Abstract

The claimed group of utility models relates to electrical engineering and, more specifically, to lighting technology that uses light emitting diodes. It prevents an LED lamp from shutting off and lighting up repeatedly when the ambient noise and/or lighting level is close to the acoustic and/or optical shut-off or light-up threshold of the lamp. The lamp comprises an LED unit with LEDs and a control unit with a means for turning the light emitting diodes on and off. The control unit of the lamp according to a first embodiment comprises an acoustic sensor (2), and the means for turning the LEDs on and off is designed so that the acoustic LED turn-off threshold is lower than the acoustic LED turn-on threshold. The unit for controlling the lamp according to a second embodiment comprises a luminance sensor, and the means for turning the light emitting diodes on and off is designed so that the optical LED turn-off threshold is lower than the optical LED turn-on threshold. The lamp according to a third embodiment is a combination of the lamps according to the first and second embodiments.
