现在的吊起药液瓶子的支架,大多数是在主杆上固定伸出吊起药 瓶的侧支架, 当病人需要转移时, 有可能会因为支架太大或者太高不 方便转移, 会延长转移的时间和效率, 大大增加了病人的痛苦。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动方便、可以旋转和调 节高度的角度旋转控制装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种角度旋转控制 装置, 包括主杆, 主杆上安装有可绕主杆轴线旋转的左臂和右臂, 左 臂和右臂的末端安装有竖杆, 其特征是: 所述的左臂与主杆同轴的底 端安装有左臂齿盘,右臂与主杆同轴的底端安装有与左臂齿盘配合的 右臂齿盘, 左臂齿盘和右臂齿盘通过旋钮安装于主杆上。
为了使主杆、左臂和右臂都能够固定住, 所述的主杆底端固定有 主杆齿盘与左臂齿盘配合使用。
为了在齿盘磨损后方便拆换,所述的右臂齿盘通过固定螺钉与右 臂连接; 所述的左臂齿盘通过定位螺钉以及两侧凸起与左臂连接; 所 述的主杆齿盘通过销钉固定在主杆上。
为了使此装置能够调整竖杆的高度, 所述的竖杆外部是固定杆, 内部设有伸縮杆。
为了方便伸縮杆在固定杆中定位, 所述的伸缩杆的头部设有拉 钮, 伸缩杆的杆身上设有向外翻的弹簧片, 弹簧片外翻部分与拉钮连 接; 所述的弹簧片至少有一个。
为了使竖杆在竖直方向上稳定, 所述的左臂包括左下臂和左上 臂, 左上臂至少有一个; 所述的右臂包括右下臂和右上臂, 右上臂至 少有一个。
本发明的有益效果是: 采用上述结构之后, 角度旋转控制装置不 仅能够使左臂和右臂相对转动, 而且能够相对静止的绕着主杆转动, 高度能够随意调节, 方便医生护士移动病人。 附图说明

如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示一种角度旋转控制装置, 包括主杆 3, 主杆 3上安装有可绕主杆 3轴线旋转的左臂和右臂,左臂和右臂的末 端安装有竖杆 14,所述的左臂与主杆 3同轴的底端安装有左臂齿盘 9, 右臂与主杆 3同轴的底端安装有与左臂齿盘 9配合的右臂齿盘 8, 左 臂齿盘 9和右臂齿盘 8通过旋钮 10安装于主杆 3上; 所述的主杆 3 底端固定有主杆齿盘 5与左臂齿盘 9配合使用;所述的右臂齿盘 8通 过固定螺钉 12与右臂连接;所述的左臂齿盘 9通过定位螺钉 11以及 两侧凸起与左臂连接;所述的主杆齿盘 5通过销钉 4固定在主杆 3上; 所述的竖杆 14外部是固定杆 14-2, 内部设有伸縮杆 14- 1 ; 所述的左 臂包括左下臂 7和左上臂 1, 左上臂 1至少有一个; 所述的右臂包括 右下臂 6和右上臂 2, 右上臂 2至少有一个。
当此装置底部的旋钮 10完全松开时, 左上臂 1、左下臂 7、 右上 臂 2和右下臂 6与主杆 3贴合的不紧密, 此时左臂齿盘 9、 右臂齿盘 8和主杆齿盘 5上的齿完全分离, 不影响他们绕着主杆 3各自旋转; 旋紧旋钮 10, 此时左臂齿盘 9和右臂齿盘 8贴合而主杆齿盘 5还没 有贴合, 左上臂 1和左下臂 7与右上臂 2和右下臂 6呈固定的角度, 但是 绕主杆 3转动; 再次将旋钮 10旋紧, 此时主杆齿盘 5与左臂 齿盘 9贴合,使得左上臂 1和左下臂 7与右上臂 2和右下臂 6都牢牢 的固定在主杆 3上。 需要调节角度和位置时, 只需将旋钮 10松开, 将左上臂 1和左下臂 7与右上臂 2和右下臂 6转到固定的位置时,再 旋紧旋钮 10, 就可以达到预期的效果, 瓶钩 15安装于竖杆 14的最 上端, 可以方便悬挂输液瓶。
如图 4所示所述的伸缩杆 14-1的头部设有拉钮 18,伸縮杆 14 - 1 的杆 上设有向外翻的弹簧片 17, 弹簧片 17外翻部分与拉钮 18连 接; 所述的弹簧片 17至少有一个。
在操作竖杆 14的时候, 只需要将拉钮 18向上提起, 拉钮 18带 动弹簧片 17向管内收缩,此时可以拉动伸缩杆 14-1向上或向下运动, 到达所需的位置后, 只需要放下拉钮 18, 弹簧片 17复位, 卡在固定 杆 14-2上, 就完成了调节竖杆高度的任务。
