在实现上述图像传输的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题: 由于接收端的多个显示终端中, 有部分可能是陈旧的显示终端, 只能显示某 一格式的图像, 而针对其它格式的图像, 则无法正常显示。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种图像传输显示的方法、 装置和 系统, 能够在源图像与传输通道不一致的情况下, 恢复显示源图像。

根据传输通道格式信息将源图像压缩为与所述传输通道格式大小一致的 传输图像;
将所述传输图像编码生成图像码流数据;

本发明实施例还提供一种图像传输显示的发送装置, 如图 2 所示, 该包 括: 压缩单元 11、 编码单元 12和发送单元 13。
压缩单元 11 , 用于根据传输通道的格式信息将源图像压缩为与所述传输 通道格式大小一致的传输图像; 编码单元 12, 用于将所述传输图像编码生成 图像码流数据, 发送单元 13 , 用于将所述图像码流数据通过所述传输通道发 送至接收端 , 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格式信息。
本发明实施例还提供一种图像传输显示的方法, 如图 3 所示, 该方法包 括:
步骤 201、接收压缩为与传输通道格式大小一致的传输图像的图像码流数 据, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格式信息;
接收发送端发送的图像码流数据, 该图像码流数据包含源图像的格式信 息, 源图像的格式信息可以釆用例如携带在 RTP头中的方式传送。
步骤 202、 将所述图像码流数据解码生成传输图像;
解码器将图像码流数据解码生成传输图像, 该传输图像的格式与传输通 道格式相同。
步骤 203、根据所述源图像的格式信息, 将所述传输图像的恢复为源图像 比例大小并显示。
将获取到的图像码流数据解码生成传输图像, 并进一步根据源图像的格 式信息将传输图像完成恢复成与源图像比例大小一致的图像, 最后送到用户 的显示设备显示出来。 本发明实施例还提供一种图像传输显示的接收装置, 如图 4 所示, 该装 置包括: 接收单元 21、 解码单元 22和恢复单元 23。
接收单元 21 , 用于接收压缩为与传输通道格式大小一致的传输图像的图 像码流数据, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格式信息; 解码单元 22, 用 于将所述图像码流数据解码生成传输图像; 恢复单元 23 , 用于根据所述源图 像的格式信息, 将所述传输图像的恢复为源图像比例大小并显示。
本发明实施例还提供一种图像传输显示的系统, 如图 5 所示, 该系统包 括: 发送装置 1和接收装置 2。
所述发送装置 1 用于根据传输通道的格式信息将源图像压缩为与传输通 道格式大小一致的传输图像; 将所述传输图像编码生成图像码流数据, 并通 过所述传输通道发送至所述接收装置 2,所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格 式信息; 所述接收装置 2用于接收所述发送装置 1发送的压缩为与传输通道 格式大小一致的传输图像的图像码流数据, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像 的格式信息; 根据所述源图像的格式信息, 将所述传输图像的恢复为源图像 比例大小并显示。
其中, 所述发送装置 1包括: 压缩单元 11、 编码单元 12和发送单元 13。 所述接收装置 2包括: 接收单元 21、 解码单元 22和恢复单元 23。
在本实施例的技术方案中, 通过将源图像数据压缩为与传输通道格式一 致的传输图像并编码为图像码流数据, 并进一步将携带有源图像的格式信息 的传输图像的图像码流数据通过传输通道传输到接收端, 接收端将由传输通 道传输过来的该图像码流数据解码为传输图像, 并根据源图像的格式信息把 传输图像恢复为源图像的大小, 从而在显示终端进行显示, 在源图像与传输 通道不一致的情况下, 能够恢复显示源图像, 使得在接收端看到的图像的高 宽比与发送端发送的图像的高宽比完全一致。
实施例二
本发明实施例提供一种图像传输显示的方法, 在本实施例中, 以输入的 源图像格式为 720P ( 1280 x 720 ) , 传输通道编码 H263CIF ( Common Intermediate Format, 标准化图像格式)( 352 χ 288 )为例, 如图 6所示, 该方 法包括:
步骤 301、 获取传输通道的格式信息和源图像的格式信息;
把输入的源图像的格式, 即源图像的格式信息通过图像分析器分析出来 并存储, 并且把传输通道的格式, 即传输通道的格式信息分析出来并存储, 在本实施例中, 源图像的格式为 720Ρ ( 1280 720 ); 该传输通道的格式为 CIF ( 352 x 288 )。
