Abstract

A cover for a resilient spherical ball conforms to the upper half of the ball and provides a cylindrically-shaped hoop in the lower half of the ball. The cover may provide a comfortable surface for a user and, furthermore, may mask the ball to provide a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. The invention is also directed to a method for using the exercise/meditation ball.
