毽子游戏在民间流行已久,是一种集娱乐和竞技一体的运动。其游戏方式极具弹性,个人独乐可以,集体共享亦宜。其活动场所又无限制,几乎随时随地都可进行。毽子游戏需要脚法、操纵、控制等技巧,务使毽 子的腾空时间达到最久,此外,毽子也可以用球拍击打。
正是由于毽子游戏的普及,一直都有人尝试做出带有各种功能的毽子,试图增加此活动的趣味性,例如英国专利GB190525803公开的一种改良毽子,中国实用新型CN2165891Y公开的一种音乐毽,中国实用新型CN2320289Y公开的一种电子音乐闪光毽球,中国实用新型CN2332437Y公开的一种发光毽,中国实用新型CN2396848Y公开的一种健身毽,以及中国实用新型CN200984433Y公开的一种带显示装置的毽子等等,但上述发明虽然对毽子功能有所增强,却不能同时供手打、脚踢或拍击使用,仍然不能满足人们的需要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有手打、脚踢或拍击功能,且具有声光效果的毽子。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种毽子,包括毽毛体、主体和底座,所述毽毛体由三片或三片以上的毽毛片组成,所述主体由上盖和下盖连接组成,所述上盖上设有毽毛压片,毽毛片固定在毽毛压片上,所述毽毛压片将毽毛体固定和支撑在上盖的上面。
本发明所述毽毛片设有至少一个开孔。
本发明所述毽毛片通过至少一个固定扣和固定扣座与其相邻的毽毛片沿边缘连接。
本发明所述主体内设有控制电路,所述控制电路包括电路板、振动感应器和指示器。
本发明所述电路板包括电子控制器和电池,所述指示器包括至少一个发光器和发声器,所述振动感应器连接电子控制器,电子控制器分别连接发光器和发声器,电池与电子控制器相连接。
本发明所述底座由底座片层叠组成。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1、图2所示,本发明实施例一的毽子1包括毽毛体10、主体12和底座14,其中,毽毛体10由三片或三片以上的毽毛片16组成,毽毛片16设有至少一个开孔22,用以减轻重量和达到最佳气流动力效果,毽毛片16可以用EVA、泡棉或其它合适的轻质材料制成,毽毛片16通过设置在开孔22旁(侧)的至少一个固定扣18和固定扣座20与其相邻的毽毛片16沿边缘连接,这样一个由平面毽毛片16形成环形立体毽毛体10的结构,既节省材料,又容易制作;主体12由上盖26和下盖28连接组成,上盖26上设有毽毛压片24,毽毛片16的一端由毽毛压片24以嵌压、粘合或其它合适方法固定在毽毛压片24上,毽毛压片24通过上盖螺丝44和上盖螺帽46将毽毛体10固定和支撑在上盖26的上面;底座14由底座片54层叠组成,底座片54之间夹有夹层片56,底座片54和夹层片56穿设有索带58,底座14可以接受打击。
如图3所示,本发明的主体12内设有控制电路30,控制电路30包括电路板32、振动感应器34和指示器,其中,电路板32包括电子控制器40和电池42,指示器包括至少一个发光器36和发声器38,振动感应器34连接电子控制器40,电子控制器40分别连接发光器36和发声器38,电池42与电子控制器40相连接。电子控制器40可以是微形处理器或其它的电子控制器或电子控制电路,发光器36和发声器38设于电路板32上,发光器36可以是发光二极管、EL冷光板、灯泡或其它合适的发光部件,发声器38可以是蜂鸣片、蜂鸣器、喇叭或类似部件,振动感应器34可以感应毽子1的运动,从而发出电子讯号给电子控制器40,电子控制器40继而作出反应,启动一个或一个以上的发光器36,或同时启动发声器38,直至毽子1停止运动。
