本发明在实际应用时与太阳能电器设计为一体,在用太阳光(或其他光源)照射充电时,电平显示器3显示正比于照射光强的电平高低,通过调整太阳能电器的方向,使得电平显示器3显示的电平数值最大,即可得到最大的充电时效。
