Abstract

La présente invention porte sur l'actionnement d'ensembles de poursuite du soleil en réponse à un ou plusieurs paramètres ou conditions de vent. Par une réorientation judicieuse d'un ou de plusieurs ensembles de poursuite du soleil en réponse à des conditions de vent détectées ou prédites, il est possible de réduire le risque de détérioration par le vent. Certains des ensembles de poursuite du soleil peuvent se comporter comme un paravent pour des éléments plus fragiles ou plus sensibles, les protégeant ainsi de la détérioration. De tels éléments sensibles au vent peuvent être d'autres ensembles de poursuite du soleil qui sont disposés en aval des ensembles réorientés. Les ensembles de poursuite du soleil placés sous le vent peuvent continuer à travailler normalement ou sensiblement normalement (c'est-à-dire pour la poursuite du soleil) en dépit de la présence du vent. Pendant les périodes de vent réduit ou nul, les ensembles de poursuite du soleil peuvent continuer à poursuivre le soleil jusqu'au moment où les conditions de vent exigeront une réorientation.
