I口味调整方法, 其于现有容器 D内一角落或一内壁适当处设置有一至数个封闭空 间 40, 其中, 封闭空间 40的一至数侧可以与现有容器 D整合为一体, 且整合为一体 的一侧可以呈透明状,封闭空间 40内可置放有可饮用或食用的气体、液体、稠状物、 固体或上述的混合, 该封闭空间 40系透过可溶于液体的固状物 411所封闭, 透过如 此的结构设计, 可以在一定时间过后让封闭空间 40内的气体、 液体、 稠状物或固体 因溶于液体而与容器 D内原有的内容物混合, 让使用者可以依浓度 /口味喜好来将 封闭空间 40内的气体、 液体、 稠状物或固体与容器内原有的内容物混合, 而能达到 饮用或食用过程中变换浓度 /口味的目的。
请参阅图 5, 图 5所示为本发明浓度 /口味调整方法的第五实施例。 本发明浓 度 /口味调整方法, 其于现有容器 E、 饮用器具或食用器具一端设置一至数个封闭 空间 50, 其中, 封闭空间 50的一至数侧可以与现有容器 E整合为一体, 且整合为 一体的一侧可以呈透明状, 该数个封闭空间 50呈垂直堆迭, 封闭空间 50内置放有 可饮用或食用的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或上述的混合, 使用者可依序使用饮用 器具或食用器具解除一至数个封闭空间 50的封闭状态 (例如穿透), 让使用者可以 依浓度 /口味喜好来将封闭空间 50内的气体、 液体、 稠状物或固体与容器 E内原 有的内容物混合, 透过如此的结构设计, 而能达到即时依使用者要求随时变换浓度 I口味的目的。
请参阅图 6, 图 6所示为本发明浓度 /口味调整方法的第六实施例。 本发明浓 度 /口味调整方法, 其于现有容器 F—内壁或一角落、饮用器具或食用器具一端设 置一至数个封闭空间 60 (例如, 可于四个底部角落处增加数个小侧面来形成数个封 闭空间), 其中, 封闭空间 60的一至数侧可以与现有容器 F整合为一体, 且整合为 一体的一侧可以呈透明状,该数个封闭空间 60相邻设置 (例如将封闭空间其中一侧 面为共用), 封闭空间 60内置放有可饮用或食用的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或上 述的混合, 使用者可利用饮用器具或食用器具解除一至多个封闭空间 60的封闭状 态 (例如穿透), 透过如此的结构设计, 让使用者可以依浓度 /口味喜好来将封闭空 间 60内的气体、 液体、 稠状物或固体与容器 F内原有的内容物混合, 而能达到即 时依使用者要求随时变换浓度 /口味的目的。
请参阅图 7, 图 7所示为本发明浓度 /口味调整方法的第七实施例。本发明浓度 I口味调整方法, 其于现有容器 G的瓶盖 H设置一至数个封闭空间 70 (例如在瓶盖上 增设有一面), 其中, 封闭空间 70可以与现有瓶盖 H整合为一体, 且可以呈透明状, 封闭空间 70内置放有可饮用或食用的气体、液体、稠状物或稠状物或固体或上述的 混合, 使用者可利用饮用器具或是食用器具解除一至多个封闭空间 70的封闭状态 (例如穿透), 透过如此的结构设计, 让使用者可以依浓度 /口味喜好来将空间内的 气体、 液体、 稠状物或固体与容器 G内原有的内容物混合, 而能达到即时依使用者 要求随时变换浓度 /口味的目的。
请参阅图 8, 图 8所示为本发明浓度 /口味调整方法的第八实施例。本发明浓度 I口味调整方法, 其于现有容器 I适当位置设置一至数个封闭空间 80, 封闭空间 80 上设有一转盘 J, 转盘 J上有一开口 K。 其中, 封闭空间 80可以与现有容器 I整合为一 体 (例如在容器上方增设上下两个面,中间再设有一至数个空格),且可以呈透明状, 封闭空间 80内置放有可饮用或食用的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或上述的混合, 使 用者可藉由旋转转盘 J上来改变开口 Κ的位置以解除一至多个封闭空间 80的封闭状 态, 透过如此的结构设计, 让使用者可以依浓度 /口味喜好来将封闭空间 80内的气 体、 液体、 稠状物或固体与容器 I内原有的内容物混合, 而能达到即时依使用者要 求随时变换浓度 /口味的目的。
请参阅图 9及图 10, 图 9所示为本发明浓度 /口味调整方法的第九实施例, 图 10 所示为本发明浓度 /口味调整方法的第九实施例的俯视图。其于现有容器 L、容器 L 设置一至数个封闭空间 90 (例如在容器底端增设一个面, 中间再增加一至数个空 格), 封闭空间 90上有一转盘 M, 转盘 M上有一开口 N, 中间有一转轴 0。 其中, 封闭 空间 90可以与现有容器 L整合为一体, 且可以呈透明状, 封闭空间 90内置放有可饮 用或食用的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或上述的混合, 使用者可藉由旋转转轴 0改 变转盘 M上的开口 N的位置以解除一至多个封闭空间 90的封闭状态,透过如此的结构 设计, 让使用者可以依浓度 /口味喜好来将封闭空间 90内的气体、 液体、 稠状物或 固体与容器 L内原有的内容物混合, 而能达到即时依使用者要求随时变换浓度 /口 味的目的。
