Abstract
A wind turbine generator system for high temperature environments comprising a tower (1), main machinery (2) installed at the top of the tower, and a rotor (3) connected to the main machinery. An inverter (4) and a tower base control cabinet (7) are internally arranged at the bottom of the tower. A speed-increasing gearbox (5) connected to the rotor is arranged at the front end of the main machinery, and an electric generator (6) is connected to the output shaft of the speed-increasing gearbox. A nacelle control cabinet (8) is arranged in the middle portion of the main machinery, and an axial flow fan (9) capable of extracting heat from the inside of the main machinery is arranged in the tail portion of the same. The wind turbine generator system is a large-scale generator system, especially applicable in super-high temperature environments. The wind turbine generator system can generate electricity normally at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +50°C.
