Description
NOVELTY IN STRUCTURES OF SWITCHBOARDS
Description
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a switchboard which can be transported to the final point in pieces and facilitates parts to be connected during installation, allows rapid assembly and enables durable panel to be formed at the end of assembly.
Prior Art/ Background of the Present Invention
Electricity used in present technique or structures used in communication panels contain many disadvantages. Excess parts of such certain structures or difficulty to produce such structures increase cost and extend production time. In some other structures, assembly on site is restricted or details taking time of erector are contained.
For instance, in Patent No.DE10155632, an apparatus for corner joint used for connecting a support vertically positioned from the corner on a base panel have been fixed through a screw fastened from the right corner. Such structure makes site assembly difficult due to the difficulty to fasten the screws to the points specified and recess and protrusion incorporated in the part extends production, cost and their processes.
In Patent No. DE19860407, a complex corner joint structure has been designed. Lower and upper plates of the corner part contain clearances to be associated with different corner places. An adaptor equivalent to connector grippers containing gripper extensions is fixed to base plate corner part and covers the clearances of upper panel. Said structure holds production and assembly difficulty with respect to the parts it contains and structure.
In U.S. Pat. No. US5997117, corner joint components containing extensions in such manner that they are placed inside the tubes to the corners of a panel structure containing tube- shaped profiles are described. Durability is ensured by screwing the extensions created at the edges of tube-shaped profiles.
In U.S. Pat. No. US6012791, fastening of panel wall through fixing a hook component to the erections of panel structure such that it corresponds to another hook component installed into panel wall in such manner that it is not visible from outside is described.
In U.S. Pat. No. US6149255, a corner joint component having a component which compensates and provides flexibility through joining different vertical parts of panel structure as technical solution set forth is being mentioned.
In U.S. Pat. No. US6174034, a panel configuration containing spaces in such a way that vertical profiles of lower and upper parts of the structure pass through such panel is being mentioned. Fastening structure erections to the spaces where such erections may easily be installed can be realized through one or several components in the same simplicity. However, when compared to the panel as the subject of the present invention, it is clear that such panel holds many disadvantages with respect to serial production and in-situ assembly.
In U.S. Pat. No. US2002121387 application, shaping corner edges to be connected through complex shearing processes in order that perfect watertightness is obtained is being mentioned.
In WO02073761 numbered application, an apparatus for corner joint component for switchboards is described. Corner joint component holding at least one conductor for the purpose of grounding electric leakage contain appropriate protrusions for vertical and horizontal structure profiles.
TR2001/02983 numbered Turkish Patent constitutes the recent previous technique. Square bloating used in the solution set forth in said patent makes production difficult and extends production time. Further, since it is difficult to counterbalance the slots as the counter of such square bloating in facing position, difficulty of assembling also arises. In said patent document, element of corner support flange is welded to the corner body. Said welding is not necessary thanks to corner joint as the object of the invention and other apparatus and also assembly has become easier and production time and costs are reduced by using circular bloating instead of square bloating.
In the light of previous technical documents listed above, switchboard as the object of invention introduces many new advantages. When development in present invention and patent applications are examined together, requirement for a durable switchboard along with transport and assembly convenience and the existence of such requirement for such panel board and insufficiency of present solutions in this field have entailed development in the related technical field.

Detailed description Of The Invention
The invention according to holistic viewpoint is related to the cabin on which electronic devices or electrical equipment can be fixed or the structure of electric panels. Frame components forming the structure are horizontal and vertical profiles. In the structure as the object of the invention, a structure which is easy to bring together through a joint component (1) from the corners by means of vertical and horizontal profiles formed of metal bars and to be fitted with the fixings into the panel in such durable structure created after assembly is introduced. In general, the invention contains one corner joint component (1) to be fitted to every corner, panel structure vertical (4) and horizontal bars (5), structure bars (4,5) of said corner joint component (1), vertical and horizontal joint components (2,3) for holding together durably.