步骤 302、根据传输通道的格式信息将源图像压缩为与传输通道格式大小 一致的传输图像;
如图 7 所示, 将源图像数据和源图像的格式信息送入缩放引擎, 缩放引 擎根据传输通道的格式信息和源图像的格式信息, 把源图像数据(720Ρ ) 满 屏压缩成与传输通道格式(CIF )—致的传输图像并进一步送给编码器。
步骤 303、 将所述传输图像编码生成图像码流数据;
编码器将传输图像编码生成码流, 以便于送到网络中的传输通道进行传 输。
步骤 304、发送所述传输图像的图像码流数据, 所述图像码流数据携带有 源图像的格式信息;
将传输图像的图像码流数据通过网络中的传输通道发送。 其中, 源图像 的格式信息可以釆用例如携带在 RTP头中的方式传送到接收端。
步骤 305、接收压缩为与传输通道格式大小一致的传输图像的图像码流数 据, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格式信息;
接收端从网络的传输通道获取携带有源图像的格式信息的图像码流数 据。
步骤 306、 将所述图像码流数据解码生成传输图像;
接收端将获取到的图像码流数据解码生成格式为 CIF(与传输通道格式大 小一致) 的传输图像。
其中, 由于编码器把图像按比例变换编码, 同时用配套的可以反比例变 换的解码器解码。
步骤 307、从所述解码后的传输图像的图像码流数据中解析出源图像的格 式信息;
图像分析器解析出解码后的传输图像的图像码流数据携带的源图像的格 式信息。
步骤 308、根据所述源图像的格式信息, 将所述传输图像的恢复为源图像 比例大小并显示。
接收端的图像分析器分析得到源图像的格式信息并存储, 缩放引擎根据 分析得到的源图像的格式信息把传输图像恢复成与源图像比例大小一致的图 像, 最后送到用户的显示设备显示出来。 如图 8所示, 把格式为 CIF通道传 输的 CIF图像恢复成格式为 720P的源图像。
本发明实施例还提供一种图像传输显示的发送装置, 如图 9 所示, 该包 括: 压缩单元 11、 编码单元 12、 发送单元 13和获取单元 14。
其中, 获取单元 14, 用于从传输通道获取传输通道的格式信息, 以及从 源图像获取源图像的格式信息, 该单元的功能可以通过图像分析器实现, 即 图像分析器分析并存储源图像的格式信息和传输通道的格式信息; 压缩单元 11 , 用于根据传输通道的格式信息将源图像压缩为与所述传输通道格式大小 一致的传输图像, 该单元的功能通过缩放引擎实现, 即缩放引擎根据传输通 道的格式信息将源图像压缩为通道格式大小的传输图像; 编码单元 12, 用于 将所述传输图像编码生成图像码流数据; 发送单元 12, 用于将所述图像码流 数据通过所述传输通道发送至接收端, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格 式信息, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格式信息, 其中, 该单元编码的 功能由编码器实现。
本发明实施例还提供一种图像传输显示的接收装置, 如图 10所示, 该装 置包括: 接收单元 21、 解码单元 22、 解析单元 24和恢复单元 23。
接收单元 21 , 用于接收压缩为与传输通道格式大小一致的传输图像的图 像码流数据, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格式信息; 解码单元 22, 用 于将所述图像码流数据解码生成传输图像, 由于编码器把图像按比例变换编 码, 该单元的功能由与编码器同时用配套的可以反比例变换的解码器实现; 解析单元 24 , 用于从所述解码后的传输图像的图像码流数据中解析出所述源 图像的格式信息, 该单元的功能可以由图像分析器实现; 恢复单元 23 , 用于 根据所述源图像的格式信息, 将所述传输图像恢复为源图像比例大小并显示, 该单元的功能可以由缩放引擎实现, 即缩放引擎根据源图像的格式信息把传 输图像恢复成与源图像比例大小一致的图像, 最后送到用户的显示设备显示 出来。
