Abstract

본 발명은 난기류 지역의 바람이나 일정방향으로 불어오는 바람을 전기에너지로 만들어 내기 위하여 양기둥을 세워 주고 양기둥 위에는 발전시설을 갖춘 작업대를 설치하고 발전시설과 발전시설에는 수평회전축으로 된 지구형 회전체를 형성하여 불어오는 바람에 의하여 회전체가 회전하면서 발전에너지를 생산되어질 수 있게 하는 것과 수평회전축이 없이 양기둥의 발전실에 원구형 또는 口형 으로된 회전체를 직접 형성시켜주어 바람에 의하여 회전하면서 발전에너지를 생산되어질 수 있게 한 난기류용 풍력발전장치에 관한 것이다.
