2, 网络资源。 电 信能力资源可以是业务平台或电信能力开放网关提供的具备电信能力的任何 形式的业务。 网络资源范围更加广泛一些, 举例说明, SNS网站的用户信息目 前普遍通过 REST形式开放出来, 该资源也可以在开发应用的时候被开发者所 用。 在本应用商店系统中, 为了方便开发者开发应用, 运营商管理员也可以在 资源管理功能实体中搜集网上的免费的资源, 并注册到系统中供开发者使用, 开发者可以更快捷的在资源发现功能中发现该资源。 应用使用资源的方式可以是通过调用相应资源的调用接口来调用该资源 能力。 举例说明, 应用 A中需要使用短信发送的功能, 当开发者在开发者社区 发现有短信的电信能力资源提供的时候, 查阅该短信能力的使用方法为调用一 个 web service接口, 但需要对短信能力进行申请, 并且费用为 10元 /月。 用户 在开发者社区的资源管理功能实体内申请该资源, 应用商店系统向业务平台发 起申请请求, 业务平台返回申请成功, 计费结算模块记录该申请的具体信息, 如果需要批价则需要和业务计费结算系统进行交互。 开发者开发的具备发送短 信功能的应用此时才能正常发送短信。 应用调用能力使用的接口形式不限, 可 以是 SOAP, 也可以是 REST, 以方便应用的调用为准则, 具体实现比较简单, 在 jtb不再赘述。 实施例 2 对于实施例 1提供的应用商店系统, 资源管理功能实体可以作为开发者社 区的一个功能子模块, 如图 7所示; 也可以作为一个独立的子功能模块存在与 应用商店系统中, 如图 8所示。 以下以资源管理功能实体为开发者社区的一个 功能子模块为例进行说明。 图 11是才艮据本发明实施例 2的应用商店系统的详细结构框图, 该应用商 店系统包括: 开发者社区功能实体,设置为接受应用的上传,并对上传的应用进行审核; 该功能实体提供开发者上传应用、 管理应用、 测试应用以及论坛等功能, 同时 运营商管理员也可以在该功能实体中发布 SDK、 进行技术支持, 对应用进行审 核、 测试等流程管理; 应用商店网店功能实体, 设置为供终端用户下载通过开发者社区模块审核 的应用; 该功能实体提供手机终端用户访问的 WEB门户、 WAP门户和手机客 户端, 用户可以查询应用、 购买应用和下载应用, 同时, 运营商管理员也在该 网店中对手机应用的上架流程进行管理; 以上的开发者社区功能实体中还包括了资源管理功能模块, 该资源管理功 能实体对开发者提供了电信资源和网络资源及其相应的技术支持。 具备该模块 的应用商店系统, 开发者可以方便的发现系统提供的资源能力, 开发应用的时 候就可以调用这些系统内注册好的电信能力 /网络能力了。 也就是说, 该资源管 理功能实体实际上为开发者和提供电信能力的业务平台之间建立了接口。 使得 开发者可以方便的调用电信能力资源,提供了应用商店和电信能力 /网络能力的 完美结合。 图 12是根据实施例 2的开发者使用本应用商店系统实现基本的应用开发 和上传的流程图, 包括: 步 4聚 1201 , 开发者在手机操作系统开发环境中开发应用, 生成应用程序包
(不同的手机应用程序的开发环境, 开发工具, 程序包格式和后缀都各不相 同)。 该开发环境由手机操作系统的开发工具提供。 举例说明, 如果开发者需 要开发一个 android操作系统的应用, 那么需要使用 android手机应用开发工具 来进行开发, android的典型开发工具是 eclipse及其 android开发插件; 而如果 开发者需要开发一个 iphone手机应用, 那么需要使用苹果的开发工具 xtool在 MAC操作系统的开发环境中来进行开发。 步骤 1202, 开发者在开发者社区中填写应用信息并将程序包上传, 开发者 社区管理员对应用进行审核和测试, 审核测试完成后该应用待上架。 步骤 1203 , 应用商店网店管理员对待上架的应用进行上架操作, 应用上架 成功, 开始面向终端用户销售。 而使用上述的应用商店系统, 开发者不但可以开发普通的应用, 也可以开 发和上传一个具备电信能力的应用, 图 13是根据实施例 2的开发者使用本应 用商店系统实现具备电信能力的应用开发和上传的流程图, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 1301 ,开发者在开发者社区资源管理功能实体中发现系统提供了某电 信能力资源。 