The present utility model discloses a refrigerator shelf, which comprises: a shelf body; a U-shaped decorative strip, a first stop part and a second stop part being arranged at a first side and a second side of the U-shaped decorative strip respectively, and both the first and second stop parts being exposed outside of the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip; and a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip, wherein a mounting groove is formed between the bottom plate and the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip, both ends of the bottom plate are provided with hooks, and one end of the shelf body is mounted in the mounting groove. As for the refrigerator shelf described therein, the assembling and manufacturing of the refrigerator shelf can be achieved only by embedding the shelf body into the U-shaped decorative strip during the installing process, with the simple assembling. At the same time, the one-piece configuration of the U-shaped decorative strip enhances the mounting and positioning reliability of the refrigerator shelf. The utility model also provides a refrigerator having the above shelf.

Description

Refrigerator and its Shelf
Technical Field
The present utility model relates to a refrigerator manufacture technical field, and more specifically to a refrigerator shelf. The present utility model also relates to a refrigerator having the shelf.
Background A refrigerator is a common domestic appliance in our daily life, and a shelf in the refrigerator partitions an interior space of the refrigerator into a plurality of small spaces for storing foods. In order to facilitate the cleaning of the refrigerator, the shelf in the refrigerator is designed to be a detachable structure. After the refrigerator has been used for a period of time, the people will detach the shelf from the refrigerator to clean the interior space of the refrigerator and the shelf.
Referring to FIG. 1 , a conventional glass shelf for a refrigerator is shown, wherein a shelf body 11 is mounted in a frame consisting of a frame strip 12, a frame strip 13, a frame strip 14 and a frame strip (not shown). At the bottoms of the frame strip 13 and the frame strip 14 at both sides of the shelf body 11 , a stop piece 131 and a stop piece 141 are provided respectively, which protrude from the bottoms of the frame at the sides. A bottom plate 15 is arranged at the bottom of the frame strip at a mounting end of the shelf body, and both ends of the bottom plate 15 are provided with hooks 151 and 152. The glass shelf is disposed in grooves at the sidewalls of the refrigerator by means of the hooks 151 and 152. As for the above glass shelf, arrangement of the frame around the shelf body makes the structure complicated and increases the assembling difficulty of the glass shelf. At the same time, the material consumption cost of the glass shelf is increased, and it is not advantageous to popularize it. In this connection, an improvement is made based on the above glass shelf of the refrigerator. Referring to FIG. 2, another existing glass for a refrigerator shelf is shown, wherein a front decorative strip 22 is provided at one end of a shelf body 21 of the glass shelf, and a rear decorative strip 26 is provided at the other end thereof. A bottom plate 23 is arranged at the bottom of the rear decorative strip 26, and both ends of the bottom plate are provided with hooks 231 and 232. The glass shelf utilizes a separate stop piece 24 and stop piece 25, which are secured to the bottom of the shelf body 21 by adhering or other manners. Although the above glass shelf reduces the material consumption, the assembling procedure still is intricate, since the assembling and manufacturing process is involved with the steps of firstly installing the shelf body on the rear decorative strip 26 and then securing the stop piece 24 and the stop piece 25 to the shelf body 21. During installing processes after cleaning, it is easy for the stop piece 24 and the stop piece 25 on the glass shelf to fall off from the shelf body 21 due to the unstable fastness, thereby reducing the installing and positioning reliability. Contents of the Utility Model
In view of this, the present utility model is to provide a refrigerator shelf, and improve the structure of a rear decorative strip mounted on the shelf in such a way that the respective parts of the shelf are assembled in a simple manner by configuring stop pieces and the rear decorative strip as an entirety, so as to solve such technical problems that the existing refrigerator shelf has a complicated structure and that when providing a single stop piece the stop piece is easy to fall off, and to enhance the positioning reliability of the stop piece of the refrigerator shelf. To achieve the above object, the utility model provides the following technical solutions.
A refrigerator shelf is provided, comprising:
a shelf body;
a U-shaped decorative strip, a first stop part and a second stop part being arranged at a first side and a second side of the U-shaped decorative strip respectively, and both the first and second stop parts being exposed outside of the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip; and
a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip, a mounting groove being formed between the bottom plate and the bottom of the
U-shaped decorative strip, two opposite ends of the bottom plate being provided with hooks, and one end of the shelf body being mounted in the mounting groove.
Preferably, in the refrigerator shelf, the first stop part and the second stop part are respectively provided with a first support plate and a second support plate, which are exposed outside of an inner side surface of the first side and an inner side surface of the second side of the U-shaped decorative strip respectively.
Preferably, in the refrigerator shelf, a barrier is arranged in a slanted manner on the bottom plate of the U-shaped decorative strip.
Preferably, in the refrigerator shelf, the barrier is vertically arranged on the bottom plate of the U-shaped decorative strip. Preferably, in the refrigerator shelf, the barrier is provided at its outer side surface with a stop block.
Preferably, in the refrigerator shelf, the stop block is arranged at a bottom edge of the outer side surface of the barrier. Preferably, in the refrigerator shelf, there are two stop blocks, which are arranged at two opposite ends of the bottom edge at the outer side surface of the barrier.
