优选的, 所述数据转发模块还设置为: 接收所述非 STB设备发送的单播 业务请求, 在所述单播业务请求中携带有所述非 STB设备的内网地址, 将所 述组播业务请求的源地址转换为该用户端设备的外网地址, 并根据静态路由 将所述单播业务请求路由到所述外网业务服务器, 接收并按照所述静态路由 将所述外网业务服务器发送的单播业务数据流转发至所述设备。

本发明提供了一种数据业务处理方法和装置, 用户端设备通过任一接口 接收其下局域网内设备发送的自动获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的 关键字段标识了所述设备的设备类型, 所述用户端设备根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址请求,解除了 IPTV业务对接口的限制, 实现了通过用 户端设备的任一接口处理多种数据业务, 解决了数据业务处理灵活性低的问 题。 附图概述

本发明的较佳实施方式
不同运营商的运营环境, 对家庭网关对于 IPTV业务的处理提出了不同 的要求, 为了解决现有 CPE处理数据业务时灵活性差, 不能满足不同环境要 求的问题, 本发明的实施例提供了一种数据业务处理方法和装置。
下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本发明的实施例中, 所述 CPE即为用户端设备, 具体为家庭网关。 在该 家庭网关所辖的局域网 (LAN ) 内, 存在 STB设备及非 STB设备。
首先, 对本发明的实施例一进行说明。
在 STB设备在发出 IPTV业务请求时, 家庭网关使用本发明的实施例提 供的数据处理方法完成处理的流程如图 1所示, 包括:
步骤 101、 用户端设备通过任一接口接收其下局域网内设备发送的自动 获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的关键字段标识了所述设备的设备类 型;
本步骤中,家庭网关的 LAN侧设备发起动态主机设置协议( Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, DHCP )请求, 该 LAN侧设备即为 STB设备, DHCP 请求即为自动获取地址请求。
步骤 102、 所述用户端设备根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址 请求;
本步骤具体如图 2所示, 包括:
步骤 1021、 根据所述关键字段, 确定所述设备的类型为 STB设备; 本步骤中, 家庭网关在 BR0接口 (家庭网关的一个接口)接受到了来自 LAN侧发送的 DHCP报文请求, 通知家庭网关的转发模块。 家庭网关的转发 模块根据 DHCP请求中的关键字段(即 OPTION 60字段) , 判断该 LAN侧 设备的类型为 STB设备。
步骤 1022、 将所述自动获取地址请求转发至广域网侧地址服务器; 本步骤中, 家庭网关转发模块通过网桥将 LAN侧的 STB设备发出的 DHCP请求转发至 WAN侧的地址服务器。
步骤 103、 所述用户端设备接收所述广域网侧地址服务器回复的外网业 务服务器地址, 并将所述外网业务服务器地址转发至所述 STB设备;
本步骤中,外网业务服务器在接收到 DHCP请求后,回复 STB设备, STB 设备收到回复, 在回复中携带有外网业务服务器的外网地址。
步骤 104、 所述用户端设备接收所述 STB设备向所述外网业务服务器发 出的 IPTV业务请求,将所述 IPTV业务请求经由该用户端设备的网桥向所述 外网业务服务器转发;
本步骤中, STB设备发起 IPTV业务请求(包括单播和组播两种情况) , 并通过家庭网关的网桥将该请求转发至外网业务服务器。
步骤 105、 外网业务服务器回复 STB设备的 IPTV业务请求, 并向 STB 设备发送 IPTV数据流, IPTV业务正常运行。
下面, 对本发明的实施例二进行说明。
在非 STB设备在发出 IPTV组播业务请求时, 家庭网关使用本发明的实 施例提供的数据处理方法完成处理的流程如图 3所示, 包括:
步骤 301、 用户端设备通过任一接口接收其下局域网内设备发送的自动 获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的关键字段标识了所述设备的设备类 型;
本步骤中, 家庭网关的 LAN侧设备发起 DHCP请求, 该 LAN侧设备即 为非 STB设备, DHCP请求即为自动获取地址请求。
步骤 302、 所述用户端设备根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址 请求;
本步骤具体如图 4所示, 包括: 步骤 3021、 根据所述关键字段, 确定所述设备的类型为非 STB设备; 本步骤中, 家庭网关在 BR0接口 (家庭网关的一个接口)接受到了来自 LAN侧发送的 DHCP报文请求, 通知家庭网关的转发模块。 家庭网关的转发 模块根据 DHCP请求中的关键字段(即 OPTION 60字段 ) , 判断该 LAN侧 设备的类型为非 STB设备。
步骤 3022、 所述用户端设备向所述非 STB设备回复该非 STB设备的内 网地址;