步骤 1302,开发者在资源管理功能实体的资源技术支持功能中查询资源使 用方法, 并根据该说明开发应用, 该应用使用接口调用具备电信能力的业务。 步骤 1303 , 开发者在资源管理功能实体中系统中申请资源, 如果资源为收 费资源则开发者需要进行相关支付。资源购买成功后,应用才能正常使用资源。 步骤 1304, 开发者填写应用基本信息以及应用使用到的能力, 并上传应用 程序包到开发者社区。 步骤 1305 , 开发者社区管理员对开发者上传的应用信息, 应用使用资源的 情况以及应用程序包进行审核和测试。审核测试通过后,应用状态为待上架(待 上架的应用需要由网店管理员进行上架操作后才能在网店中正式进行售卖)。 步骤 1306, 应用商店网店管理员对待上架的应用进行上架处理。 应用正式 在应用商店网店功能实体中对外销售。 使用本实施例的应用商店系统, 不但可以开发普通的应用, 也可以开发具 备电信能力 /网络能力的应用。 为了详细的描述该系统的各功能实体功能, 以下 实施例 3描述了运营商管理员在应用商店系统内注册资源的过程, 可以说, 将 电信资源, 网络资源注册到应用商店系统中供开发者在开发应用的时候使用, 是本应用商店的一大特点, 在应用商店系统中增加的资源管理功能实体对资源 的管理实际上是将应用商店和运营商所拥有的广泛的电信资源以及网络上的 所有的资源都最简单最便捷的整合到一起的一种方法。 实施例 3 图 14是根据实施例 3的运营商管理员将资源注册到系统中供开发者使用 的处理流程图, 如图 14 所示, 运营商管理员注册资源到应用商店系统的流程 包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 1401 ,运营商管理员在应用商店开发者社区的资源管理功能实体中填 写业务信息注册业务。 需要填写基本的业务信息, 举例说明, 可以是: 业务名 称, 业务功能, 业务调用方法, 业务价格, 业务权限等。 步骤 1402, 运营商管理员审核资源注册请求。 步骤 1403 , 如审核通过, 则系统需要判断是否需要去业务平台查询业务状 态, 如需要, 则系统会发送消息去业务平台对该业务进行检查, 只有正在运行 的业务才能被注册到应用商店中。 步骤 1404,业务平台返回资源注册申请成功的返回消息给应用商店资源管 理功能实体。 步骤 1405 ,应用商店系统的资源管理功能实体收到业务平台的业务注册请 求返回的正确消息后才能将该业务注册到系统中。 至此, 开发者才可以通过浏 览应用商店内的所有资源来发现该电信资源。 上述资源注册的主体可以是运营商管理员也可以是 SP ,当然也可以是资深 的开发者, 并不仅仅局限于运营商管理员。 对于资深的开发者来说, 可以在业务平台开发业务并部署好业务后到应用 商店系统中来注册业务, 再上传使用到该业务的应用。 以下的实施例 4描述了 资深开发者使用该系统注册资源并开发具备电信能力的应用的开发, 应用上 传, 一直到应用上架销售的整个流程。 实施例 4 图 15是根据实施例 4的资深开发者使用应用商店系统注册电信能力并开 发具备该电信能力的应用的处理流程图。 所谓资深开发者指的是该开发者在业 务平台中, 使用业务平台提供的工具开发了一个电信业务, 该业务在业务平台 正式上线运行后, 该开发者希望将该业务注册到应用商店中来供自己的应用或 者其他开发者来使用。 如图 15 所示, 开发者使用应用商店系统注册电信能力 和开发应用的流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 1501 ,开发者在应用商店开发者社区的资源管理功能实体中填写业务 信息注册业务。 需要填写基本的业务信息, 举例说明, 可以是: 业务名称, 业 务功能, 业务调用方法, 业务价格, 业务权限等。 步骤 1502, 运营商管理员审核资源注册请求。 步骤 1503 , 如审核通过, 则系统需要判断是否需要去业务平台查询业务状 态, 如需要, 则系统会发送消息去业务平台对该业务进行检查, 只有正在运行 的业务才能被注册到应用商店中。 