Preferably, in the refrigerator shelf, the first side of the U-shaped decorative strip is parallel to the second side thereof, and both ends of the shelf body are rectangular or square, wherein the width of the end opposite the U-shaped decorative strip is equal to the distance from the outer side surface of the first side to the outer side surface of the second side.
Preferably, in the refrigerator shelf, the end of the shelf body opposite the U-shaped decorative strip is provided with a front decorative strip.
Based on the above refrigerator shelf, the present utility model also provides a refrigerator comprising a refrigerator body and the above-mentioned shelf, wherein the inner wall of the refrigerator body is provided with a groove, in which the hook of the shelf can be slidably assembled.
From the above technical solutions, it can be seen that in the refrigerator shelf according to the embodiments of the present utility model, the primary improvement is the structure of the U-shaped decorative strip. Use of the U-shaped decorative strip sufficiently incorporates the functions of the rear decorative strip and the stop parts in the existing refrigerator, and during the installing process, the assembling and manufacturing of the refrigerator shelf can be achieved only by embedding the shelf body into the U-shaped decorative strip, with the simple assembling. At the same time, the U-shaped decorative strip of the refrigerator shelf according to the embodiments of the present utility model has an integral configuration, and this eliminates the problem that the existing stop parts when being separately secured on the shelf body are easy to fall off, thereby enhancing the mounting and positioning reliability of the refrigerator shelf. Hereinafter, the technical solutions in embodiments of the present utility model will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings. The described embodiments obviously are some of the embodiments of the present utility model, not all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present utility model, any other embodiments that are obtained by a person skilled in the art without exercising the creative skill shall fall into the scope of protection of the present utility model.
The present utility model provides a refrigerator shelf, wherein by improving the shelf, a stop piece and a rear decorative strip are configured as one-piece, so as to assemble the shelf more conveniently and simultaneously ensure the positioning reliability of the stop piece.
Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, FIG. 3 is a structural schematic view of a refrigerator shelf according to an embodiment of the present utility model; FIG. 4 is a structural schematic view of a shelf body of the refrigerator shelf according to the embodiment of the present utility model; and FIG. 5 is a structural schematic view of a U-shaped decorative strip of the refrigerator shelf according to the embodiment of the present utility model.
The refrigerator shelf as provided by the present utility model comprises the shelf body 31 , a front decorative strip 32, the U-shaped decorative strip 34 and a bottom plate 33, wherein:
the front decorative strip 32 is arranged at a first end of the shelf body 31 , and when the refrigerator shelf is installed into a refrigerator, the front decorative strip 32 can achieve good decoration function and increase aesthetics of the shelf when a user opens the refrigerator;
the U-shaped decorative strip 34 is mounted at a second end of the shelf body 31 , a first stop part 346 and a second stop part 343 are arranged at a first side 341 and a second side 342 of the U-shaped decorative strip 34 respectively, and both the first and second stop parts protrude from the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip 34; and the bottom plate 33 is fixed on the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip 34, a mounting groove (not shown) is formed between the bottom plate 33 and the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip 34, the second end of the shelf body 31 is inserted into the mounting groove to achieve the assembly with the U-shaped decorative strip 34, both ends of the bottom plate 33 are provided with a hook 331 and a hook 332, and the hook 331 and the hook 332 can be slidably mounted into grooves on the refrigerator inner walls corresponding thereto.
In the above refrigerator shelf, installation of the shelf can be achieved by slidably disposing the hooks 331 and 332 on the bottom plate 33 in the grooves on the refrigerator inner walls. During the installing process of the U-shaped decorative strip 34, the first stop part 346 and the second stop part 343, which are respectively arranged at the first side 341 and the second side 342 of the U-shaped decorative strip 34, can be engaged with stop grooves on the refrigerator inner walls, so as to achieve the stopping function. The primary improvement of the present embodiment of the utility model is the structure of the U-shaped decorative strip 34, which sufficiently incorporates the functions of the rear decorative strip and the stop parts in the existing refrigerator. During the mounting process, the assembling and manufacturing of the refrigerator shelf can be achieved only by embedding the shelf body 31 into the U-shaped decorative strip 34, with the simple assembling. At the same time, the
U-shaped decorative strip 34 of the refrigerator shelf according to the embodiment of the present utility model has an integral configuration, and this eliminates the problem that the existing stop parts when being separately secured on the shelf body are easy to fall off, thereby enhancing the mounting and positioning reliability of the refrigerator shelf.
In the refrigerator shelf according to the above embodiment, the first stop part 346 and the second stop part 343 are provided with a first support plate 345 and a second support plate 344 respectively, which protrude from an inner side surface at the first side 341 and an inner side surface at the second side 342 of the U-shaped decorative strip 34 respectively. As for arrangement of the first support plate 345 and the second support plate 344, when the first end of the shelf body 31 is embedded in the mounting groove, the first support plate 345 and the second support plate 344 can be supported on the bottom of the shelf body 31 , so as to achieve the auxiliary supporting function and make installation of the shelf body 31 more stable.
