Abstract
본 발명은 식물재배에 유용한 백색광을 발현하는 LED소자 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 440~460 nm의 파장범위를 갖는 청색 LED와; 550~600 nm의 파장범위를 갖는 황색형광체와; 620~700 nm의 파장범위를 갖는 적색형광체로 구성된 식물재배에 유용한 백색광을 발현하는 LED소자를 구성상의 특징으로 한다.
