接收业务数据;
数字电视接收终端处理业务数据。
而在服务器通过无线网络接收无线终端发送过来的业务请求,并对业务请 求进行处理后, 可以将处理信息或处理结果通过网络反馈给无线终端; 其中, 进行也可以不进行;
无线终端接收反馈信息后, 还可以将反馈信息反馈至数字电视接收终端, 息反馈至数字电视接收终端的反馈动作为可选过程,