本步骤中,家庭网关内部的 DHCP服务器回复非 STB设备的 DHCP请求, 非 STB设备收到该回复,在该回复中携带有该非 STB设备的内网地址。在该 DHCP服务器中置有一可用的地址段, 所述内网地址为该地址段内的一个地 址。
步骤 303、 所述用户端设备接收所述非 STB设备发送的组播业务请求, 在所述组播业务请求中携带有所述外网业务服务器对应的内网地址;
步骤 304、 所述用户端设备将所述组播业务请求的源地址转换为该用户 端设备的外网地址, 并将所述组播业务请求路由到所述外网业务服务器; 本步骤中, 非 STB设备根据所述内网地址发起 IPTV (组播)业务请求, 发起请求时请求的源地址为该非 STB设备的内网地址, 在家庭网关接收到该 请求后, 将请求的源地址转换为家庭网关的地址, 转换完成后, 通过家庭网 关的路由将该请求转发至 WAN侧。
步骤 305、 所述用户端设备接收并通过网桥将所述外网业务服务器发送 的组播业务数据流转发至所述设备。
本步骤中, 外网业务服务器向家庭网关发送对 IPTV (组播)业务请求的 回复, 以指示家庭网关准备接收 IPTV组播业务数据流。
之后,家庭网关就可以通过网桥将 IPTV流转发至 LAN侧的非 STB设备, IPTV业务正常运行
下面, 对本发明的实施例三进行说明。
在非 STB设备在发出 IPTV组播业务请求时, 家庭网关使用本发明的实 施例提供的数据处理方法完成处理的流程如图 5所示, 包括: 步骤 501、 用户端设备通过任一接口接收其下局域网内设备发送的自动 获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的关键字段标识了所述设备的设备类 型;
本步骤中, 家庭网关的 LAN侧设备发起 DHCP请求, 该 LAN侧设备即 为非 STB设备, DHCP请求即为自动获取地址请求。
步骤 502、 所述用户端设备根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址 请求;
本步骤具体如图 6所示, 包括:
步骤 5021、 根据所述关键字段, 确定所述设备的类型为非 STB设备; 本步骤中, 家庭网关在 BR0接口 (家庭网关的一个接口)接受到了来自

本步骤中,家庭网关内部的 DHCP服务器回复非 STB设备的 DHCP请求, 非 STB设备收到该回复,在该回复中携带有该非 STB设备的内网地址。在该 DHCP服务器中置有一可用的地址段, 所述内网地址为该地址段内的一个地 址。
步骤 503、 所述用户端设备接收所述非 STB设备发送的单播业务请求, 在所述单播业务请求中携带有所述外网业务服务器对应的内网地址;
步骤 504、 所述用户端设备将所述组播业务请求的源地址转换为该用户 端设备的外网地址, 并根据静态路由将所述单播业务请求路由到所述外网业 务服务器;
本步骤中, 本步骤中, 非 STB设备根据所述内网地址发起 IPTV (单播) 业务请求, 发起请求时请求的源地址为该非 STB设备的内网地址, 在家庭网 关接收到该请求后, 将请求的源地址转换为家庭网关的地址, 转换完成后, 通过家庭网关的静态路由将该请求转发至 WAN侧的外网业务服务器。 步骤 505、 所述用户端设备接收并按照所述静态路由将所述外网业务服 务器发送的单播业务数据流转发至所述设备;
本步骤中, 外网业务服务器向家庭网关发送对 IPTV (单播)业务请求的 回复, 以指示家庭网关准备接收 IPTV单播业务数据流。
之后, 家庭网关就可以按照所述静态路由将 IPTV流转发至 LAN侧的非
STB设备, IPTV业务正常运行。
本发明提供了一种数据业务处理方法, 用户端设备通过任一接口接收其 下局域网内设备发送的自动获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的关键字 段标识了所述设备的设备类型, 所述用户端设备根据所述设备类型, 处理所 述自动获取地址请求,解除了 IPTV业务对接口的限制, 实现了通过用户端设 备的任一接口处理多种数据业务, 解决了数据业务处理灵活性低的问题。
本发明的实施例四还提供了一种数据业务处理装置,其结构如图 7所示, 包括:
请求接收模块 701 , 用于通过任一接口接收其下局域网内设备发送的自 动获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的关键字段标识了所述设备的设备 类型;
请求处理模块 702, 用于根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址请 求。
具体的, 所述请求处理模块 702的结构如图 8所示, 包括:
设备类型确定单元 7021 , 用于根据所述关键字段, 确定所述设备的类型 为 STB设备;
请求转发单元 7022, 用于在所述设备类型确定单元确定所述设备的类型 为 STB设备时, 将所述自动获取地址请求转发至广域网侧地址服务器。
优选的, 所述请求处理模块 702还包括回复单元 7023;
所述设备类型确定单元 7021 , 还用于根据所述关键字段, 确定所述设备 的类型为非 STB设备;
