Description

Description
Special support for pedestals of a rectifying tower and an argon tower of an air separation plant
Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a support and, especially, to a special support for pedestals of a rectifying tower and an argon tower of an air separation plant which is easy to process and to fabricate and is material-saving. The support of the invention is applicable as support for any type of rectifying tower and for any type of cylindrical and non-cylindrical equipment in cryogenic plants.
Background art
[0002] Existing special supports for pedestals of a rectifying tower or an argon tower of an air separation plant are made by providing a horizontal flange butted to the rectifying tower or the argon tower of the air separation plant and perpendicularly providing a number of support rods on the underside of the horizontal flange to support the horizontal flange; however, as the diameter of the horizontal flange is relatively large, usually reaching 4 m to 6 m, it needs special processing equipment to fabricate,■ with a long processing cycle and high costs.
[0003] Chinese patent CN1229559C discloses a support, which comprises a pair of fixed frames which are oppositely arranged, a pair of foldable reinforcing frames between the two ends of each of the fixed frames, and tabletop plates fixed respectively to the inner side of each fixed frame by their base ends, and the abovementioned reinforcing frames have freely foldable armrest stanchions with their base ends being pivoted between the upper ends of the fixed frames, and four freely telescopic support arms with their base ends being pivoted to the upper and lower ends of each fixed frame and elongating along an oblique direction toward the middle of the inner side of the same, respectively. This device is complicated in structure, high in processing costs and material costs and is not suitable as a fixed support for the pedestal of the rectifying tower or the argon tower of an air separation plant.
Contents of the invention
[0004] The present invention mainly provides a special support for pedestals of a rectifying tower and an argon tower of an air separation plant, which is simple in structure, easy to fabricate, and low in material costs, thus solving the technical problems existing in the prior art that the process of processing and fabricating such a support is complicated, the' processing costs and the material costs are high, etc..
[0005] In the present invention the abovementioned technical problems are solved mainly by the technical solution as follows: a special support for pedestals of a rectifying tower and an argon tower of an air separation plant, comprising a support ring for connecting to the pedestal of the rectifying tower or the pedestal of the argon tower of the air separation plant, and support rods arranged perpendicularly beneath the support ring, wherein said support ring is a circular structure formed by a number of fan-shaped connecting plates in intermittent arrangement, said support rods are correspondingly arranged onto the undersides of the fan-shaped connecting plates, and adjacent support rods are fixedly connected via connecting rods. As the relatively integral support ring is made by means of providing a number of fan- shaped connecting plates, with the fan-shaped connecting plates being in intermittent arrangement to form a circular support ring, it is light in weight and saves raw materials; as a support rod is provided correspondingly beneath each fan-shaped connecting plate and is fixedly connected thereto, and such support rods are further mutually connected via the connecting rods into an integral body, it has simple structure and high strength; and as the fan-shaped connecting plates are processed separately and then assembled into the support ring, it has a simple and convenient processing procedure and low processing costs. The term "fan-shaped" refers to the arrangement of the connecting plates . on a support ring. The connecting plates themselves may have any shape, e.g. the shape of a triangle, a rectangle or any other polyangular body, or of a circle, an ellipse or even of a fan. They can be flat or bended.
[0006] As a preference, said support ring comprises 4 to 10 fan-shaped connecting plates, and said fan-shaped connecting plates are evenly distributed within the same circumferential plane. The even distribution of the plurality of fan-shaped connecting plates constituting the support ring can ensure that the centre of gravity of the support is kept balanced and stabilized, thus improving its safety and reliability in use.
[0007] Even more preferably, reinforcing plates are provided between the undersides of said fan-shaped connecting plates and the support rods . The reinforcing plates improve the connecting strength between the fan- shaped connecting plates and the support rods, and prevent the fan-shaped connecting plates from deforming.
[0008] The connecting rods can be arranged at the middle parts or the lower ends of the support rods, and as a preference, said connecting rods are horizontally fixed to the upper ends of adjacent support rods, and reinforcing rods are provided between adjacent support rods beneath said connecting rods, and an angle is formed by said reinforcing rod and said connecting rod. The accuracy of the positioning of the fan-shaped - A - connecting plates located above the support rods can be ensured and the steadiness of support and reliability thereof can be improved when the connecting rods are horizontally fixed to the upper ends of adjacent support rods; and the connecting strength among the support rods can be improved by providing reinforcing rods between adjacent support rods.
[0009] As a preference, rod-supporting bottom plates are provided on the lower end surfaces of said support rods. The rod-supporting bottom plates increase the contact areas between the support rods and the ground and ensure a steady and reliable support.
[0010] As a preference, installation holes are disposed on said fan-shaped connecting plates which correspond to the pedestal of the rectifying tower or the pedestal of the argon tower of the air separation plant. The installation holes facilitate the fixing of the rectifying tower or the argon tower of the air separation plant.
[0011] Therefore, the special support for the pedestals of a rectifying tower and an argon tower of an air separation plant according to the present invention has the following advantages: since the circular support ring is constituted by a number of fan-shaped connecting plates in intermittent arrangement, it has light weight and low material costs; since a support rod is correspondingly provided beneath each fan-shaped connecting plate^ and the support rods are further mutually connected via the connecting rods into an integral body, it has a simple structure and high strength; and since the fan-shaped connecting plates are processed separately and then assembled into the support ring, it has simple and convenient processing procedures and low processing costs; by using the reinforcing plates, the connecting strength between the fan-shaped connecting plates and the support rods is improved, and the fan-shaped connecting plates are prevented from deforming; and by using the rod-supporting bottom plates, the contact areas between the support rods and the ground are increased and steady and reliable supporting is ensured.
