Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Übertragung von Daten mit einer Mobilfunkeinheit (2) zur Übertragung der Daten über ein Mobilfunknetz, einer Einrichtung zur Erkennung der Anwesenheit in einem Flugzeug, einer Einrichtung zur Deaktivierung der Mobilfunkeinheit (2) in Abhängigkeit der Erfassung der Anwesenheit in einem Flugzeug, und einer Spannungsversorgung (5). Zur zuverlässigen Erfassung der Anwesenheit in einem Flugzeug ist die Einrichtung zur Erkennung der Anwesenheit in einem Flugzeug durch einen Radarempfänger (8) zum Empfang des SSR (Secondary Surveillance Radar ) -Radarsignals mit einer Trägerfrequenz von 1090 MHz gebildet, sodass die Mobilfunkübertragung deaktivierbar ist, wenn das erfasste Radarsignal eine vorgegebene Amplitude über eine vorgegebene Zeitspanne überschreitet, und die Mobilfunkübertragung wieder aktivierbar ist, wenn das erfasste Radarsignal eine vorgegebene Amplitude über eine vorgegebene Zeitspanne unterschreitet.