所述回复单元 7023 , 用于在所述设备类型确定单元 7021确定所述设备 的类型为非 STB设备时, 向所述非 STB设备回复该非 STB设备的内网地址。 本发明的实施例五还提供了一种数据业务处理装置, 在本发明实施例四 的基础上, 该装置如图 9所示, 还包括:
数据转发模块 703 , 用于接收所述广域网侧地址服务器回复的外网业务 服务器地址, 并将所述外网业务服务器地址转发至所述 STB设备接收所述 STB设备向所述外网业务服务器发出的 IPTV业务请求,将所述 IPTV业务请 求经由网桥向所述外网业务服务器转发。
优选的, 所述数据转发模块 703 , 还用于接收所述非 STB设备发送的组 播业务请求, 在所述组播业务请求中携带有所述非 STB设备的内网地址, 将 所述组播业务请求的源地址转换为该用户端设备的外网地址, 并将所述组播 业务请求路由到所述外网业务服务器, 接收并通过网桥将所述外网业务服务 器发送的组播业务数据流转发至所述设备。
优选的, 所述数据转发模块 703 , 还用于接收所述非 STB设备发送的单 播业务请求, 在所述单播业务请求中携带有所述非 STB设备的内网地址, 将 所述组播业务请求的源地址转换为该用户端设备的外网地址, 并根据静态路 由将所述单播业务请求路由到所述外网业务服务器, 接收并按照所述静态路 由将所述外网业务服务器发送的单播业务数据流转发至所述设备。
上述数据业务处理装置可集成于 CPE中。
上述数据业务处理装置, 能够与本发明的实施例提供的一种数据业务处 理方法相结合, 用户端设备通过任一接口接收其下局域网内设备发送的自动 获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的关键字段标识了所述设备的设备类 型, 所述用户端设备根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址请求, 解除 了 IPTV业务对接口的限制,实现了通过用户端设备的任一接口处理多种数据 业务, 解决了数据业务处理灵活性低的问题。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计 算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中 , 所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、 设备、 装置、 器件等)执行, 在执行时, 包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现, 这 些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或 步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬 件和软件结合。
上述实施例中的各装置 /功能模块 /功能单元可以釆用通用的计算装置来 实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 也可以分布在多个计算装置所组 成的网络上。
上述实施例中的各装置 /功能模块 /功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现 并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。
任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想 到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。

本发明提供了一种数据业务处理方法和装置, 用户端设备通过任一接口 接收其下局域网内设备发送的自动获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的 关键字段标识了所述设备的设备类型, 所述用户端设备根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址请求,解除了 IPTV业务对接口的限制, 实现了通过用 户端设备的任一接口处理多种数据业务, 解决了数据业务处理灵活性低的问 题。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种数据业务处理方法, 包括:
用户端设备通过任一接口接收所述用户端设备下局域网内设备发送的自 动获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的关键字段标识了所述设备的设备 类型;
所述用户端设备根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址请求。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据业务处理方法, 其中, 所述设备为机顶盒 STB设备, 所述根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址请求包括:
根据所述关键字段, 确定所述设备的类型为 STB设备; 以及
