Abstract
The invention relates to a battery system having a high-voltage network and a low-voltage network. The high-voltage network comprises a high-voltage battery having a multiplicity of series-connected battery cells (10-1,..., 10-n) and a first microcontroller (20), and the low-voltage network comprises a second microcontroller (15). The first microcontroller (20) and the second microcontroller (15) are connected by a data bus which is designed to transmit data via a first isolator (14) arranged between the first and the second microcontroller (20, 15). The high-voltage battery has at least one cell monitoring unit (11-1,..., 11-n) which is or can be connected to the first microcontroller (20), which is designed to measure cell voltages of the battery cells (10-1,..., 10-n) and to transmit the measured cell voltages to the first microcontroller (20). According to the invention, a DC/DC converter (21) connected to the high-voltage battery is provided, which is designed to generate an operating voltage for the first microcontroller (20) from the voltage output by the high-voltage battery and to output said operating voltage to the first microcontroller (20).
