图 1为本发明实施例中一种文件传输系统的结构组成示意图; 该文 件传输系统至少包括: 文件传输处理终端 10、 文件接收终端 20以及文 件分析服务器 30, 其中:
所述文件传输处理终端 10可以向文件接收终端 20传输文件, 相对 应的所述文件接收终端 20也可以向文件传输处理终端 10传输文件, 双 方可以为对等的关系。 文件传输处理终端 10于在向文件接收终端 20发 起文件传输时, 初步判断传输的文件中是否包含色情视频文件; 若所述 初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中疑似包含色情视频文件, 则向文件 分析服务器 30发送含有所传输文件信息的文件识别请求; 并获取所述 文件分析服务器 30对所述传输的文件是否包含色情视频文件的判断结 果, 若获取到的判断结果为包含色情视频文件则停止所述文件传输。 所 述文件传输处理终端可以为安装了文件传输软件的 PC端或移动终端, 所述文件传输软件可以为 QQ、 MSN、 Gtalk ( Google Talk )、 飞鸽传书 等即时通讯软件。 其中文件传输处理终端 10发往所述文件分析服务器 30的文件识别请求中可以包括所述传输的文件,也可以抽取传输的文件 中一部分内容发往所述文件服务器 30,例如将传输文件中的视频文件的 MD5消息摘要算法第五版(MD5 , Message Digest Algorithm )值和 /或 从中提取的指定数量(例如至少 20 帧) 的帧图片数据发往所述文件分 析服务器。
文件分析服务器 30用于根据所述文件识别请求判断所述传输的文 件中是否包含色情视频文件, 并将判断结果返回至所述文件传输处理终 端 10。 文件分析服务器 30可以根据所述文件识别请求中的内容判断所 述传输的文件中是否包含色情视频文件, 判断方式可以与所述文件传输 处理终端 10 与传输的文件进行的初步判断不同, 所述文件传输处理终 端 10进行的初步判断的判断方式可以较为筒单, 例如采用抽取少量帧 图片 (2-5 帧)进行色情图片识别从而判断所述传输的文件中是否包括 色情视频文件, 而文件分析服务器 30对所述传输的文件进行的判断可 以相对较为复杂,例如所述文件分析服务器进一步可以包括: MD5值匹 配单元和 /或多关键帧检测单元, 其中:
所述 MD5 值匹配单元用于判断所述视频文件的 MD5 ( Message Digest Algorithm, )值是否与已知的色情视频文件的 MD5值匹配;
所述多关键帧检测单元用于对从所述视频文件中提取的至少 20 帧 图片进行多关键帧色情概率分布检测。
若所述文件识别请求中包含整个传输的文件, 则所述文件分析服务 器可以首先从文件中提取其中视频文件的 MD5值和 /或视频文件中的至 少 20帧图片,由所述 MD5值匹配单元和 /或所述多关键帧检测单元判断 该视频文件是否为色情视频文件, 从而得到所述传输的文件中是否包含 色情视频文件的判断结果。 在别的实施例中所述文件传输处理终端可以 在本地进行上述提取步骤, 并将提取得到的视频文件的 MD5值和 /或该 视频文件中的至少 20 帧图片加载到文件识别请求中发给文件分析服务 器, 进而由上述的 MD5值匹配单元和 /或多关键帧检测单元判断该视频 文件是否色情视频文件, 从而判断所述传输的文件中是否包含色情视频 文件。 具体的, 当 MD5值匹配单元查找到已知的色情视频文件的 MD5 值与所述视频文件的 MD5值相匹配, 或当所述多关键帧检测单元对所 述从视频文件中提取的至少 20 帧图片进行多关键帧色情概率分布检测 时得出该视频文件为色情视频文件的判断结果时, 文件分析服务器向文 件传输处理终端 101返回所述传输的文件包含有色情视频文件的判断结 果。
图 2为本发明实施例中一种文件传输处理终端的结构组成示意图; 所述文件传输处理终端可以为安装了文件传输软件的 PC 端或移动终 端, 所述文件传输软件可以为 QQ、 MSN、 Gtalk ( Google Talk ), 飞鸽 传书等即时通讯软件。如图 2所示,该文件传输处理终端至少可以包括: 文件传输单元 101 , 用于向文件接收终端传输文件; 具体的, 所述 文件传输处理终端可以在选取了欲传输的文件以及文件接收终端后, 向 文件接收终端发送文件传输请求, 待文件接收终端返回同意接收文件后 由文件传输单元 101向文件接收终端传输文件。
