技术领域
本发明涉及一种家居用品,特别是一种具有智能调温功能的床垫。
背景技术
床垫是家庭中使用较广泛的家具用品之一,传统的床垫一般是具有弹性的,人在上面休息时床垫可以起到很好的缓冲作用,给人们提供舒适的睡眠体验,深得人们的喜爱。但传统的床垫的功能一般只限于此,无法给人们提供更进一步的有益效果,在夏天或者冬天时需要空调或者暖气的配合使得房间的温度适中,人们才可以进行正常的睡眠,空调或者暖气所耗功率巨大,在能源越来越缺乏的今天是非常不环保的。作为改进,现市面上出现了一些适合在夏天或者冬天所使用的床上用品,如能够提供取暖作用的电热垫和电热毯、能够提供调温作用的循环水垫等,其中,电热垫和电热毯都由内部的发热元件通电产生热量,当线路破损或故障后易出现触电甚至爆炸事故,存在严重的安全隐患;而循环水垫则存在制作成本高,维修不方便的缺点,限制了其使用范围。综上所述,现有的床垫存在使用不智能、存在安全隐患、耗能高等众多缺点。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种使用安全、节能的智能调温床垫。
本发明为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种智能调温床垫,包括床垫以及与床垫连接的控制箱,床垫包括床垫布以及分布于床垫布内部的绝缘管路,所述控制箱内设有制冷单元、电热单元、用于控制制冷单元和电热单元工作的温控单元、用于检测温度的温度感应单元以及向上述单元提供工作电源的供电单元,所述温度感应单元的输出端与温控单元连接,制冷单元和电热单元与温控单元连接,制冷单元和电热单元与绝缘管路连接,所述绝缘管路内部装有绝缘液体,所述床垫布内布有远红外线材料层。
作为优选的实施方式,所述床垫布内布有远红外线和竹炭层。
作为优选的实施方式,所述绝缘液体为矿物绝缘油或合成绝缘油或纯水。
作为优选的实施方式,所述电热单元为电热管或发热元件。
作为优选的实施方式,所述制冷单元为制冷片或压缩机。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的绝缘管路与控制箱内部的制冷单元和电热单元连接,床垫可与制冷单元和电热单元通过绝缘管路进行热交换,当天气炎热时,温控单元根据温度感应单元的输入信号控制制冷单元工作,床垫上的热量通过绝缘管路被制冷单元吸收,床垫上的温度降低到适合温度;当天气寒冷时,温控单元控制电热单元工作,电热单元发出的热量通过绝缘管路传输到床垫上,床垫上的温度升高到适合温度,利用上述工作方式可以使得无论是在夏天还是冬天时床垫的温度都保持在最适合人体睡眠的温度,人们还可以通过控制箱手动调节温度大小,从上面的描述可以看出,本发明能够实现真正的智能调节功能,可以保证人们在床垫休息时可以具有最优的睡眠效果;另外,由于床垫内部结构不直接通电,只通过绝缘管路进行导热,绝缘管路内部装有的绝缘液体可以确保良好的绝缘效果,因此并不存在漏电的隐患,使用安全;本发明只改变床垫的温度,并不需要进行整个房间的温度调控,特别是由于床垫布内布有远红外线材料层,可以提高产品的热效应转换能力,因此耗能能够大大减少,本发明具有良好的节能效果。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的一种智能调温床垫,包括床垫1以及与床垫连接的控制箱2,床垫1包括床垫布9以及分布于床垫布9内部的绝缘管路3,绝缘管路3一般采用循环环绕的方式分布,分布时可以为循环的分布方式,或者采用在床垫的上中下部分别密集分布的形式。
所述控制箱2内设有制冷单元4、电热单元5、用于控制制冷单元4和电热单元5工作的温控单元6、用于检测温度的温度感应单元7以及向上述单元提供工作电源的供电单元8,所述温度感应单元7的输出端与温控单元6连接,制冷单元4和电热单元5与温控单元6连接,制冷单元4和电热单元5与绝缘管路3连接。其中电热单元5可以采用任意一种可发热元件,制冷单元4可以采用任意一种可制冷元件,作为优选的实施方式,电热单元5为100W-500W的电热管或发热元件,制冷单元4为制冷片或压缩机。
为了确保绝缘管路3具有最优的绝缘效果,避免产生触电事故,本发明在绝缘管路3内部装有绝缘液体,其中该绝缘液体可以采用任意一种具有绝缘效果的液体,例如该绝缘液体可以为純水、合成绝缘油、矿物绝缘油、硅油等,其中矿物绝缘油可以为变压器油、开关油、电容器油等等,純水或矿物绝缘油与硅油相比,制作成本较低。
为了增加床垫的热效应转换效果,所述床垫布9内布有远红外线材料层,该远红外线材料层具有较强的热交换能力,可以有效地减少电热单元5的能耗,此外,该远红外线材料还可以释放特定波长远红外线,这些远红外线对人体具有良好的医疗保健作用。
此外,为了增加床垫的过滤功能,所述床垫布9内还可以进一步布有竹炭层,该竹炭层对各种有害物质具有良好的吸附能力,可以进行有效除毒除臭。
参照图2,为本发明的一种实施例的图示,在本实施例中,床垫1为一整体产品,床垫布9上布有远红外线材料层和竹炭层,床垫布9的内部分布有绝缘管路3,在床垫1的侧部设有用于与控制箱1连接的插接口10,插接口10与控制箱1之间的连接线可以同样为绝缘导热管。
参照图3,为本发明的另一种实施例的图示,在本实施例中,床垫1为一配套产品,床垫布9上布有远红外线材料层和竹炭层,床垫布9的内部并不具有一般床垫的弹簧结构,只设有用于导热的绝缘管路3,床垫1上同样设有与控制箱1连接的插接口10,本实施例中的床垫1与传统的床垫配合使用,用户可以单独购买,在使用时铺设于传统床垫的上方便可以进行良好的调温作用。

  1. 一种智能调温床垫,包括床垫(1)以及与床垫连接的控制箱(2),床垫(1)包括床垫布(9)以及分布于床垫布(9)内部的绝缘管路(3),所述控制箱(2)内设有制冷单元(4)、电热单元(5)、用于控制制冷单元(4)和电热单元(5)工作的温控单元(6)、用于检测温度的温度感应单元(7)以及向上述单元提供工作电源的供电单元(8),所述温度感应单元(7)的输出端与温控单元(6)连接,制冷单元(4)和电热单元(5)与温控单元(6)连接,制冷单元(4)和电热单元(5)与绝缘管路(3)连接,其特征在于:所述绝缘管路(3)内部装有绝缘液体,所述床垫布(9)内布有远红外线材料层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能调温床垫,其特征在于:所述床垫布(9)内布有远红外线和竹炭层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能调温床垫,其特征在于:所述绝缘液体为矿物绝缘油或合成绝缘油或纯水。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能调温床垫,其特征在于:所述电热单元(5)为电热管或发热元件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能调温床垫,其特征在于:所述制冷单元(4)为制冷片或压缩机。
