二、现有的条码采集器都 于嵌入式系统来工作,一般采用 WINCE系统, 导致基于 PC平台的应用软件必须按原 PC软件的流程重新编写嵌入式代码才能 在 WINCE系统上运行, 不便于用户使用。 而本发明实施例提供一种基于 PC架 构的条码采集终端, 无需另外开发第三方嵌入式软件, 直接面向 PC个人桌面计 算机的编程技术, 操作系统为 Windows XP或 Vista, 编程语言可以为 VC++、 VB、 DELPHI、 BC++、 JAVA等高级语言, 现有的基于 PC平台的应用软件可以 直接移植到本终端上使用, 不需作任何的修改, 实现了软件迅速移植或无需修 改就可直接安装使用的强大功效, 不仅节约了软件再次开发的成本, 还省去了 客户的后备配套设施, 大大方便了用户的使用。
例如, 在具体实施当中, 现有的基于 PC平台的盘点软件、 SQL数据库等软 件可以直接在本条码采集终端上安装使用, 不需要作任何的修改。 在盘点仓库 货物时, 通过条码采集模块采集完条码数据后, 即可在本终端上直接进行货物 盘点, 不需要将条码数据发送到其它的盘点电脑中, 操作非常方便。
三、 本条码采集终端标配为 PC机, 并设有 WIFI、 3G/GPRS . 蓝牙、 USB 等传输端口, 同时预留了选配功能端口, 可插入条码扫描模组、 RFID模组等。 其中, 3G/GPRS可以实现超远程数据传输, 只要有信号覆盖的地方就可以进行 数据传输, 适用于全世界范围的物流和盘点, 采集到的数据可以现场预处理或 直接实时传回到总部进行数据汇总。 本发明将激光扫描器信息传感技术与互联 网连接起来, 通过网络连接使扫描获得的条码信息迅速传输, 既节约了社会成 本,又使信息传输更加便捷。并且,在 WIFI无线局域网内还可以看到网上邻居, 方便用户随时进行数据传输和沟通。
四、 区别于嵌入式的硬件架构,本终端具有超大的硬盘空间,可以安装 SQL 数据库, 可以运行大型程序, 不需要再担心系统资源少、 不够用的问题。 并且, 本条码采集终端采用的 CPU为 Intel最新推出的高性能 CPU, 该 CPU的特点是 将条码采集终端和嵌入式功能集于一身, 速度更快, 发热量更低, 并且不再像 现有的电脑一样需要风扇, 实现无噪音无机械运动部件, 降低系统故障率。
五、 本条码采集终端具有手持的小巧特点, 携带方便。 并且, 本条码采集 终端整机内侧周边还设有软橡胶, 使本终端具有防跌落性能和防水性能。 液晶 屏为嵌入式 LCD, 并加抗震橡胶和紧固钢板, 比笔记本有更高的抗震性能, 硬 盘也采用闪存固态硬盘, 避免硬盘因高速旋转而掉在地上损坏的情况出现。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的条码采集终端, 由条码采集模块、 控制处 理模块、 数据传输模块等部件组成, 其中控制处理模块采用 PC 架构并运行 Windows操作系统, 于 PC平台的软件无需修改即可迅速移植到本终端上, 充分利用社会现有软件资源和减少软件重复开发, 大大方便用户的使用。 本条 码采集终端设计成一台功能强大的掌上电脑, 兼具了电脑的所有特性和功能, 同时还可以扩展 3G/GPRS、 蓝牙等功能; 并且预留了 RFID选配端口, 可根据 客户需求实现扫描电子标签功能。 本终端具有手持的小巧特点, 携带方便, 并 具有防跌落性能和防水性能。 本条码采集终端可应用于货运、 仓库盘点、 身份 证或驾驶证识别、 远程抄表等领域。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 本技术是世界首次釆用 PC 架构的条码采集终端, 具有极大的先进性, 从根本上解决了以往嵌入式采集器 的软件使用局限性, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原 理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种条码采集终端, 其特征在于, 包括壳体和设置在该壳体中的条码采 集模块、 控制处理模块和数据传输模块;
所述条码采集模块与所述控制处理模块相连接, 所述条码采集模块通过发 射激光采集条码数据, 并将条码数据传送至所述控制处理模块;
所述控制处理模块采用 PC构架, 其上运行基于 Windows系统的程序, 对 所述条码数据进行控制处理;
所述数据传输模块与所述控制处理模块相连接, 在所述控制处理模块的控 制下对外传输数据。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的条码釆集终端, 其特征在于, 所述条码釆集终端还 设有用于存储条码数据、 程序、 数据库的存储模块, 所述存储模块与所述控制 处理模块相连接。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的条码釆集终端, 其特征在于, 所述条码釆集终端还 设有电源管理模块, 当检测到所述条码釆集模块在特定时长内未执行扫描功作 时, 自动切断所述条码釆集模块的电源; 所述电源管理模块与所述控制处理模 块相连接。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的条码采集终端, 其特征在于, 所述条码采集终端还 设有显示模块, 所述显示模块采用嵌入式液晶屏, 液晶屏的周边设有钢板定位 框和软橡胶。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的条码采集终端, 其特征在于, 所述条码采集终端还 设有触摸屏, 所述液晶屏与所述触摸屏相互重叠地安装在壳体的前端, 且所述 触摸屏覆盖在所述液晶屏界面上。
6、 如权利要求 1 ~ 5 任一项所述的条码采集终端, 其特征在于, 所述控制 处理模块的主板上还设有 3G/GPRS端口和蓝牙端口。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的条码采集终端, 其特征在于, 所述控制处理模块设 有标准 PS/2接口,所述条码采集模块通过 PS/2接口与所述控制处理模块相连接。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的条码采集终端, 其特征在于, 所述控制处理模块的 主板上设有接入 RFID模组的选配功能端口。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的条码采集终端, 其特征在于, 所述条码采集终端还 设有控制按键, 所述控制按键设置在所述壳体外侧, 并与所述控制处理模块电 连接。
10、 如权利要求 9 所述的条码采集终端, 其特征在于, 所述条码采集终端 整机内侧周边设有软橡胶。
