Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur simultanen, parallelen, kontinuierlichen Darstellung von gespeicherten, hochaufgelösten diagnostischen 3-D- und 2-D-Echtzeitbilddaten während einer medizinischen Intervention eines Patienten und eine Anordnung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein solches Verfahren (Navigation nach dem,,Roadmap"-Prinzip) zu schaffen, wird dadurch gelöst, dass folgende Schritte durchlaufen werden: Verwendung zumindest eines vor der Intervention aufgenommen hochaufgelösten diagnostischen 3-D-Bilddatensatzes eines Zielbereichs des Patienten; kontinuierliches Aufnehmen zumindest eines 2-D-Schnittbilddatensatzes des Zielbereiches in Echtzeit; Aufnehmen zumindest eines während der Intervention aufgenommenen nichtdiagnostischen 3-D-Bilddatensatzes des Zielbereichs ohne diagostische Qualität; Anpassung der Präsentation des hochaufgelösten diagnostischen 3-D-Bilddatensatzes an die Präsentation des 2-D-Schnittbilddatensatzes sowie Auswahl von Schnittebenen dieses Bilddatensatzes, welche mit Schnittebenen des 2-D-Schnittbilddatensatzes korrespondieren, durch dynamische Koregistrierung des diagnostischen 3-D-Bilddatensatzes mit dem nichtdiagnostischen 3-D-Bilddatensatz sowie des nichtdiagnostischen 3-D-Bilddatensatzes mit dem 2-D-Schnittbilddatensatz und kontinuierliche simultane Darstellung des dynamisch koregistrierten diagnostischen 3-D-Bilddatensatzes sowie des 2-D-Schnittbilddatensatzes in Echtzeit auf zwei nebeneinander befindlichen Einrichtungen zur parallelen Präsentation der 3-D-Bilddaten und der 2-D-Echtzeitschnittbilddaten.
