Abstract
L'invention concerne une unité valve extra-vasculaire à fermeture automatique pour fermer de manière étanche un orifice de perforation dans une paroi de vaisseau, ladite unité valve se présentant sensiblement sous la forme d'un tube creux possédant un axe principal A. L'unité valve comprend : une partie collier possédant un premier diamètre d1; une partie tubulaire possédant un deuxième diamètre d2 adaptée à la taille dudit orifice de perforation, et une partie valve; le premier diamètre d1 étant supérieur audit second diamètre d2 et ladite partie valve comportant une valve anti-reflux conçue pour empêcher le flux de pénétrer dans l'unité valve lorsque cette dernière est insérée dans l'orifice de perforation. L'invention porte également sur un dispositif der fermeture étanche d'un orifice de perforation dans une paroi de vaisseau.
