由于银行自助设备的硬加密键盘,承担着用户银行密码的输入和加密处理 工作, 因此在键盘的核心处理部分还存储有银行的工作密钥和主密钥。有些不 法分子为了达到不可告人的目的, 常通过撬取或刺探键盘来窃取用户密码, 甚 至解读银行的工作密钥、 主密钥, 达到窃取银行资料的野心, 直接威胁到用户 和银行资料、 资金的安全。
现有的 ATM加密键盘包括键盘面板及主控板,其中主控板内主芯片内设有 移除检测保护电路,并在主控板上引出有若干个移除检测保护电路引脚形成移 除检测点,每个移除检测点有断开的两个信号接触触点,信号接触触点通过主 控板内部走线接通主芯片移除检测保护电路。在键盘面板与主控板接触面上对 应与该主控板移除检测点位置之间设有导电硅胶。当键盘被安装在 ATM安装面 板上时,键盘面板挤压导电硅胶接触并导通主控板上断开的移除检测点, 形成 通路; 当键盘被非法拆除时, 导电硅胶离开信号接触触点, 形成断路而被感应 到, 并触发移除检测保护电路, 使键盘主芯片删除敏感信息, 并且禁用相关功 能, 从而防止不法分子窃取银行资料。
现有技术中往往为了使加密键盘具有一定的防水性而在键盘面板与主控 板之间设有一层防水硅胶,导电胶设置于防水硅胶与主控板之间。该技术存在 如下问题: 防水硅胶材质为弹性的, 不法分子在拆除键盘前可以紧贴导电硅胶 与面板的夹缝插入一硬性物件并且保持该物件与导电硅胶的挤压,以保持导电 硅胶持续导通移除检测保护电路,从而拆除键盘而不被发觉; 或者从导电硅胶 与移除检测点之间的空隙插入一金属片保持移除检测保护电路持续连通;或者 从导电硅胶与移除检测点之间的空隙灌入导电胶水,保持移除检测保护电路持 续连通。在非法拆卸情况下保持加密键盘不会自毁而非法窃取用户密码, 甚至 解读银行的工作密钥、 主密钥, 达到窃取银行资料的野心, 直接威胁到用户和 银行资料、 资金的安全。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种防止非法拆卸的加密键盘,通过在在移除检测点 处设有保护圏, 以提升加密键盘的安全性。
为了实现本发明目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明所提供的这种加密键盘, 包括一按键面板及一主控板, 该主控板的 主芯片内设有移除检测保护电路,并在主控板临近按键面板一侧的表面引出至 少一个移除检测保护电路引脚形成移除检测点,所述移除检测点有两个断开的 信号接触触点,两个断开的信号接触触点由导电胶导通使移除检测保护电路生 效, 该移除检测点的外围设置与其隔离的导电保护环, 该导电保护环连通主芯 片内的移除检测保护电路, 所述导电保护环和导电胶的外围设有一保护圏。
可选的, 所述保护圏设置至少两个抓钩,每个抓钩插入到主控板临近按键 面板一侧表面的半盲孔内, 并通过焊接与主控板固定。
进一步的, 所述保护圏为导电金属环, 该金属环与主控板内移除检测保护 电路形成电连接。
可选的,所述保护圏固设于按键面板临近主控板一侧表面对应导电保护环 的位置外围。

硬性金属环保护圏 1024的厚度与防水硅胶 104相当, 当该键盘通过按键 面板 101上的螺柱 1011固定装配在一起时, 按键面板 101和主控板 102挤压 中间的防水硅胶层 104及硬性金属环保护圏 1024 , 将其紧密的固定在一起, 硬性金属环保护圏 1024与主控板 102、 按键面板 101之间均没有空隙, 确保 移除检测点 1022不被来自外侧刺探攻击, 有效阻止不法分子紧贴导电硅胶与 面板的夹缝插入一硬性物件对加密键盘的侧面刺探攻击。
另外,该种设计可以有效阻止不法分子从导电硅胶 103与移除检测点 1022 之间的空隙插入一金属片保持移除检测保护电路持续连通的攻击;采用导电保 护环 1023和金属保护圏 1024分别与主控板内移除检测保护电路形成电连接, 当导电保护环 1023和金属保护圏 1024任意一个与移除检测点导通时都会造成 电路的改变,从而使主控芯片感知,增强加密键盘阻止不法分子从导电硅胶与 移除检测点之间的空隙灌入导电硅胶胶水的攻击能力。
请一并参阅图 3 , 是本发明所提供第二种防止非法拆卸的加密键盘分解示 意图,该加密键盘 200 ,其包括一按键面板 201、一主控板 202以及一底板 205 , 该主控板 202的主芯片内设有移除检测保护电路(图中未示出),该主控板 202 临近按键面板 201一侧的表面 2021的两对边缘引出两个移除检测保护电路引 脚形成移除检测点 2022 , 所述移除检测点 2022有两个断开的信号接触触点, 两个断开的信号接触触点由导电胶 203导通使移除检测保护电路生效。移除检 测点 2022的外围设置与其隔离的导电保护环 2023 , 该导电保护环 2023连通 主芯片内的移除检测保护电路。 为了使加密键盘具有一定的防水功能, 本实施 例中所提供的加密键盘在按键面板 201 和主控板 202之间设有一防水硅胶层 204 , 该防水硅胶层 204对应导电胶 203的位置处设有嵌入导电胶 203的嵌入 槽。