文件分析单元 102, 用于对所述文件传输单元 101欲向文件接收终 端传输的文件进行分析,初步判断其中是否包含色情视频文件;具体的, 所述文件分析单元 102可以在所述文件传输单元 101向文件接收终端开 始进行传输文件之前、 开始传输后或开始传输的同时开始对所述传输的 文件进行分析。 如图 3所示, 所述文件分析单元 102进一步可以包括: 文件检测模块 1021 , 用于检测所述传输的文件中是否包含视频文 件; 所述传输的文件本身可以为一个视频文件, 也可以为包含一个或多 个视频文件的其他文件, 例如压缩包文件等, 检测所述传输的文件中是 否包含视频文件的方式包括但不限于对文件后缀名进行分析、 对文件代 码中的头文件内容进行分析等。
图片识别模块 1022, 用于在所述文件检测模块 1021检测到所述传 输的文件中包含视频文件后, 从所述视频文件中提取指定数量的帧图片 (例如 2-5帧图片 )进行色情图片识别; 若所述传输的文件中包括 2个 或以上的视频文件,则分别对所有的视频文件进行随机提取 2-5帧图片, 并分别对从每个视频文件中提取出的 2-5帧图片进行色情图片识别。
初步判断模块 1023 , 用于根据所述色情图片识别的结果进行判断, 得到所述传输的文件中是否包含色情视频文件的初步判断的结果。 具体 的,所述图片识别模块 1022对从某一视频文件中被提取出来的 2-5帧图 片进行图片识别, 当识别结果为这些帧图片均不是色情图片, 初步判断 模块 1023 判断该视频文件不是色情视频文件; 当识别结果为所述视频 文件被提取出来的 2-5帧图片中的部分图片为色情图片但低于指定比例 (例如 80% ),初步判断模块 1023判断该视频文件为疑似色情视频文件; 当识别结果为所述视频文件被提取出来的 2-5帧图片含有色情图片且高 于指定比例 (如 80% ), 甚至均为色情图片, 则判断该视频文件为色情 视频文件。 例如可以从某一视频文件中随机提取 3个关键帧图片进行色 情图片识别, 识别结果为 3个关键帧图片均不是色情图片, 则初步判断 该视频文件不是色情视频文件, 若识别结果为 3个关键帧图片中的 1或 2个关键帧图片为色情图片, 则初步判断该视频文件为疑似色情视频文 件, 若识别结果为 3个关键帧图片均为色情图片, 则初步判断该视频文 件为色情视频文件。
若所述传输的文件中所有的视频文件均被判断为不是色情视频文 件, 则初步判断模块 1023得到的初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中 不包含色情视频文件; 若所述传输的文件中的至少一个视频文件被判断 为色情视频文件, 则初步判断模块 1023得到的初步判断的结果为所述 传输的文件中包含色情视频文件; 若所述传输的文件中没有视频文件被 判断为色情视频文件, 但有至少一个视频文件被判断为疑似色情视频文 件, 则初步判断模块 1023得到的初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中 疑似包含色情视频文件。
识别请求单元 103, 用于当所述初步判断单元 102得到的初步判断 的结果为所述传输的文件中疑似包含色情视频文件, 向文件分析服务器 发送含有所传输文件信息的文件识别请求; 所述文件识别请求中可以包 括整个传输的为文件或其中的视频文件, 也可以由所述识别请求单元 103提取其中部分特征文件加载进所述文件识别请求中, 例如提取视频 文件的 MD5值和 /或从该视频文件中提取至少 20帧图片后,向所述文件 分析服务器发送携带有所述视频文件的 MD5值和 /或从视频文件中提取 的至少 20帧图片的文件识别请求。 如图 4所示, 所述识别请求单元 103 可以进一步包括:
MD5值生成模块 1031 , 用于生成所述传输的文件中的视频文件的 MD5 i ;
帧图片提取模块 1032,用于从所述视频文件中提取至少 20帧图片; 请求发送模块 1033 , 用于向文件分析服务器发送所述文件识别请 求, 所述文件识别请求携带有所述视频文件的 MD5值和 /或所述视频文 件中的至少 20帧图片。
结果获取单元 104, 用于获取所述文件分析服务器对所述传输的文 件是否包含色情视频文件的判断结果, 若获取到的判断结果为是则通知 所述文件传输单元 101停止传输。 若获取到的判断结果为否则继续正常 传输。