以上所述仅是藉由较佳实施例详细说明本发明,然而对于该实施例所作的任何 修改与变化, 例如使用本方法 (手段)所制成的装置、 可容器的材质的种类、 封闭空 间的内容物及封闭空间的位置、 数量等等的变化均不脱离本发明的精神与范围。
由以上详细说明可使熟知本项技艺者明了本发明的确可达成前述的目的,实已 符合专利法的规定, 爰依法提出发明专利申请。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种浓度 /口味调整方法, 其特征在于, 其于现有容器内设置一至数个封 闭空间, 空间内置放有可饮用或食用的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或上述的混合, 藉由饮用器具或食用器具来使特定的一至数个封闭空间呈非封闭状态,让使用者可 以依浓度 /口味喜好来将空间内的气体、液体、稠状物或固体与容器内原有的内容 物混合。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的浓度 /口味调整方法, 其中, 封闭空间的一至数侧与现 有容器整合为一体, 且整合为一体的一侧呈透明状。
3. 一种浓度 /口味调整方法, 其特征在于, 其于现有容器内适当处设置有一 至数个封闭空间, 空间内置放有可饮用或食用的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或上述 的混合, 该置入空间具有一推块, 该推块可于容器外操作, 透过该推块来推挤空间 内的气体、 液体、 稠状物或固体, 透过如此的结构设计, 让使用者依浓度 /口味喜 好来将空间内的气体、 液体、 稠状物或固体与容器内原有的内容物混合。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的浓度 /口味调整方法, 其中, 封闭空间的一至数侧与现 有容器整合为一体, 且整合为一体的一侧呈透明状。
5. 一种浓度 /口味调整方法, 其特征在于, 其于现有容器内适当处设置有一 至数个封闭空间, 封闭空间内置放有可饮用或食用的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或 上述的混合, 该空间具有一推块, 该推块可于容器外操作, 透过该推块来令空间呈 非封闭状态, 让使用者依浓度 /口味喜好来将封闭空间内的气体、 液体、稠状物或 固体与容器内原有的内容物混合。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的浓度 /口味调整方法, 其中, 封闭空间的一至数侧与现 有容器整合为一体, 且整合为一体的一侧呈透明状。
7. 一种浓度 /口味调整方法, 其特征在于, 其于现有容器内适当处设置有一 至数个封闭空间, 封闭空间内置放有可饮用或食用的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或 上述的混合, 该封闭空间透过可溶于液体的固状物所封闭,在一定时间过后让封闭 空间内的气体、 液体、 稠状物或固体与容器内原有的内容物混合。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的浓度 /口味调整方法, 其中, 封闭空间的一至数侧与现 有容器整合为一体, 且整合为一体的一侧呈透明状。
9. 一种浓度 /口味调整方法, 其特征在于, 其于现有饮用器具或食用器具一 端设置一至数个封闭空间,封闭空间内置放有可饮用或食用的气体、液体、稠状物、 固体或上述的混合,使用者随时解除封闭状态, 依浓度 /口味喜好来将封闭空间内 的气体、 液体、 稠状物或固体与容器内原有的内容物混合。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的浓度 /口味调整方法, 其中, 封闭空间的一至数侧与 现有容器整合为一体, 且整合为一体的一侧呈透明状。
11.一种浓度 /口味调整方法, 其特征在于, 其于现有饮用器具或食用器具一 端设置一至数个封闭空间, 该数个封闭空间呈垂直堆迭, 空间内置放有可饮用或食 用的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或上述的混合, 使用者依序解除一至数个封闭空间 的封闭状态, 依浓度 /口味喜好来将空间内的气体、液体、稠状物或固体与容器内 原有的内容物混合。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的浓度 /口味调整方法, 其中, 封闭空间的一至数侧与 现有容器整合为一体, 且整合为一体的一侧呈透明状。
13.一种浓度 /口味调整方法, 其特征在于, 其于现有饮用器具或食用器具一 端设置一至数个封闭空间, 该数个封闭空间相邻设置, 空间内置放有可饮用或食用 的气体、 液体、 稠状物、 固体或上述的混合, 使用者解除一至多个封闭空间的封闭 状态, 依浓度 /口味喜好来将空间内的气体、 液体、稠状物或固体与容器内原有的 内容物混合。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的浓度 /口味调整方法, 其中, 封闭空间的一至数侧与 现有饮用器具或食用器具整合为一体, 且整合为一体的一侧呈透明状。
