Abstract

Le dispositif de production d'énergie comporte au moins un corps porteur flottant (10), des moyens d'amarrage (11) dudit corps porteur flottant, au moins un bras porteur (12), qui est fixé au corps porteur flottant, et qui est articulé en rotation par rapport au corps porteur flottant autour d'un axe de rotation (12b) sensiblement horizontal, des moyens de ballastage (14) qui permettent de régler la position angulaire en rotation du bras porteur (12) par rapport au corps porteur flottant (10), et au moins une turbine (13) submersible, qui est caractérisée par une direction d'entraînement (X), qui est apte à être entraînée par un courant d'eau dont la direction est sensiblement parallèle à la direction d'entraînement (X) de la turbine, et qui est apte à transformer l'énergie cinétique dudit courant d'eau en énergie exploitable, ladite au moins une turbine (13) étant montée sur ledit bras porteur (12) en étant orientée de telle sorte que sa direction d'entraînement (X) par un courant d'eau est sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de rotation (12b) du bras porteur.
