Abstract

A method and a device for estimating channel quality, and a radio receiver, relating to the technical field of radio communications, solve the problem that channel quality estimation is not exact by reason that effective signal to interference plus noise ratio obtained by computing is not exact, in existing method for estimating channel quality. Because the sum of a channel matrix and an estimation error of the channel matrix is used during computing an equalization matrix, and the sum is a channel estimation matrix, the accuracy of effective signal to interference plus noise ratio obtained by computing using the equalization matrix is better, thereby enhancing the accuracy of the channel quality estimation. The method is mainly applied in a scene with a signal dataflow transmission and multi-receiving-antenna in a radio communication system.
