Abstract

L'invention concerne un logement présentant des nervures d'extraction de jus, utilisé dans une centrifugeuse, une vis d'extraction de jus étant montée à l'intérieur dudit logement. Ce logement présente une structure intérieure simplifiée, ce qui permet de réduire le coût de production de la centrifugeuse et de distribuer facilement le jus et le résidu séparément, par des passages respectifs.
