Abstract

The invention is about a holster where the gun is partially uncovered out of which the gun can be pulled as full with one hand. In our mechanism, which is the subject of application, there are a belt hanger (3) that carries the mechanism on, a cover (2) fixed to this belt hanger, a cartridge ejector hole (2.4) right above the place where the cartridge is thrown out of the gun (1), a notch fixer (2.2) fixing the gun notch (1.4), a pistol slide holder hook (2.3) which by fixing the bottom part of the barrel and accordingly the pistol slide (1.2), provides the cartridge to be taken from charger to chamber by moving in the forward direction of the gun body (1.1). In some gun types, due to a spindle coming below the gun barrel, this hook is designed as a bit.

Description

DESCRIPTION
Cover Mechanism Where The Gun Is Partially Uncovered Which Enables
To Fill The Gun Fast With One Hand
Invention is about the cover mechanism, out of which the gun can be pulled as full with one hand in case of a sudden attack or injury.
It is seen that existing gun covers do not exactly meet the requirements of users, although they have serious models. The most important ones of these requirements are being faster than the opposite person and the ability to get the gun ready to shoot with one hand, where necessary.
With the gun covers that have widespread use, 4 or 5 basic actions need be made to point the gun to the target. With our mechanism, which is the subject of application, an empty gun gets ready for shooting with 2 actions. The basic purpose of shooting training is to point the gun to the right target as soon as possible. Injuries and deaths while using gun, take place mostly during unexpected attacks between 0-15 meters.
A gun user should receive special training and practice continuously to learn any one of the shooting techniques of gun pulling. With the mechanism that enables the user to fill the gun in its cover with one hand, the user can respond very fast to the opponent without panic in a sudden intervention.
Another important benefit of our mechanism, which is the subject of application, is the ability to push the bullet into the barrel with one hand. Having such an opportunity in addition to the speed enables the user to be still able to use the gun, at least to protect himself, in case that his other arm is injured. Persons, even if they have the strength of a standard person, have to apply a strong force to pull the cursor of the gun. Creamed, sweaty, or simply to tell a slippery hand raises difficulty to user while pulling the cursor. With our invention, which is the subject of application, this difficulty disappears with the cover's mechanism that gets power from the shoulders and body weight. In current trainings, lessons are given on how to fill the gun in shoe heel or belt in case of an injury. As it is understood here, a person in this situation has to spend a lot of efforts. Besides the facilities of the mechanism are very important in terms of enabling the person to use the free hand to protect himself, to maneuver, even if there is no injury. Another purpose of the mechanism, which is the subject of application, is to provide convenience to some certain security procedures in VIP protection services. In our country, VIP guards have to carry the gun empty in its cover in accordance with the training they have taken, in order not to risk the safety of the person they protect (e.g. Prime Minister). Although safety precautions of VIP guards differ from country to country, the issue that the basic priority is "security" does not change anywhere. In the USA, the gun is carried full but locked. As it is seen, however it may encounter, the guards have to obey certain procedures to be able to intervene in case of a sudden attack. The mechanism, which allows the gun to be filled with one hand in its cover, is appropriate for the safety measures, user - friendly > and minimizes the safety-speed conflict that VIP guards face.
In our mechanism, which is the subject of application, it is possible to avoid any kind of undesirable accidents by adding a practical and easy to use safety mechanism. It is avoided that the gun is captured and used by other persons, especially in crowded places. The invention minimizes the time waste of security guards at places where there is a high risk of attack/robbery, such as jewelries, gas stations, banks.
Besides there is a cartridge hole in our mechanism, which is the subject of application. With the help of this cartridge hole, in cases where the gun is full but not shot, the user is given the opportunity of refilling the cartridge, as if the cartridge was empty, by taking the cartridge out of it. In our mechanism, where there is not a cartridge hole, a situation called as cartridge stilt happens and leaves the mechanism temporarily out of order.
As a result our cover mechanism, which enables to fill the gun in its cover with one hand, aims to present the ability to respond to the opponent with the gun even faster than the existing advanced shooting techniques by using less energy and not having the necessity of using one hand and not requiring to have taken advanced professional training in cases of sudden attacks, injuries, close protection and at places where robberies often take place.
Since the gun stays partially uncovered in our invention, it does not cause perspiration, and since the upper part of the gun does not grind the cover, the gun is not harmed.
The cover mechanism, which is designed to reach the aims described above, is shown in Figures:

8. Holder Detailed Description of The Invention:
In our mechanism, there is a belt hanger with an outer and inner (4, 5) surface to help the mechanism to be attached to the belt. Belt hanger enables the cover (2) to be fixed to the belt tighter, while the outer surface (4) of the belt hanger avoids restrictions of the movements of the system by avoiding the cover to be hitched to the clothes. Optionally the link of the cover (2) to the belt can be adjusted from the belt griper (6). Also there is a rotating belt holder (8), which can move forth and back according to positions. With the help of this holder (8) the position of the gun can be adjusted in any shape according to the needs
In our gun cover mechanism, there is a cartridge hole (2.4) right above the part of the gun (1) from which the cartridge is ejected. The cartridge hole (2.4) provides the cartridge on the chamber of the gun to be thrown out in situations where it is forgotten that the gun (1) is full or when being unaware of the situation that the gun is full with the excitement of a clash. Hence the cartridge chamber of the gun (1) can be emptied and a new filling can be done.
The safety latch (9) placed between the trigger barrier and the cover (2) prevents the gun (1) to be pulled from the cover (2) by unwanted persons. The safety latch (9) also avoids the gun (1 ) from being installed accidentally by the user.
In our mechanism, there is a cursor holder hook (2.3). This hook (2.3) varies according to gun types, fixes the lower part of the barrel (the outer part of the bow place, which brings the gun to its place) and hence fixes the cursor (1.2) and takes the cartridge from the charger to the chamber by moving the gun body (1.1) in forward position.
The mentioned cover (2) does not have a moving feature. The cursor of the gun (1) is fixed by the cover (2). The gun hilt is moved forwards and hence the gun is filled. The gun cursor (1.2) is fixed at two points. The first one is the point where the gun notch (1.4) is placed, the other one is the bottom side of the barrel. Cursor holder hook (2.3) provides the gun to be filled by its downwards movement by fixing the bottom side of the gun barrel. The gun (1) is ready to use as full. After being used, the gun (1) is put into its cover (2) with the rest of the cartridges. The charger is detached, installation is done and the bullet in the chamber is ejected from the cartridge hole (2.4). By this way, the gun is emptied and made ready for the next use. In some gun types, a spindle comes forth at the place where the cursor holder hook (2.3) under the barrel is attached as the gun is installed. To avoid this problem, the edge of the hook (2.3) can be made in the shape of a circle.