其中所述底板 205附着在主控板 202背面,其对应与主控板 202的导电保 护环 2023位置外围设有保护圏 2051 , 该保护圏 2051 可以是焊接在底板 205 上,也可以是同底板 205铸为一体,保护圏 2051开口向主控板 202中心位置。 分别在主控板 202的导电保护环 2023外围开设槽位 2024 , 在防水硅胶 204上 导电硅胶 203的嵌入槽外围开设槽位 2041。 槽位 2024和槽位 2041形状与保 护圏 2051吻合, 半包围导电硅胶 203及导电保护环 2023。 保护圏 2051的厚 度等于防水硅胶 204和主控板 202 的厚度之和, 当该键盘通过按键面板 201 上的螺柱 2011固定装配在一起时, 按键面板 201和底板 205挤压中间层的防 水硅胶 204及主控板 202 , 将其紧密的固定在一起。 保护圏 2051从侧翼三个 面半包围移除检测点 2022 , 与按键面板 201紧密接触, 确保移除检测点 2022 不被来自外侧刺探攻击,有效阻止不法分子紧贴导电硅胶与面板的夹缝插入一 硬性物件对加密键盘的侧面刺探攻击。
参阅图 4 , 是本发明所提供第三种防止非法拆卸的加密键盘分解示意图, 该加密键盘 300 , 其包括一按键面板 301、 一主控板 302以及一底板 305 , 该 主控板 302的主芯片内设有移除检测保护电路(图中未示出), 该主控板 302 临近按键面板 301一侧的表面 3021的两对边缘引出两个移除检测保护电路引 脚形成移除检测点 3022 , 所述移除检测点 3022有两个断开的信号接触触点, 两个断开的信号接触触点由导电胶 303导通使移除检测保护电路生效。移除检 测点 3022的外围设置与其隔离的导电保护环 3023 , 该导电保护环 3023连通 主芯片内的移除检测保护电路。 为了使加密键盘具有一定的防水功能, 本实施 例中所提供的加密键盘在按键面板 301 和主控板 302之间设有一防水硅胶层 304 , 该防水硅胶层 304对应导电胶 303的位置处设有嵌入导电胶 303的嵌入 槽。
其中所述底板 305附着在主控板 302背面,其四边垂直折起构成一保护圏 3051 , 该保护圏 3051的厚度等于防水硅胶 304和主控板 302的厚度之和, 当 该键盘通过按键面板 301上的螺柱 3011固定装配在一起时, 按键面板 301和 底板 305挤压中间层的防水硅胶 304及主控板 302 , 保护圏 3051完全包围防 水硅胶 304及主控板 302边缘, 与按键面板一同紧密固定。 保护圏 3051从四 面包围主控板 302 , 并与按键面板 301 紧密接触, 确保移除检测点 3022不被 来自外侧刺探攻击,有效阻止不法分子紧贴导电硅胶与面板的夹缝插入一硬性 物件对加密键盘的侧面刺探攻击。
参阅图 5 , 本发明所提供第四种防止非法拆卸的加密键盘分解示意图, 本 发明所提供的这种加密键盘 400 , 其包括一按键面板 401、 防水硅胶 404及一 主控板 402 , 该主控板 402的主芯片内设有移除检测保护电路(图中未示出 ), 该主控板 402临近按键面板 401一侧的表面的两对边缘引出两个移除检测保护 电路引脚形成移除检测点 4022 , 所述移除检测点 4022有两个断开的信号接触 触点, 两个断开的信号接触触点由导电胶 403导通使移除检测保护电路生效。 移除检测点 4022的外围设置与其隔离的导电保护环 4023 ,该导电保护环 4023 连通主芯片内的移除检测保护电路。 其中导电胶 403 镶嵌在防水硅胶层 404 临近主控板表面上的嵌入槽。
按键面板 401对应导电保护环 4022的外周围固定设置有半包围结构硬性 金属环保护圏 4012 , 该半包围保护圏 4012的开口向主控板中心位置, 其通过 焊接或一体成型与按键面板 401固定连接。
硬性金属环保护圏 4012的厚度与防水硅胶 404相当, 当该键盘通过按键 面板 401上的螺柱 4011固定装配在一起时, 按键面板 401和主控板 402挤压 中间的防水硅胶层 404及硬性金属环保护圏 4012 , 将其紧密的固定在一起, 硬性金属环保护圏 4012与主控板 402、 按键面板 401之间均没有空隙, 确保 移除检测点 4022不被来自外侧刺探攻击, 有效阻止不法分子紧贴导电硅胶与 面板的夹缝插入一硬性物件对加密键盘的侧面刺探攻击。