Details can be better examined through perspective view of the corner joint component in Figures 1 and 2. Thus, when evaluated together with Figure 5, corner joint (1) as one of the important components of the invention contains horizontal and vertical structure bars (4,5), vertical and horizontal assembly slots (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) which enable joint to be made through horizontal and vertical joint components (2,3). Horizontal joint component (2) is connected to the corner joint (1) through fixing slot (2.2) it contains and horizontal structure bar (4) remained between the corner joint (1) and horizontal joint component (2) is fixed to the corner. Slot bloating (2.1) taking place on horizontal joint component (2) is easily installed into the assembly slot (4.3) on the bar (4). Thus, corner joint (1) introduces an easy assembly through bloating (2.1) on joint component and the slot (4.3) on the bar for one fixing horizontal structure bar (4) and horizontal joint component (2), corner joint (1) is fixed on horizontal structure bar (4) through a simple screw. In the event that said bloating (2.1) is thought to be non-existent, since horizontal joint component (2) fixed inside horizontal structure bar (4) moves vertically and freely inside the slot, it will be rather difficult to center the slot (2.2) on such joint component into related assembly slot (1.3) of the corner joint. When said slot bloating (2.1) is moved to the horizontal bar assembly slot (4.3), fixing wings (2.3) are seated on incurvated surface (4.1) on the horizontal structure bar (4) and a durable fixing shall be realized.
As it is better understood according to Figure 5, vertical structure bar (5) is fixed to corner joint (1) details of which are provided in Figure 4 through a vertical joint component (3). In structure, vertical structure bar (5) is created by double incurvation (5.1, 5,2) of vertical wings. Corner joint (1) is connected to the slots (5.6) on the 2nd twisting (5.2) on inner vertical bar (5) through a vertical joint component (3).
Vertical joint component (3) is manufactured in three slots (3.3, 3.4, 3.5) for production and assembly convenience in panel structure as the object of invention. While two assembly slots (3.3, 3.4) take place on one of the wings (3.1) on vertical joint component comprising two wings (3.1, 3.2) perpendicular to each other, one slot (3.5) on the other wing shall be enough for assembly such that said slot is centered. The reason for the existence of eccentric two slots (3.3, 3.4) on the 1st wing is to enable bidirectional position to occur during production. In the event that single slot is used on both wings (3.1, 3.2), unidirectional and therefore, requirement for production of fixed slots arise. This requires unnecessary extra measures to be taken during workmanship and proper joint component to be used during assembly. In the event of existence of one extra slot, such problems shall be eliminated. Said vertical joint component (3) passes through inner surface formed by perpendicular curves on vertical structure bar (5), and a joint component like screw passes through one of inner surface slots (5.6), one of the appropriate vertical assembly slots (1.1, 1.2) and one of the vertical joint component slots (3) and thus, fixing is completed. Eccentric two slots (3.3, 3.4) on one of the wings (3.1) of vertical joint components (3) and single slot at the center (3.5) on the other wing (3.2) have been created due to the fact that screw heads (6.1) restrict area on inner surface.
As it can be seen in Figures 1, 2 and 4, fixing component (1.5) consisting of an atrium-shaped extension for fastening base or ceiling plates (7) and a fixing slot (1.6) for fastening the plate with a screw-like fixing component (7.1) take place on the corner joint (1). In the event that said fixing extension component (1.5) is manufactured in a certain thickness, it shall not be required to be welded on the body of the corner joint (1). In Figures 6 and 7, details of assembly of a base or ceiling plate to the corner joint component (1) and the corner connected are demonstrated.
A fixing component (7.1), by passing through the fixing slot (1.6) on the corner joint (1), can be fixed by tightening with another assembly component (6.2) inside the panel. As it is seen in all figures except figure 1, circular protrusions (1.4) have been made on the outer surface of corner joint for assembly convenience and increasing durability. Said protrusions (1.4) have been made in bloating shape through circular spots through inner surface of corner joint (1). Circular bloating holds many technical advantages. When compared to square bloating used in prior technique, using circular bloating in said invention has introduced convenience for both production and assembly. When considered with respect to production, while circular bloating can be made in such a way that it holds more tolerance through simple spot machines, it introduces convenience to the extent that superposing two circles during assembly is simpler than the process in which two-cornered shape is superposed. Difficulty in production of cornered bloating, and restricted tolerances in superposing have led circular bloating technique to be developed. Said circular bloating (1.4) is seated into the circular slots on horizontal and vertical structure bars (4,5). After said seating process is rapidly completed through guide bloating slots (1.4), it shall not be necessary to hold corner joint (1) and the other elements manually or temporary fixing shall not be required. In conclusion, said circular bloating created on corner joint (1) introduces convenience for both production and assembly, and after such bloating (1.4) passes through the slots (4.2, 5.6), durability shall be increased substantially.
