Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Dünnschichtsolarmoduls mit den Schritten: Bereitstellen eines ersten lichtdurchlässigen Substrats mit einem aktiven Bereich zum Wandeln von Sonnenenergie, Bereitstellen eines zweiten Substrats, Halten des ersten und zweiten Substrats parallel zueinander mit einem vorbestimmten Abstand zueinander, wobei der aktive Bereich zwischen ersten und zweiten Substrat angeordnet ist, Füllen des Zwischenraums mit einem flüssigen Material und Aushärten des flüssigen Materials wodurch der aktive Bereich verkapselt wird. Weiter betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Dünnschichtsolarmoduls mit den Schritten Bereitstellen eines ersten lichtdurchlässigen Substrats mit einem aktiven Bereich zum Wandeln von Sonnenenergie Aufbringen eines flüssigen Materials auf die Seite des lichtdurchlässigen Substrats mit dem aktiven Bereich, und Aushärten des flüssigen Materials wodurch der aktive Bereich verkapselt wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch entsprechend hergestellte Solarmodule.
