Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de visualisation d'images stéréoscopiques et, plus particulièrement, un système au moyen duquel plusieurs personnes peuvent visualiser une image stéréoscopique dans une qualité équivalente. Le système comprend: un dispositif d'affichage d'image comprenant un premier écran polarisant et un retardateur d'image; des verres polarisants comportant une couche de déphasage lambda/4 et un second écran polarisant; et une couche de revêtement. Des cristaux liquides sont disposés dans le dispositif d'affichage d'image et/ou les verres polarisants, verticalement par rapport à une surface de revêtement, ce qui réduit la diaphonie constatée quand on regarde du côté avant et d'une direction oblique, de manière à élargir le champ de l'angle de visualisation dans lequel l'image stéréoscopique peut s'inscrire.
