Abstract

A wrist guard for bowling of the present invention enables a user to easily do swing adjustments (in a horizontal direction) or tilting adjustments (in a vertical direction) while the user is wearing the wrist guard, thereby providing convenience to the user. Further, since every part of an angle adjustment unit that performs the swing adjustments or the tilting adjustments is covered by a cover, external aesthetics are not damaged, and the skirt or the like of the user does not get snagged when a bowling ball is thrown whereby the user is able to concentrate on a bowling game.
