Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a carbon nanotube-coated film, and an apparatus for preparing a carbon nanotube-coated film. According to the present invention, the method for preparing a carbon nanotube-coated film coats a carbon nanotube solution on a flexible base film while transferring the base film by a roll-to-roll method, thereby forming a carbon nanotube-coated film, and comprises the following steps: unwinding and transferring the base film; surface-modifying the base film to allow the surface tension of the transferred base film to be higher than that of the carbon nanotube solution by 5-15 dyne/cm; removing foreign matter on the base film; coating a carbon nanotube solution containing 0.1-10% of carbon nanotubes on the base film; drying the carbon nanotube solution; washing and drying the carbon nanotube-coated film; coating a ceramic binder protective layer on the carbon nanotube-coated film; drying the carbon nanotube-coated film coated with the ceramic binder; and rewinding the base film on which the ceramic binder protective layer has been dried.
