Description
本实用新型涉及复合锯技术领域,尤其是涉及一种复合锯斜切式防护罩。
现有的复合锯,在斜切式锯片上是有安装防护罩的。该防护罩的不足之处在于它在工作时,抬起框架时防护罩出来包住锯片,进行安全保护,把框架压下来,对工作进行切割时,防护罩升起露出锯片进行工作。其不合理的就是在由斜切式改为台切式工作时。框架是压下来的,那斜切式防护罩是收起状态。也就是说在台切式工作时,下面的斜切式工作面上的锯片上露出在面板组件的下表面,锯片容易误伤使用者。还有就是合理性,它是机动性的防护,也就是说在没有工件时,只要压下框架,该防护罩就会升起露出锯片,安全性能不高,因此有必要予以改进。
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种新的复合锯斜切式防护罩,其结构简单,成本低,在任何状态下以及改成台切式工作时,锯片的下半部都不会暴露在外,还有就是斜切式防护罩是随着工件的进入才起作用的,斜切式防护罩是随动性的,斜切式防护罩动作更加可靠,复合锯在使用时更加安全,增加复合锯的安全性。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:复合锯斜切式防护罩,它包括有前防护罩、辅助防护罩和后防护罩,前防护罩和后防护罩的外端分别设置用于连接框架的连接部,辅助防护罩的前端连接前防护罩,辅助防护罩的后端连接后防护罩。
所述辅助防护罩包括左防护罩片和右防护罩片,左防护罩片和右防护罩片拼接成辅助防护罩。
所述左防护罩片的后端铰接于后防护罩的前端,左防护罩片的前端设置导向槽,前防护罩的后端设置导向柱,导向柱插设在导向槽中。
所述左防护罩片的后端开设有辅助限位槽,后防护罩的前端设置有辅助限位柱,辅助限位柱插设在辅助限位槽中。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:其结构简单,成本低,在任何状态下以及改成台切式工作时,锯片的下半部都不会暴露在外,还有就是斜切式防护罩是随着工件的进入才起作用的,斜切式防护罩是随动性的,斜切式防护罩动作更加可靠,复合锯在使用时更加安全,增加复合锯的安全性,本实用新型的斜切式防护罩亦可以使用于普通的斜切割机和拉杆式斜切割机上。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。

以下所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本实用新型的保护范围。
见图 1 至图 4 所示:复合锯斜切式防护罩,它包括有前防护罩 7 、辅助防护罩 6 和后防护罩 5
,前防护罩 7 和后防护罩 5 的外端分别设置用于连接框架的连接部,辅助防护罩 6 的前端连接前防护罩 7 ,辅助防护罩 6 的后端连接后防护罩 5
。
辅助防护罩 6 包括左防护罩片 61 和右防护罩片 62 ,左防护罩片 61 和右防护罩片 62
拼接成辅助防护罩 6 。
左防护罩片 61 的后端铰接于后防护罩 5 的前端,左防护罩片 61 的前端设置导向槽 8 ,前防护罩 7
的后端设置导向柱 9 ,导向柱 8 插设在导向槽 9 中。
左防护罩片 61 的后端开设有辅助限位槽 10 ,后防护罩 5 的前端设置有辅助限位柱 11 ,辅助限位柱
11 插设在辅助限位槽 10 中。辅助限位柱 11 和辅助限位槽 10 用于进一步限定辅助防护罩 6 的运动轨迹。
辅助防护罩 6 在工件推动下能够上下移动,锯片缝开设在辅助防护罩 6 的中间位置。
在复合锯处于斜切工件状态时,当工件抵顶辅助防护罩 6 时,辅助防护罩 6 向上运动,锯片 3 从辅助防护罩
6 的锯片缝中露出,实现切割工件。在退出工件后,前防护罩 7 、辅助防护罩 6 和后防护罩 5 在重力和扭簧的作用下自动复位。
前防护罩 7 和后防护罩 5 的外端分别铰接于框架 2 。前防护罩 7 和后防护罩 5 能够分别相对框架
2 旋转一定的角度,使辅助防护罩 6 在上下移动时更加顺畅,增加辅助防护罩 6 动作的可靠性。
前防护罩 7 和后防护罩 5 分别开设有限位槽 12 ,框架 2
设置有左限位柱和右限位柱,左限位柱插设在前防护罩 7 的限位槽 12 中,右限位柱插设在后防护罩 5 的限位槽 12 。前防护罩 7 和后防护罩 5 的限位槽
12 的设计分别用于限制前防护罩 7 和后防护罩 5 的运转轨迹,进一步加强辅助防护罩 6 在上下移动时的顺畅度,进一步增加辅助防护罩 6
动作的可靠性。
下面以本实用新型安装到复合锯上的使用过程来进一步说明斜切式防护罩的工作原理:带斜切式防护罩的复合锯包括机座
13 、面板组件 1 、框架 2 和锯片 3 ,框架 2 固定或铰接于机座 13 ,面板组件 1 固定于框架 2 ,锯片 3 通过轴承座固定于框架 2 ,锯片
3 的下半部露出在面板组件 1 在下表面。
复合锯还包括斜切式防护罩 4 ,斜切式防护罩 4 设置在面板组件 1 的下表面,露出在面板组件 1
的下表面的锯片 3 容置于斜切式防护罩 4 中,斜切式防护罩 4 的中部开设有供锯片 3 伸出的锯片缝。
通过在面板组件 1 的下表面设置斜切式防护罩 4 ,结构简单,成本低,防止锯片 3
的下半部暴露在外,工作时不需使用者手工操作,动作可靠,复合锯在使用时更加安全,增加复合锯的安全性。

面板组件 1 开设有锯片缝,锯片 3 的上半部从面板组件 1 的锯片缝中伸出到面板组件 1
的上表面,面板组件 1 的上表面设置有台式防护罩,台式防护罩伸出至面板组件 1 的上表面,锯片 3 容置于台式防护罩中。复合锯通过切换使用状态而分别使用锯片
3 的上半部或下半部。
本实用新型的斜切式防护罩亦可以使用于普通的斜切割机和拉杆式斜切割机上。
面板组件 1 、框架 2 、锯片 3 目前已广泛使用,其它结构和原理与现有技术相同,这里不再赘述。

- 1 .复合锯斜切式防护罩,其特征在于:它包括有前防护罩、辅助防护罩和后防护罩,前防护罩和后防护罩的外端分别设置用于连接框架的连接部,辅助防护罩的前端连接前防护罩,辅助防护罩的后端连接后防护罩。2 .根据权利要求 1 所述的复合锯斜切式防护罩,其特征在于:所述辅助防护罩包括左防护罩片和右防护罩片,左防护罩片和右防护罩片拼接成辅助防护罩。3 .根据权利要求 2 所述的复合锯斜切式防护罩,其特征在于:所述左防护罩片的后端铰接于后防护罩的前端,左防护罩片的前端设置导向槽,前防护罩的后端设置导向柱,导向柱插设在导向槽中。4 .根据权利要求 3 所述的复合锯斜切式防护罩,其特征在于:所述左防护罩片的后端开设有辅助限位槽,后防护罩的前端设置有辅助限位柱,辅助限位柱插设在辅助限位槽中。
