Abstract

L'invention porte sur un adaptateur de balles de biomasse rondes pour leur couplage et leur roulage sur des terrains tourbeux, en particulier dans des parcs nationaux et de paysage naturel, lequel adaptateur est caractérisé en ce qu'il est construit sous la forme d'un cadre rectangulaire (1), à chacun des côtés plus longs étant fixée une plaque (3) comportant un trou (4) pour un essieu (5) et au centre d'un des côtés plus court étant reliée une barre d'attelage (10) se terminant par un couplage d'anneau de timon (11) à l'aide d'une goupille de sécurité (14) comportant une goupille fendue à ressort (15), et au centre de l'autre côté plus court, étant relié un coupleur (12) se terminant par un couplage de fourches (13) à l'aide d'une goupille (14) comportant une goupille fendue à ressort (15), le côté interne du cadre (1) étant plus grand que le diamètre des balles rondes de biomasse (8), et la largeur interne du cadre (1) étant plus grande que la largeur de la balle de biomasse (8). L'essieu (5) est constitué d'un profil de tuyau qui, à une extrémité, se termine par une tête (6) et, sur l'autre côté, par une tête conique (7), la longueur de la tête conique (7) permettant une pénétration facile des essieux (5) dans la balle ronde de biomasse (8) et la tête étant faite en un matériau résistant à la déformation due aux coups de marteau. Une solution permet un couplage relativement simple de l'adaptateur avec la balle ronde de biomasse ayant un poids de 700 à 1200 kg, par installation manuelle de son cadre sur l'essieu entraîné dans et faisant saillie à partir des deux côtés de la balle ronde de biomasse et un remorquage derrière le tracteur de quelques adaptateurs reliés dans un ensemble de transport.