进一步的, 所述文件传输处理终端还可以包括传输限制单元, 用于 当所述文件分析单元 102得到的初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中疑 似包含色情视频文件时, 对所述文件传输单元 101传输该文件的传输速 度进行限制,例如限定在 5k/s的传输速度,以及当所述结果获取单元 104 获取到所述文件分析服务器的判断结果为否时, 取消对所述文件传输单 元传输该文件的传输速度限制。
图 5为本发明实施例中一种自动阻断色情视频文件传输的传输处理 方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
步骤 S501 , 向文件接收终端发起文件传输; 具体实现中, 所述发起 目标文件接收终端和欲传输的文件后, 向对方发出文件传输请求, 待对 方同意后进行文件传输。
步骤 S502, 初步判断传输的文件中是否包含色情视频文件; 具体实 现中, 步骤 S502可以在步骤 S501中的终端选择传输的文件或向对方发 出文件传输请求时开始进行判断, 可以在开始进行文件传输之前或之后 完成所述初步判断, 所述初步判断传输的文件中是否包含色情视频文件 可以具体包括:
检测所述传输的文件中是否包含视频文件, 检测所述传输的文件中 是否包含视频文件的方式包括但不限于对文件后缀名进行分析、 对文件 代码中的头文件内容进行分析等。
若检测到所述传输的文件中包含视频文件, 则从该视频文件中随机 提取指定数量如 2-5帧图片进行色情图片识别, 若识别结果为该提取得 到的帧图片均不是色情图片, 则可以判断该视频文件不是色情视频文 件; 若识别结果为所述被提取出来的 2-5帧图片中的含有色情图片但低 于指定比例, 则可以判断该视频文件为疑似色情视频文件; 若识别结果 为所述视频文件被提取出来的 2-5 帧图片含有色情图片且高于指定比 例, 甚至均为色情图片, 则判断该视频文件为色情视频文件。 例如可以 从某一视频文件中随机提取 3个关键帧图片进行色情图片识别, 识别结 果为 3个关键帧图片均不是色情图片, 则初步判断该视频文件不是色情 视频文件, 若识别结果为 3个关键帧图片中的 1或 2个关键帧图片为色 情图片, 则初步判断该视频文件为疑似色情视频文件, 若识别结果为 3 个关键帧图片均为色情图片, 则初步判断该视频文件为色情视频文件。
若所述传输的文件中所有的视频文件均被判断为不是色情视频文 件, 则可以得到初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中不包含色情视频文 件, 下一步骤执行步骤 S506; 若所述传输的文件中的至少一个视频文件 被判断为色情视频文件, 则可以得到初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件 中包含色情视频文件, 下一步骤执行步骤 S505; 若所述传输的文件中没 有视频文件被判断为色情视频文件, 但有至少一个视频文件被判断为疑 似色情视频文件, 则可以得到初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中疑似 包含色情视频文件, 下一步骤执行步骤 S503。
步骤 S503 ,根据所述传输的文件向文件分析服务器发送文件识别请 求; 具体实现中, 所述文件识别请求可以携带整个传输的文件或其中的 视频文件, 文件传输处理终端也可以提取视频文件的部分特征文件加载 进所述文件识别请求中, 例如从视频文件中提取其 MD5值和 /或从该视 频文件中提取至少 20 帧图片后, 向所述文件分析服务器发送携带有所 别请求。 进一步的, 文件传输处理终端也可以仅将步骤 S502 中判断为 疑似色情视频文件的视频文件的 MD5值和 /或从该视频文件提取出来的 至少 20帧图片加载到所述文件识别请求中发送给所述文件分析服务器。
步骤 S504,所述文件分析服务器判断所述传输的文件是否包含色情 视频文件。具体实现中,文件分析服务器在获取到所述文件识别请求后, 可以根据所述文件识别请求中的内容判断所述传输的文件中是否包含 色情视频文件, 判断方式可以与所述文件传输处理终端 101对传输的文 件中是否包含色情视频文件进行的初步判断不同, 可以包括但不限于: 判断所述传输的文件中的视频文件的 MD5值是否与已知的色情视频文 件的 MD5 值相匹配和 /或对文件中包含的每一个视频文件中的至少 20 帧图片进行多关键帧色情概率分布检测,根据所述判断结果和 /或检测结 果判断所述视频文件是否包含色情视频文件。
