Abstract
3DTV 서비스에서의 영상 압축 규격 결정 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 영상 압축규격 결정 방법은 고화질 영상을 부호화하여 채널 1을 통해 전송하고, 부호화된 저화질 영상의 해상도가 부호화된 고화질 영상 대비 기준값 이상에 해당하는 영상 압축 규격을 결정하고, 결정된 영상 압축 규격에 따라 저화질 영상을 부호화하여 채널 2를 통해 전송할 수 있다. 3DTV 서비스에서의 영상 압축 규격 결정 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 영상 압축규격 결정 방법은 고화질 영상을 부호화하여 채널 1을 통해 전송하고, 부호화된 저화질 영상의 해상도가 부호화된 고화질 영상 대비 기준값 이상에 해당하는 영상 압축 규격을 결정하고, 결정된 영상 압축 규격에 따라 저화질 영상을 부호화하여 채널 2를 통해 전송할 수 있다.