Referring to FIG. 5, in the refrigerator shelf according to the above embodiment, a barrier 348 is arranged in a slanted manner on a bottom plate 347 of the U-shaped decorative strip 34. Use of the barrier prevents goods on the refrigerator shelf after scattering from flowing away from the bottom edge of the bottom plate 347 of the U-shaped decorative strip 34. In order to reduce the space occupied by the inclined arrangement of the barrier 348, the preferred solution is that the barrier 348 is vertically arranged on the bottom plate 347 of the U-shaped decorative strip 34.
In the refrigerator shelf according to the above embodiment, in order to prevent the barrier 348 after being mounted in place from pressing the rear wall of the refrigerator, the barrier 348 is provided at its outer side surface with a stop block. The stop block can be disposed at any place on the outer side surface of the barrier 348, preferably at the bottom edge of the barrier 348. Definitely, there may be one or more stop blocks. The preferred amount of the stop block is two, a stop block 349 and a stop block 350, which are arranged at both ends of the bottom edge at the outer side surface of the barrier 348.
In the refrigerator shelf according to the above embodiment, the shelf body 31 may be a glass plate or a transparent plastic plate. Preferably, the shelf body 31 is a glass plate, since it is easy to clean glass during the cleaning process, thereby facilitating cleaning of a user.
In the refrigerator shelf according to the above embodiment, the first side 341 of the U-shaped decorative strip 34 is parallel to the second side 342 thereof, and the second end of the shelf body 31 is adapted to be fit with the U-shaped decorative strip 34 and mounted in the mounting groove of the U-shaped decorative strip 34. The first end of the shelf body 31 is rectangular or square, and the width of the first end is equal to the distance from the outer side surface at the first side 341 to the outer side surface at the second side. As shown in FIG. 4, in the shelf body 31 , the first end of the shelf body 31 is rectangular or square, and the distance between a side edge 312 and a side edge 317 of the first end of the shelf body 31 , namely the width of the first end, is equal to the distance from the outer side surface at the first side 341 to the outer side surface at the second side 342 of the U-shaped decorative strip 34. The second end of the shelf body 31 is rectangular or square, and a side edge 311 and a side edge 315 of the second end of the shelf body 31 make contact respectively with the inner side surface at the first side 341 and the inner side surface at the second side 342 of the U-shaped decorative strip 34. The shelf body 31 is provided with a transition side edge 313 and a transition side edge 316 to achieve the transition from the first end of the shelf body 31 to the second end of the shelf body 31. Preferably, the transition side edge 313 and the transition side edge 316 are smooth. Certainly, the transition side edge 313 and the transition side edge 316 also may be arc edges. The above arrangement makes the assembled refrigerator shelf tightly engaged with the inner walls of the refrigerator, so as to avoid occurrence of a gap between the shelf and the refrigerator inner wall. Based on the above refrigerator shelf in the embodiments, the present utility model also provides a refrigerator, which comprises a refrigerator body and the
above-mentioned shelf, wherein the inner wall of the refrigerator body is provided with grooves, in which the hooks of the shelf can be slidably assembled.

Claims

1. A refrigerator shelf, characterized in that it comprises:
a shelf body;
a U-shaped decorative strip, a first stop part and a second stop part being arranged at a first side and a second side of the U-shaped decorative strip respectively, and both the first and second stop parts being exposed outside of the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip; and
a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip, a mounting groove being formed between the bottom plate and the bottom of the U-shaped decorative strip, two opposite ends of the bottom plate being provided with hooks, and one end of the shelf body being mounted in the mounting groove.
2. The refrigerator shelf according to claim 1 , characterized in that the first stop part and the second stop part are respectively provided with a first support plate and a second support plate, which are exposed outside of an inner side surface of the first side and an inner side surface of the second side of the U-shaped decorative strip respectively.
3. The refrigerator shelf according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a barrier is arranged in a slanted manner on the bottom plate of the U-shaped decorative strip.
4. The refrigerator shelf according to claim 3, characterized in that the barrier is vertically arranged on the bottom plate of the U-shaped decorative strip.
5. The refrigerator shelf according to claim 3, characterized in that the barrier is provided at its outer side surface with a stop block.
6. The refrigerator shelf according to claim 5, characterized in that the stop block is arranged at a bottom edge of the outer side surface of the barrier.
7. The refrigerator shelf according to claim 6, characterized in that there are two stop blocks, which are arranged at two opposite ends of the bottom edge of the outer side surface of the barrier.
8. The refrigerator shelf according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the first side of the U-shaped decorative strip is parallel to the second side thereof, and both ends of the shelf body are rectangular or square, wherein the width of the end opposite the U-shaped decorative strip is equal to the distance from the outer side surface of the first side to the outer side surface of the second side.
9. The refrigerator shelf according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the end of the shelf body opposite the U-shaped decorative strip is provided with a front decorative strip.
10. A refrigerator, characterized in that it comprises a refrigerator body and a shelf according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the inner wall of the refrigerator body is provided with a groove, in which the hook of the shelf can be slidably assembled.