将所述自动获取地址请求转发至广域网侧地址服务器。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的数据业务处理方法, 其中, 所述将所述自动获 取地址请求转发至广域网侧地址服务器的步骤之后, 还包括:
所述用户端设备接收所述广域网侧地址服务器回复的外网业务服务器地 址, 并将所述外网业务服务器地址转发至所述 STB设备;
所述用户端设备接收所述 STB设备向所述外网业务服务器发出的 IPTV 业务请求,将所述 IPTV业务请求经由该用户端设备的网桥向所述外网业务服 务器转发。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据业务处理方法, 其中, 所述设备为非 STB 设备, 所述根据所述设备类型, 响应所述自动获取地址请求包括:
根据所述关键字段, 确定所述设备的类型为非 STB设备; 以及
所述用户端设备向所述非 STB设备回复该非 STB设备的内网地址。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的数据业务处理方法, 其中, 所述根据所述设备 类型, 响应所述自动获取地址请求的步骤之后, 还包括:
所述用户端设备接收所述非 STB设备发送的组播业务请求, 所述组播业 务请求的源地址为所述内网地址; 所述用户端设备将所述组播业务请求的源地址转换为该用户端设备的外 网地址, 并将所述组播业务请求路由到所述外网业务服务器;
所述外网业务服务器向所述用户端设备回复确认消息; 以及
所述用户端设备接收并通过网桥将所述外网业务服务器发送的组播业务 数据流转发至所述设备。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的数据业务处理方法, 其中, 所述根据所述设备 类型, 响应所述自动获取地址请求的步骤之后, 还包括:
所述用户端设备接收所述非 STB设备发送的单播业务请求, 所述单播业 务请求的目的地址为所述内网地址; 所述用户端设备将所述组播业务请求的源地址转换为该用户端设备的外 网地址, 并根据静态路由将所述单播业务请求路由到所述外网业务服务器; 所述外网业务服务器向所述用户端设备回复确认消息; 以及
所述用户端设备接收并按照所述静态路由将所述外网业务服务器发送的 单播业务数据流转发至所述设备。
7、 一种数据业务处理装置, 包括:
请求接收模块设置为: 通过任一接口接收用户端设备下局域网内设备发 送的自动获取地址请求, 所述自动获取地址请求的关键字段标识了所述设备 的设备类型;
请求处理模块设置为: 根据所述设备类型, 处理所述自动获取地址请求。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的数据业务处理装置, 其中, 所述请求处理模块 包括:
设备类型确定单元, 其设置为: 根据所述关键字段, 确定所述设备的类 型为 STB设备;
请求转发单元, 其设置为: 在所述设备类型确定单元确定所述设备的类 型为 STB设备时, 将所述自动获取地址请求转发至广域网侧地址服务器。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据业务处理装置, 其中, 所述请求处理模块 还包括回复单元;
所述设备类型确定单元还设置为: 根据所述关键字段, 确定所述设备的 类型为非 STB设备;
所述回复单元设置为: 在所述设备类型确定单元确定所述设备的类型为 非 STB设备时, 向所述非 STB设备回复该非 STB设备请求的外网业务服务 器对应的内网地址。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据业务处理装置, 该装置还包括数据转发 模块,
所述数据转发模块设置为: 接收所述广域网侧地址服务器回复的外网业 务服务器地址, 并将所述外网业务服务器地址转发至所述 STB设备接收所述 STB设备向所述外网业务服务器发出的 IPTV业务请求,将所述 IPTV业务请 求经由网桥向所述外网业务服务器转发。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据业务处理装置, 其中,
所述数据转发模块还设置为:接收所述非 STB设备发送的组播业务请求, 在所述组播业务请求中携带有所述非 STB设备的内网地址, 将所述组播业务 请求的源地址转换为该用户端设备的外网地址, 并将所述组播业务请求路由 到所述外网业务服务器, 接收并通过网桥将所述外网业务服务器发送的组播 业务数据流转发至所述设备。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据业务处理装置, 其中,
所述数据转发模块还设置为:接收所述非 STB设备发送的单播业务请求, 在所述单播业务请求中携带有所述非 STB设备的内网地址, 将所述组播业务 请求的源地址转换为该用户端设备的外网地址, 并根据静态路由将所述单播 业务请求路由到所述外网业务服务器, 接收并按照所述静态路由将所述外网 业务服务器发送的单播业务数据流转发至所述设备。
13、 一种包含如权利要求 7-12任一所述的数据业务处理装置的用户端设 备。
