Definitions
- the present invention is in respect of a device producing cyphers specific for persons or corporations and also producing mixtures that are suitable for such cyphers and then analyzing such mixtures using atomic absorption method and determining to whom or which company the combination belongs to.
- the systems that have been mentioned above provide for the identification verification of the person, however they said systems are not equipped to make a detection whether the relevant goods or the signature belongs to the said persons or the said institution from the ink that has been used for the signature or from the color of it. With the present invention, this requirement is met.
- the purpose of the present invention is the realization of a device that produces a cypher that is specific for the person by providing the identification verification of a person by scanning the eye retina of the person or by reading the finger print of the person or by verifying the tone of the voice of the person and that prepares a mixture that is appropriate for the cypher in any color that the person had selected along with the cypher.
- Yet another purpose of the present invention is to realize a device that is capable of reading any color that has been used within any product or within any signature and then detecting to whom or to which company the relevant color belongs to.
- the characteristics color determiner that is subject of the invention and the device producing the mixture takes the eye retina or the finger print or the tone of voice of the person and then producing a cypher that is specific for that person or a sensor that takes the cyphers that have been determined by the companies, depending on the cypher that had been produced, depending on the color that the person had selected, a processor that determines the amounts of the mixtures to be supplied from the 7 main colors have been placed, a mixer in which the colors are being mixed, an outlet in which the colors being filled in tubes and given to the user, a money inlet chamber for the person to be able to make the payment, a color reader that defines that the color belongs to a certain person or a certain company and a server that have been connected to the processor in which all of the cyphers and the information is placed.
- a finger print reader that is being used widely at the present time is capable of providing a cypher by way of bar coding the finger print.
- the purpose is providing a matrix for the digital values that have been obtained (such as bar codes) using a sensor to determine which of the colors to be mixed in how much and then mixing it in the color chamber and to obtain certain characteristic mixtures.
- the characteristic color determinant that is subject of the invention and the device producing the mixture along with the process that has been undertaken within the Atm machines such as biological identification like the recognition of persons from their finger prints or their voice tones or their eye retinas.
- biological identification like the recognition of persons from their finger prints or their voice tones or their eye retinas.
- the characteristic color determiner that is subject of the invention and the device producing the mixture takes the eye retina or the finger print or the tone of voice of the person and then producing a cypher that is specific or that person or a sensor that takes the cyphers that have been determined by the companies, depending on the cypher that had been produced, depending on the color that the person had selected, a processor that determines the amounts of the mixtures to be supplied from the 7 main colors, the color chambers in which the seven main colors have been placed, a mixer in which the colors are being mixed, an outlet in which the colors are being filled in tubes and given to the user, a money inlet chamber for the person to be able to make the relevant payment, a color reader that defines that the color belongs to a certain person or that the color belongs to a certain company and or server that has been connected to the processor in which all of the cyphers and the information is placed.
- the sensor defines a characteristic cypher that is specific for that person by determining the finger print or the eye retina or the tone of voice of that person.
- the relevant cypher is going to be a cypher to be constituted of very many digits Preferably it might be a number with 15 digits or it may be a number having less that 15 digits or it may be a number having more than 15 digits. It might also be possible to define a cypher having numbers and letters or a combination of specific characters.
- the sensor is capable of defining the cyphers specifically for the companies or private institutions or also is capable of recognizing the cyphers that have already been defined.
- the sensor After the sensor reads the values that are specific for persons such as the finger print or the eye retina or the tone of voice and after the sensor defines the cypher specific for the person or after the sensor gets the cyphers that have been entered by the companies or the private establishments; the sensor matches the said cyphers with the relevant persons, companies or establishments and then the serves communicates these information first to be processor then to the server.
- the processor is capable of determining the color combinations to be included in the mixture in accordance with the cyphers that have been communicated to himself.
- there color chambers that contain 7 main colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, dark blue and purple).
- the amount of the specific colors to be included for every character within the cypher to add into the mixture is being determined. For example for a cypher that had been defined as 765498212455857, for the number 7, the device is going to take 9 ml of blue, for the number 6, the device is going to take 1 ml of yellow, etc... and on endless number of color combinations are provided accordingly.
- the processor defines the contents of the mixture, the defined amounts of colors from the color chambers are being transferred to the mixer.
- the same mixer is being filled into the tubes and the same is then being handed over to the user from the outlet of the device. It might be possible for the user to make a certain amount of payment to the payment chamber of the device and for this purpose, the user might also use his credit card for the payment.
- the person might select any color of his choice.
- the mixture to be prepared is going to include the relevant color combinations to the most, the visible color of the mixture is going to be that color. For example when dark blue is being selected, the color of the mixture is going to be dark blue.
- the mixture is going to contain different amounts o different colors the characteristic, that is the contents of every dark blue mixture is still going to be different.
- the color reader that has been placed on the device is able to process the colors that have been fed to it by way of the atomic absorption logic.
- the contents of the colors that has been read is defined and then the cypher of this content is being recognized and then the information that have been matched with the cypher is being checked. And accordingly, it becomes possible to define to whom or to which establishment or to which company the relevant color. After the person fills in his pen with the mixture that he had been handed over and then the person will deliver his signature by making the color reader to decipher it ad then provide a check of the system.
