本发明是一种即热式电热水壶的停水机构,特别是一种内置蒸汽盒,通过蒸汽开关控制水阀门的关闭与开启的即热式电热水壶的停水机构,属于即热式电热水壶所用停水机构的改造技术。
背景技术
现有即热式电热水壶是一种符合节能,环保的新一代快速电热水壶。内置的蒸汽盒是即热式电热水壶的核心,而停水机构是蒸汽盒内部的主要结构。停水机构的优劣直接影响操作按钮的力度,机器是否漏水,整机寿命等诸多要素。现有的停水机构存在的缺点是结构复杂,操作的灵活性差,可靠性差,直接影响出水量的稳定性。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种结构合理,受力均匀,可靠性高,确保出水量稳定的即热式电热水壶的停水机构。本发明加工方便、装配简单、操作灵活,可提升整机寿命,增强操作舒适性。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的即热式电热水壶的停水机构,包括蒸汽盒盖、驱动杆、杠杆、蒸汽盒、密封圈、弹片, 其中蒸汽盒盖装设在蒸汽盒的上端,杠杆的一端通过铰接轴铰装在蒸汽盒盖上,且杠杆通过销轴与驱动杆上的导向槽相连,为驱动杆分别提供向下或向下的动力的弹片与驱动杆连接,分别用于密封蒸汽盒上的出水口与排水口的两个关水密封圈分别固定在杠杆的两端部。
上述驱动杆的上方设有开关掣,开关掣与设置在其上方的停水按钮连接。
上述开关掣的旁侧还设有带动其运动的连杆,连杆与设置在其上方的电源按钮连接。
上述连杆还与蒸汽开关连接。
上述关水密封圈为硅胶密封圈。
有益效果
本发明由于采用以杠杆原理实现工作的结构,其结构合理,受力均匀,可靠性高,确保出水量稳定。本发明加工方便、装配简单、操作灵活,可提升整机寿命,增强操作舒适性。本发明是一种设计巧妙,性能优良,方便实用的即热式电热水壶的停水机构。

本发明的最佳实施方式
实施例:
本发明的结构示意图如图1、2所示,本发明的即热式电热水壶的停水机构,包括蒸汽盒盖6、驱动杆7、杠杆8、蒸汽盒9、密封圈10、弹片11, 其中蒸汽盒盖6装设在蒸汽盒9的上端,杠杆8的一端通过铰接轴铰装在蒸汽盒盖6上,且杠杆8通过销轴与驱动杆7上的导向槽相连,为驱动杆7分别提供向下或向下的动力的弹片11与驱动杆7连接,分别用于密封蒸汽盒9上的出水口与排水口的两个关水密封圈10分别固定在杠杆8的两端部。
本实施例中,上述驱动杆7的上方设有开关掣4,开关掣4与设置在其上方的停水按钮3连接。此外,上述开关掣4的旁侧还设有带动其运动的连杆1,连杆1与设置在其上方的电源按钮2连接。另外,上述连杆1还与蒸汽开关5连接。
本实施例中,上述关水密封圈10为硅胶密封圈。
本发明的工作原理如下:使用时,按下电源按钮2,连杆1带动开关掣4及蒸汽开关5运动,开关掣4将驱动杆7向上拉动,引导杠杆8顺时针旋转到右侧的关水硅胶圈10紧压蒸汽盒9的排水孔。当水加热到沸腾后就直接从左侧的出水口流出,无法从右侧的排水孔流出。
操作者按下停水按钮3,通过开关掣4关闭电源, 停止加热。同时带动放置在停水按钮3下的驱动杆7向下运动,驱动杆7在向下运动的同时,带动杠杆8逆时针转动,越过弹片11的平衡点,弹片力同时驱动驱动杆7向下运动,杠杆8逆时针转动,直到固定在杠杆头部的关水硅11胶紧紧住蒸汽盒9的出水口,实现让水壶停止放水,实现即时定量停水。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种即热式电热水壶的停水机构,其特征在于包括蒸汽盒盖(6)、驱动杆(7)、杠杆(8)、蒸汽盒(9)、密封圈(10)、弹片(11), 其中蒸汽盒盖(6)装设在蒸汽盒(9)的上端,杠杆(8)的一端通过铰接轴铰装在蒸汽盒盖(6)上,且杠杆(8)通过销轴与驱动杆(7)上的导向槽相连,为驱动杆(7)分别提供向下或向下的动力的弹片(11)与驱动杆(7)连接,分别用于密封蒸汽盒(9)上的出水口与排水口的两个关水密封圈(10)分别固定在杠杆(8)的两端部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的即热式电热水壶的停水机构,其特征在于上述驱动杆(7)的上方设有开关掣(4),开关掣(4)与设置在其上方的停水按钮(3)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的即热式电热水壶的停水机构,其特征在于上述开关掣(4)的旁侧还设有带动其运动的连杆(1),连杆(1)与设置在其上方的电源按钮(2)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的即热式电热水壶的停水机构,其特征在于上述连杆(1)还与蒸汽开关(5)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的即热式电热水壶的停水机构,其特征在于上述关水密封圈(10)为硅胶密封圈。