步骤 1504,业务平台返回资源注册申请成功的返回消息给应用商店资源管 理功能实体。 步骤 1505 ,应用商店系统的资源管理功能实体收到业务平台的业务注册请 求返回的正确消息后才能将该业务注册到系统中。 至此, 开发者才可以通过浏 览应用商店内的所有资源来发现该电信资源。 步骤 1506, 开发者在开发者社区资源管理功能实体申请使用该资源。 步骤 1507, 开发者社区管理员对该申请进行审核, 如审核通过, 则系统还 需判断该资源申请是否需要去业务平台鉴权。 步骤 1508, 如需鉴权, 则系统发送一条资源申请请求到业务平台。 步骤 1509,业务平台返回一条资源申请成功消息到应用商店开发者社区资 源管理功能实体。 步骤 1510, 资源申请成功, 如果该资源为收费资源则开发者需要进行相关 支付, 具体的计费过程可能需要和计费结算系统交互, 在本步骤中不再赘述。 资源购买成功后, 应用才能正常使用资源。 步骤 1511 , 开发者填写应用基本信息以及应用使用到的能力, 并上传应用 程序包到开发者社区。 步骤 1512, 开发者社区管理员对开发者上传的应用信息, 应用使用资源的 情况以及应用程序包进行审核和测试。审核测试通过后,应用状态为待上架(待 上架的应用需要由网店管理员进行上架操作后才能在网店中正式进行售卖)。 步 4聚 1513 , 应用商店网店管理员对待上架的应用进行上架处理。 应用正式 在应用商店网店功能实体中对外销售。 对于普通的应用程序开发, 开发者在应用商店系统中所故的最主要的操作 就是对应用程序包进行上传。 上传的手机应用程序经过一系列的网店审核和测 试流程处理即可上架面向终端用户进行销售。 对于普通应用如果需要一个服务端对其提供服务, 那么开发者可以在应用 程序的内部使用私有接口与自己的服务器进行交互。 举例说明, 假设开发者需 要开发一个手机应用程序 A, A是网页站点 B的手机应用客户端。 应用程序 A 可以在联网的时候获取站点 B的更新新闻和好友列表, 当终端用户使用应用程 序 A浏览某则新闻的时候可以选择向站内好友发送一条短信或彩信。按照普通 应用程序的开发原理, 手机应用程序 A可以理解为网页站点 B的一个 client, 网页站点 B可以理解为手机应用程序 A的一个 server。手机应用程序 A获取更 新的新闻可以使用私有接口(也可以是网页站点 B提供相应的 REST开放接口) 直接向 B发起请求, 当需要发送短信 /彩信时也需要向 B通过相应的接口发起 请求。 需要注意的是, 发送短信 /彩信或者新闻内容的提供是 B 使用相应接口 提供给 A调用的功能。 按照传统的运营和开发模式, 当网页站点 B在运营过程中需要使用运营商 提供的电信能力, B需要作为一个 SP向运营商申请和购买相应的能力。 对于 企业或大型网站来说, 是可行的, 但是对于普通的中小开发者来说, 因为他们 没有相应的 SP 资质, 所以无法实现在自己的程序中使用运营商提供的电信能 力。 而釆用实施例 1提供的系统可以使得中小型独立开发者也有能力开发具备 运营商提供的电信能力的应用。 在上述步骤 1501 中, 所述业务指的是使用一个或多个电信能力组成的业 务流程。 举例说明, 一个简单的业务可以是一个发送一条短信内容到某一个手 机上的业务。 该业务的开发过程为: 1 , 开发者下载业务开发工具并学习开发 工具的使用; 2 , 开发者使用开发工具开发业务, 将业务的调用接口设计为入 口参数为手机号码和短信内容, 返回参数为发送成功或失败的返回结果; 3 , 开发的业务流程为: 用户读取手机号码和短信内容, 使用开发工具中提供的发 送短信能力的原子服务发送短信, 读取原子服务返回结果并将该结果作为业务 调用返回参数返回给业务调用者。 一个组合的业务可以是一个由一个或多个电信能力组成的略为复杂的业 务。 举例说明, 该业务可以是判断一个手机终端是否在一个地理区域内, 如果 是, 则给这个手机发送一条广告短信。 