参阅图 6 , 本发明所提第供五种防止非法拆卸的加密键盘分解示意图, 本 发明所提供的这种加密键盘 500 , 其包括一按键面板 501、 防水硅胶 504及一 主控板 502 , 该主控板 502的主芯片内设有移除检测保护电路(图中未示出 ), 该主控板 502临近按键面板 501一侧的表面的两对边缘引出两个移除检测保护 电路引脚形成移除检测点 5022 , 所述移除检测点 5022有两个断开的信号接触 触点, 两个断开的信号接触触点由导电胶 503导通使移除检测保护电路生效。 移除检测点 5022的外围设置与其隔离的导电保护环 5023 ,该导电保护环 5023 连通主芯片内的移除检测保护电路。 其中导电胶 503 镶嵌在防水硅胶层 504 临近主控板表面上的嵌入槽。
按键面板 501的四边垂直折起构成一保护圏 5012 , 该保护圏 5012的厚度 等于防水硅胶 504和主控板 502的厚度之和,当该键盘通过按键面板 501上的 螺柱 5011固定装配在一起时, 按键面板 501和主控板 502挤压中间层的防水 硅胶 504 , 保护圏 5012完全包围防水硅胶 504及主控板 502边缘, 与按键面 板一同紧密固定。 保护圏 5012从四面包围主控板 502边缘, 并与主控板 502 紧密接触, 确保移除检测点 5022不被来自外侧刺探攻击, 有效阻止不法分子 紧贴导电硅胶与面板的夹缝插入一硬性物件对加密键盘的侧面刺探攻击。
上述实施例仅示出了几个优选实施方案, 为了提高加密键盘的安全性,根 据需要为加密键盘提供更多的防护层, 这对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来 说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 根据现有技术可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种防止非法拆卸的加密键盘, 包括一按键面板及一主控板, 该主控 板的主芯片内设有移除检测保护电路,并在主控板临近按键面板一侧的表面引 出至少一个移除检测保护电路引脚形成移除检测点,所述移除检测点有两个断 开的信号接触触点,两个断开的信号接触触点由导电胶导通使移除检测保护电 路生效, 该移除检测点的外围设置与其隔离的导电保护环, 该导电保护环连通 主芯片内的移除检测保护电路, 其特征在于, 所述导电保护环和导电胶的外围 设有一保护圏。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的加密键盘, 其特征在于, 所述保护圏设置至少两 个抓钩,每个抓钩插入到主控板临近按键面板一侧表面的半盲孔内, 并通过焊 接与主控板固定。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的加密键盘, 其特征在于, 所述保护圏为导电金属 环, 该金属环与主控板内移除检测保护电路形成电连接。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的加密键盘, 其特征在于, 所述保护圏固设于按键 面板临近主控板一侧表面对应导电保护环的位置外围。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的加密键盘, 其特征在于, 所述主控板远离按键面 板的一侧设置一底板,所述保护圏固设于底板临近主控板一侧表面对应导电保 护环的位置外围, 所述主控板对应保护圏的位置处设有槽孔。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的加密键盘, 其特征在于, 所述保护圏由按键面板 边缘沿着主控板方向的垂直折起构成, 以便在安装时完全围住所述主控板边
7、 如权利要求 1所述的加密键盘, 其特征在于, 所述主控板远离按键面 板的一侧设置一底板, 所述保护圏由底板边缘沿着主控板方向的垂直折起构 成, 在安装时完全围住所述主控板边缘。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的加密键盘, 其特征在于, 所述按键面板与主 控板之间设有一防水硅胶层,该防水硅胶层对应导电胶的位置处设有导电胶嵌 入槽。
9、 如权利要求 1-5所述任意一种加密键盘, 其特征在于, 所述按键面板 与主控板之间设有一防水硅胶层,该防水硅胶层对应导电胶的位置处设有导电 胶嵌入槽。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的加密键盘, 其特征在于, 所述防水硅胶层对应保 护圏的位置处开有容纳该保护圏的槽或孔。
