Abstract
Изобретение принадлежит к способам модифицирования размеров пор нанопористого углеродного материала, в частности, к способу развития пористой структуры нанопористого углеродного материала для достижения наилучшего соответствия размеров пор и ионов в специальных электролитах для последующего использования материала, полученного этим способом, в электрохимических конденсаторах двойного слоя. Согласно изобретению сначала поры углеродного материала насыщают (пропитывают) химическим соединением или смесью нескольких соединений, которые способны разлагаться при высокой температуре с образованием газообразных агентов или их смеси. Затем нагревают насыщенный нанопористый углеродный материал и выдерживают при температуре 700-1000°С, при которой образующиеся газообразные агенты или их смесь растравливают внутреннюю поверхность пор и увеличивают их размер без значительного травления основной массы углеродного материала. Создан эффективный способ модифицирования пористой структуры нанопористого углеродного материала за счет растравливания самых узких пор углеродного материала без чрезмерного обгара углерода на поверхности более широких пор или зерен в целом.