该业务的开发过程为: 1 , 开发者下载 业务开发工具并学习开发工具的使用; 2 , 开发者设计该业务的调用接口为用 户手机号码, 广告商店主地理位置, 广告短信内容, 返回参数为短信发送成功、 用户不在区域内或者短信发送失败的返回结果; 3 , 业务开发流程为: 业务读 取用户手机号码和广告商店主地理位置, 业务才艮据手机号码和广告商店主地理 位置调用定位月艮务原子月艮务, 该原子月艮务返回相对距离, 业务才艮据相对距离进 行判断, 如果相对距离小于 1公里, 则向该手机用户发送一条广告短信, 如果 相对距离大于 1公里, 则不做任何操作, 业务将业务操作返回结果返回给业务 调用者。 资深开发者可以根据业务平台提供的业务开发工具来开发所述具备电信 能力的业务, 以上所述业务开发工具是业务平台提供给开发者使用的工具, 对 调用电信能力资源的方法进行了封装, 对开发者来说他们要做的就是用少量的 脚本控制逻辑对工具中提供的原子服务进行组装。 但从底层来说, 业务调用电 信能力最终仍然是通过调用能力开放网关的接口来实现的。 对于运营商来说, 提供业务开发工具是降低了开发者的开发门槛, 为开发者快速、 便捷的开发业 务创造了更好的条件。该业务开发工具面向开发者和 SP, 主要功能是利用工具 中提供的各种电信能力以及原子服务实现一些具有逻辑的电信能力业务。 使用 业务开发工具开发出来的业务可以使用接口对业务进行调用, 由调用者调用该 业务的调用接口来触发。 上述业务平台及业务平台提供的开发业务的工具, 其 具体功能和实现并不属于本发明的范围。 上述步骤 1510中描述了电信能力 /网络能力的管理过程。 开发者可以在电 信能力资源功能实体中购买电信能力 /网络能力(通过购买获得使用该电信能力 /网络能力的授权)。 理论上, 电信能力有可能是收费的, 网络能力一般为免费。 开发者在购买了电信能力 /网络能力后需要将自己的应用和资源能力做一个绑 定的操作, 并且对于需要业务平台对业务使用权限进行鉴权的情况下, 该绑定 需要同步到业务平台中去。 该绑定过程是为了在业务平台中对调用业务的应用 进行鉴权。 上述步骤 1511 中描述了应用和资源能力的绑定, 应用和资源能力的绑定 需要开发者首先在开发者社区中申请该能力并上传应用, 应用商店系统会将需 要业务平台鉴权的能力向业务平台发送请求。 应用在调用电信能力的时候, 业 务平台会对应用和资源能力的绑定关系进行鉴权。 举例说明, 开发者上传了应 用 A1和 A2, 购买了短信能力 S 1和定位能力 S2, 应用 A1使用了 S 1和 S2两 种电信能力。 如果开发者将应用 A1和自己购买的短信能力 S 1和定位能力 S2 进行绑定, 在 A1执行过程中, 业务平台会在收到 A1 的调用能力请求时应用 A1和电信能力 S 1是否有绑定关系, 如果有电信能力 A1才会被执行, 否则业 务会执行失败。 对于电信能力 S2也相同。 其中业务和电信能力的绑定关系为 多对多。 也就是说, S 1可以绑定 A1和 A2, S2也可以绑定 A1和 A2。 绑定的 目的是在应用执行过程中, 对应用是否有使用某业务的权限作判断, 如果应用 没有绑定某个业务, 那么执行该业务的调用时就会报错。 综上所述, 通过本发明实施例提供的方案, 开发者可以方便的发现系统提 供的电信能力 /网络能力,从而可以在应用中调用电信能力或者调用普通网络能 力来开发具有电信能力 /网络能力的应用, 增强了对开发者的技术支持, 降低了 开发的难度及复杂度。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行 指令的计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是在某 些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步 4聚。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以 用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多 个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码 来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们 分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集 成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种资源管理功能实体, 包括:
注册模块,设置为接受将资源注册到所述资源管理功能实体的操作, 其中, 所述资源包括以下至少之一: 电信能力资源、 网络资源;
显示模块, 设置为显示所述注册的资源的信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的资源管理功能实体, 其中, 所述注册模块包括以 下至少之一:
第一注册子模块, 设置为提供界面接收输入的所述资源的信息, 完 成对所述资源的注册;
第二注册子模块, 设置为通过在所述资源管理功能实体和用于提供 所述资源的功能实体之间的接口, 接收所述资源的信息, 完成对所述资 源的注册。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的资源管理功能实体, 其中, 所述资源管理功能实 体还包括:
授权请求模块 ,设置为响应于请求获取所述资源的使用授权的操作 , 向用于提供所述资源的功能实体发送授权请求;
授权响应模块, 设置为在接收到所述用于提供所述资源的功能实体 返回的成功响应的情况下, 调用所述显示模块显示用于指示 ·ί受权成功的 信息。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的资源管理功能实体, 其中, 所述资源管理功能实 体还包括:
计费模块, 设置为在所述授权响应模块接收到返回的成功响应的情 况下, 向计费中心发送计费消息, 以便所述计费中心进行计费。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的资源管理功能实体, 其中, 所述资源管理功能实 体还包括:
关系通知模块, 设置为在所述授权响应模块接收到返回的成功响应 的情况下, 将 ·ί受权成功的所述资源和调用所述 ·ί受权成功的资源的应用之 间的对应关系通知给所述用于提供所述 ·ί受权成功的资源的功能实体, 以 便该功能实体对调用该功能实体所提供的资源的应用进行鉴权。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的资源管理功能实体, 其中, 所述注册模块设置为 在所述资源正在运行的情况下, 接受将所述资源注册到所述资源管理功 能实体的操作。
7. —种应用商店系统, 包括: 资源管理功能实体、 开发者社区功能实体和 应用商店网店功能实体, 其中,
所述资源管理功能实体, 设置为接受将资源注册到所述资源管理功 能实体的操作, 以及设置为显示所述注册的资源的信息, 其中, 所述资 源包括以下至少之一: 电信能力资源、 网络资源;
所述开发者社区功能实体, 设置为接受应用的上传, 并对所述上传 的应用进行审核, 其中, 所述应用 居所述信息所指示的调用方式调用 了所述注册的资源;
所述应用商店网店功能实体, 设置为供终端用户下载通过所述开发 者社区模块审核的应用。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述资源管理功能实体位于所述开 发者社区功能实体中; 或者, 所述资源管理功能实体作为所述系统中的 一个独立的模块, 连接至所述系统中的所述开发者社区功能实体。
9. 一种使用权利要求 7或 8所述的应用商店系统进行应用开发的方法, 包 括:
艮据所述资源管理功能实体显示的所述注册的资源的信息, 控制所 述应用调用所述注册的资源;
将所述应用上传至所述开发者社区功能实体。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 在将所述应用上传至所述开发者社 区功能实体之前, 还包括:
通过所述资源管理功能实体请求获取所述应用调用的所述资源的使 用授权, 在接收到显示的用于指示授权成功的信息的情况下, 继续后续 处理。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 将所述应用使用的所述资源注册到所述资源管理功能实体中, 以便 于所述资源管理功能实体显示所述注册的资源的信息。