在上述实施例中,毽毛压片24及附于其上的毽毛体10由上盖螺丝44和上盖螺帽46固定于主体12的上盖26上,也可以采用其它方法把毽毛体10和主体12连接。上盖26包括了第一个内空间(图中未标示),下盖28包括了第二个内空间48,控制电路30则藏于上盖和下盖所包含而成的空间。上盖26与下盖28互相以一颗或多颗螺丝50与一颗或多颗螺帽52连接。底座14包括多个底座片54、多个夹层片56和一条索带58,夹层片56可以由泡沫、泡棉、乳胶、橡胶、纸板、瓦楞纸或其它合适材料制造,底座片54由塑料,例如EVA、PVC,但也可以是其它塑料,甚至是纸板,或其它合适物料制造;两片底座片54之间,含有一片或以上的夹层片56。当然两片底座片54之间,也可以不包含有夹层片56。多个底座片54和多个夹层片56均有一对长孔60贯穿。索带58的两端分别穿过长孔60,连系多个底座片54和夹层片56,把多个底座片54和夹层片56连系一起而成为底座14,索带58的两端之后穿过下盖28,然后被收紧,再由下盖螺丝62把整个底座14与下盖28固定连接。索带58的两端,也可以用其它方法固定于下盖28,例如钩在设于下盖28适当位置的钩子。上述结构也可应用于下面的实施例二中。
如图4、5所示,本发明实施例二的毽子2包括毽毛体10和底座14,毽毛体10由三片或三片以上的毽毛片16组成,毽毛片16设有至少一个开孔22,毽毛片16通过至少一个固定扣18和固定扣座20与其相邻的毽毛片沿边缘连接。毽毛体10通过毽毛压片24与设在底座14上的索带压片64连接。底座14由底座片54层叠组成,底座片54之间夹有夹层片56。底座片54和夹层片56穿设有索带58,索带58的两端由索带压片64固定。
本实施例中毽毛体10包括三片或以上毽毛片16,每片毽毛片16由一个或一个以上的固定扣18和固定扣座20与其相邻的毽毛片16沿边缘连接。每片毽毛片16有一个或一个以上的开孔22,用以减轻重量和达到最佳气流动力效果。毽毛片16的一端,由毽毛压片24以嵌压、粘合或其它合适方法固定。底座14包括多个底座片54、多个夹层片56和一条索带58。两片底座片54之间,含有一片或一片以上的夹层片56。当然两片底座片54之间,也可以不包含有夹层片56。多个底座片54和多个夹层片56均有一对长孔60贯穿。索带58的两端分别穿过长孔60,连系多个底座片54和夹层片56。索带58的两端之后穿过于索带压片64的孔66,然后被收紧。固定螺丝50’穿过毽毛压片24和索带58两端,连同索带压片64固定于底座14上。
本发明的毽子可供手打、脚踢或拍击。其中,实施例一的毽子包括毽毛体、主体和底座,实施例二包括毽毛体和底座。毽毛体包括三片或以上的毽毛片,毽毛片互相接连,毽毛片的一端由毽毛压片固定。本发明的控制电路包括电路板、振动感应器和一个或一个以上的发光器及发声器。电路板包括电子控制器和电池,发光器和发声器安置于电路板上。当毽子在运动的时候,振动感应器会向电子控制器发出讯号,电子控制器收到讯号后,会作出反应,从而启动一个或一个以上的发光器和发声器,直至毽子停止运动。底座包括多个底座片、多个夹层片和一条索带,在实施例二里,控制电路可以设置在底座中。两片底座片之间含有一片或以上的夹层片,索带的作用是把多个底座片和多个夹层片连贯而成为一体。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种毽子,包括毽毛体(10)、主体(12)和底座(14),其特征在于:所述毽毛体(10)由三片或三片以上的毽毛片(16)组成,所述主体(12)由上盖(26)和下盖(28)连接组成,所述上盖(26)上设有毽毛压片(24),毽毛 片(16)固定在毽毛压片(24)上,所述毽毛压片(24)将毽毛体(10)固定和支撑在上盖(26)的上面。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的毽子,其特征在于:所述毽毛片(16)设有至少一个开孔(22)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的毽子,其特征在于:所述毽毛片(16)通过至少一个固定扣(18)和固定扣座(20)与其相邻的毽毛片沿边缘连接。
  11. 根据权利要求8或10所述的毽子,其特征在于:所述底座(14)由底座片(54)层叠组成,底座片(54)之间夹有夹层片(56)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的毽子,其特征在于:所述底座片(54)和夹层片(56)穿设有索带(58),索带(58)的两端由索带压片(64)固定。