如图 6所示该实施例中步骤 S504具体可以包括 S5041~S5045,其中: 步骤 S5041 , 获取终端发送的文件识别请求。 所述文件识别请求中 携带有至少一个视频文件的 MD5值和从该视频文件中提取的至少 20关 键帧图片。
步骤 S5042,判断所述传输的文件中的视频文件的 MD5值是否与已 知的色情视频文件的 MD5值匹配, 若判断结果为是则得出所述传输的 文件中包含色情视频文件的判断结果并执行步骤 S5045 , 若判断结果为 否则继续执行步骤 S5043。
步骤 S5043 ,对所述从视频文件中提取出来的至少 20关键帧图片进 行多关键帧色情概率分布检测, 若所述传输的文件中包含的视频文件被 检测出是色情视频文件, 则得出所述传输的文件中包含色情视频文件的 判断结果并执行步骤 S5045 , 若所述传输的文件中包含的所有视频文件 均被检测为不是色情视频文件, 则得出所述传输的文件中不包含色情视 频文件的判断结果并执行步骤 S5044。 进一步地, 在该步骤中若检测出 所述传输的文件中包含的视频文件为色情视频文件, 可以将该视频文件 的 MD5值进行保存记录为已知的色情视频文件的 MD5值。
步骤 S5044, 向文件传输处理终端返回否定的判断结果, 即返回所 述传输的文件中不包含色情视频文件的判断结果。
步骤 S5045 , 向文件传输处理终端返回肯定的判断结果, 即返回所 述传输的文件中包含色情视频文件的判断结果。
进一步地, 步骤 S5042和 S5043可以调换先后顺序, 也可以单独由 步骤 S5042或步骤 S5043 判断所述传输的文件中是否包含色情视频文 件。
步骤 S505 , 停止所述文件传输。 具体地, 所述文件传输处理终端在 步骤 S502 时得到初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中包含色情视频文 件或在步骤 S504后获取到所述文件分析服务器判断所述传输的文件中 包含色情视频文件的判断结果, 即停止将该文件发向文件接收终端的传 输。

进一步地, 所述自动阻断色情视频文件传输的传输处理方法还可以 包括:

检测所述传输的文件中是否包含视频文件;

若从所述视频文件提取出来的帧图片中不包含色情图片, 则判断该 视频文件不是色情视频文件; 若从所述视频文件提取出来的帧图片中含 有色情图片但低于指定比例, 则判断该视频文件为疑似色情视频文件; 若从所述视频文件提取出来的帧图片含有色情图片且高于指定比例, 则 判断该视频文件为色情视频文件;
若所述传输的文件中所有的视频文件均被判断为不是色情视频文 件, 则所述初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中不包含色情视频文件; 若所述传输的文件中的至少一个视频文件被判断为色情视频文件, 则所 述初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中包含色情视频文件; 若所述传输 的文件中没有视频文件被判断为色情视频文件, 但有至少一个视频文件 被判断为疑似色情视频文件, 则所述初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件 中疑似包含色情视频文件。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的文件传输处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述文件 识别请求含有的所传输文件信息包括: 被判断为疑似色情视频文件的视 频文件的 MD5值和 /或该视频文件中的指定数量的帧图片;
所述文件分析服务器对所述传输的文件是否包含色情视频文件的判 断过程具体包括:
判断所述视频文件的 MD5值是否与已知的色情视频文件的 MD5值 匹配和 /或对所述视频文件中的指定数量的帧图片进行多关键帧色情概 率分布检测;
根据所述判断结果和 /或检测结果判断所述视频文件是否包含色情 视频文件。
5、如权利要求 3所述的文件传输处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述文件 识别请求中含有所传输的整个文件;
所述文件分析服务器对所述传输的文件是否包含色情视频文件的判 断过程具体包括:
从所述传输文件中提取其中视频文件的 MD5值和 /或视频文件中的 指定数量的帧图片;
判断所述视频文件的 MD5值是否与已知的色情视频文件的 MD5值 匹配和 /或对所述视频文件中的指定数量的帧图片进行多关键帧色情概 率分布检测; 根据所述判断结果和 /或检测结果判断所述视频文件是否包含色情 视频文件。