在本实施例的技术方案中, 通过将源图像数据压缩为与传输通道格式一 致的传输图像并编码为图像码流数据, 并进一步将携带有源图像的格式信息 的传输图像的图像码流数据通过传输通道传输到接收端, 接收端将由传输通 道传输过来的该图像码流数据解码为传输图像, 并根据解析出的该源图像的 格式信息将由传输通道传输过来的传输图像恢复为源图像的大小, 从而在显 示终端进行显示, 在源图像与传输通道不一致的情况下, 能够恢复显示源图 像, 并且, 进一步地, 由于在接收端看到的图像的高宽比与发送端发送的图 像的高宽比完全一致, 因此在宽屏(例如: 16: 9 )和窄屏(例如: 4: 3 ) 的 显示终端共存的情况下, 若源图像为宽屏的格式, 能够实现在窄屏的显示终 端显示宽屏的比例, 可以使窄屏的显示终端更好地体验宽屏带来的视觉效果。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本 发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但 很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本 质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该 计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软盘, 硬盘或光盘 等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要求 书
1、 一种图像传输显示的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
根据传输通道格式信息将源图像压缩为与所述传输通道格式大小一致的 传输图像;
将所述传输图像编码生成图像码流数据;
将所述图像码流数据通过所述传输通道发送至接收端, 所述图像码流数 据携带有源图像的格式信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述根据传输通道的格 式信息将源图像压缩为通道格式大小的传输图像之前, 还包括:
获取传输通道的格式信息和源图像的格式信息。
3、 一种图像传输显示的发送装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
压缩单元, 用于根据传输通道的格式信息将源图像压缩为与所述传输通 道格式大小一致的传输图像;
编码单元, 用于将所述传输图像编码生成图像码流数据;
发送单元, 用于将所述图像码流数据通过所述传输通道发送至接收端, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格式信息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的发送装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
获取单元, 用于获取传输通道的格式信息和源图像的格式信息。
5、 一种图像传输显示的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收压缩为与传输通道格式大小一致的传输图像的图像码流数据, 所述 图像码流数据携带有源图像的格式信息;
将所述图像码流数据解码生成所述传输图像;
根据所述源图像的格式信息 , 将所述传输图像的恢复为源图像比例大小 并显示。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在将所述图像码流数据解 码生成所述传输图像之后还包括:
从所述解码后的传输图像的图像码流数据中解析出所述源图像的格式信 息。
7、 一种图像传输显示的接收装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收压缩为与传输通道格式大小一致的传输图像的图像 码流数据, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格式信息;
解码单元, 用于将所述图像码流数据解码生成所述传输图像;
恢复单元, 用于根据所述源图像的格式信息, 将所述传输图像的恢复为 源图像比例大小并显示。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的接收装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
解析单元, 用于从所述解码后的传输图像的图像码流数据中解析出所述 源图像的格式信息。
9、 一种图像传输显示的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 发送装置和接收装置, 所述发送装置用于根据传输通道的格式信息将源图像压缩为与所述传输 通道格式大小一致的传输图像; 将所述传输图像编码生成图像码流数据; 并 将所述图像码流数据通过所述传输通道发送至所述接收装置, 所述图像码流 数据携带有源图像的格式信息;
所述接收装置用于接收所述发送装置发送的压缩为与所述传输通道格式 大小一致的传输图像的图像码流数据, 所述图像码流数据携带有源图像的格 式信息; 将所述图像码流数据解码生成所述传输图像; 根据所述源图像的格 式信息, 将所述传输图像的恢复为源图像比例大小并显示。
