Abstract

 従来の太陽光発電設備は設置に高額な費用がかかるという問題があった。これは使用されている材料が高価なものであるためである。 本発明は、このような従来の設備が有していた問題を解決しようとするものであり、一般的には廃棄物とされる物質を用いて、安価な太陽光発電設備を実現することを目的とするものである。そして、本発明は上記目的を達成するために、本来、廃棄物として捨てられてきた人毛や、牛など動物の毛、イカ墨などを集め、それらのメラニン色素を太陽光発電に活用する。将来的にはⅰPS細胞等で量産し、炭素繊維と組み合わせ、発電する軽量素材として飛行機、乗用車等の車体、船の船体等にも活用していく。

太陽光発電設備
本発明は、メラニン色素の感光性を利用した太陽光発電設備に関する。
従来の太陽光発電設備には、高価な材料(シリコン)が用いられている。
特許出願2004−79966 特許公開2005−266420 特許の名称 感光性樹脂組成物並びにそれを用いた半導体装置及び表示素子
 高価な材料を使用した太陽光発電設備は、設置に費用がかかりすぎ、それがなかなか普及しない要因となっている。本発明は、このような従来の設備が有していた問題を解決しようとするものであり、一般的には廃棄物とされる物質を用いて、安価な太陽光発電設備を実現することを目的とするものである。
本発明は上記目的を達成するために、本来、廃棄物として捨てられてきた人毛や、牛など動物の毛、イカ墨などを集め、それらのメラニン色素を太陽光発電に活用する。将来的にはiPS細胞等を用いた量産も可能である。簡便な方法としては、染めたことのない髪の束を集め、それを活用する。髪のメラニン色素の感光性を活かして従来のシリコン代わりに太陽光発電設備のパネル部分に使用していく。
 本発明の太陽光発電設備は安価な材料を活かすことから、従来よりも安い費用で設置することができるようになり、一般住宅のみならず工場や業務ビルへも、太陽エネルギー利用設備の導入促進を図ることができる。また太陽光・太陽熱などの再生可能エネルギーの利用拡大から、今後の技術革新を促すとともに新たな環境産業を創出することができる。地球温暖化対策となる製品及び技術の開発、環境技術による国際貢献につながる発明である。
