Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Baugruppe bestehend aus einem Lagerelement (8.2) eines Maschinenbetts (8.1) einer Drehmaschine (8) und aus einer an dem Lagerelement (8.2) angeordneten, eine Bearbeitungsachse (3.1) aufweisenden Bearbeitungseinheit (3), wobei ein Festkörpergelenk (1) vorgesehen ist, über das die Bearbeitungseinheit (3) bewegbar an dem Lagerelement (8.2) angeordnet ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Drehmaschine (8) für Brillengläser aus Kunststoff mit einem Maschinenbett (8.1), mit einem zumindest mittelbar auf dem Maschinenbett (8.1) angeordneten Werkzeug- oder Werkstückhalter (6) und mit einer zumindest mittelbar auf dem Maschinenbett (8.1) angeordneten Baugruppe, wobei über das Festkörpergelenk (1) das Werkstück und das Werkzeug relativ zueinander ausrichtbar sind.