6. 如权利要求 4或 5所述的文件传输处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 作为文件分析服务器判断依据所提取的帧图片的数量, 多于所述作为初 步判断依据所提取的帧图片的数量。
7. 如权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的文件传输处理方法,其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 若所述初步判断的结果为所述传输的文件中疑似包含 色情视频文件, 对传输该文件的传输速度进行限制;
在获取到所述文件分析服务器判断所述传输的文件中未包含色情视 频文件时, 取消对传输该文件的传输速度限制。
8. 一种文件传输处理终端, 其特征在于, 所述文件传输处理终端包 括:
文件传输单元, 用于向文件接收终端传输文件;
文件分析单元, 用于对所述文件传输单元向文件接收终端传输的文 件进行分析, 初步判断其中是否包含色情视频文件;
识别请求单元, 用于在所述初步判断单元得到的初步判断的结果为 所述传输的文件中疑似包含色情视频文件后, 向文件分析服务器发送含 有所传输文件信息的文件识别请求;
结果获取单元, 用于获取所述文件分析服务器对所述传输的文件是 否包含色情视频文件的判断结果, 当获取到的判断结果为是时, 通知所 述文件传输单元停止传输。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的文件传输处理终端, 其特征在于, 所述文件 分析单元包括:
文件检测模块, 用于检测所述传输的文件中是否包含视频文件; 图片识别模块, 用于在所述文件检测模块检测到所述传输的文件中 包含视频文件后, 从所述视频文件中随机提取指定数量的帧图片进行色 情图片识别;
初步判断模块, 用于根据所述色情图片识别的结果进行判断, 得到 所述传输的文件中是否包含色情视频文件的初步判断结果。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的文件传输处理终端, 其特征在于, 所述识 别请求单元包括:
MD5值生成模块, 用于生成所述传输的文件中的视频文件的 MD5 值;
和 /或
帧图片提取模块, 用于从所述视频文件中提取指定数量的帧图片; 请求发送模块, 用于向文件分析服务器发送所述文件识别请求, 所 述文件识别请求携带所述视频文件的 MD5值和 /或从所述视频文件中提 取的帧图片。
11. 如权利要求 8-10中任一项所述的文件传输处理终端, 其特征在 于, 所述文件传输处理终端还包括:
传输限制单元, 用于当所述文件分析单元得到的初步判断的结果为 所述传输的文件中疑似包含色情视频文件时, 对所述文件传输单元传输 该文件的传输速度进行限制, 以及在获取到所述文件分析服务器判断所 述传输的文件中未包含色情视频文件时, 取消对所述文件传输单元传输 该文件的传输速度限制。
12. 一种文件传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述文件传输系统包括文件 传输处理终端、 文件接收终端以及文件分析服务器, 其中:
所述文件传输处理终端用于在向文件接收终端发起文件传输时, 初 步判断传输的文件中是否包含色情视频文件; 若所述初步判断的结果为 所述传输的文件中疑似包含色情视频文件, 向文件分析服务器发送含有 所传输文件信息的文件识别请求;
所述文件分析服务器用于根据所述文件识别请求判断所述传输的文 件中是否包含色情视频文件, 并将判断结果返回至所述文件传输处理终 端;
所述文件传输处理终端从所述文件分析服务器获取对所述传输的文 件是否包含色情视频文件的判断结果, 若获取到的判断结果为是则停止 所述文件传输。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的文件传输处理终端, 其特征在于, 所述文 件识别请求中携带有所述传输的文件中的视频文件的 MD5值和 /或从所 述视频文件中提取的指定数量的帧图片;
所述文件分析服务器进一步包括 MD5值匹配单元和 /或多关键帧检 测单元, 其中:
的色情视频文件的 MD5值匹配;
所述多关键帧检测单元, 用于对从所述视频文件中提取的指定数量 的帧图片进行多关键帧色情概率分布检测。
