本发明的基本思想是: 通过包括建立个人网、 释放个人网、 个人网设 备加入个人网、 个人网设备离开个人网在内任一种管理方式或多种管理方 式的组合, 实现对个人网所进行的管理; 其中, 建立个人网包括: 个人网 设备请求对端设备的模式; 当收到对端设备返回的模式为个人网网关时, 个人网设备请求个人网网关建立个人网; 个人网网关向个人网服务器发送 注册请求; 个人网服务器存储个人网的信息。
这里需要指出的是: 所述对端设备是相对于发起请求的设备而言的, 发起请求的设备即为本端设备, 本端设备发起请求前, 会搜索邻近的对端 设备并请求获取对端设备的模式。 比如, 本发明中, 个人网设备向个人网 网关发送建立个人网的请求之前, 个人网设备需要先寻找到一个工作在个 人网网关模式下的设备, 这时个人网设备可能会向周围不止一个对端设备 请求获取它们的模式, 如果一个对端设备返回的结果不是个人网网关, 则 个人网设备不再继续向该对端设备发送建立个人网的请求。
下面结合附图对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述。
一种管理个人网的方法, 该方法主要包括以下内容:
一、 建立个人网, 由个人网设备发起, 如图 1 所示, 该建立流程主要 包括的内容为:

二、 释放个人网, 分为两种情况:
情况一, 由个人网设备或者个人网网关发起个人网释放。 如图 2所示 为个人网设备发起个人网释放的流程, 该释放流程主要包括的内容为: bl.个人网设备向个人网网关发送释放 (删除)个人网的请求。
b2.个人网网关向个人网服务器发送释放(删除)个人网的请求。
b3.个人网服务器删除个人网的信息。
b4.个人网服务器向个人网网关返回响应。
b5.个人网网关向个人网设备返回响应。
b6.个人网网关通知属于该个人网的其他每个个人网设备该个人网被释 放(删除)。

一个个人网中的设备根据其能力的不同, 可能具备上述三种模式中的 任意一种或多种的组合, 但通常同一时刻只工作在其中一种模式之下。 比 如, 在上述建立个人网的流程中, 一个个人网设备比如个人网设备 A请求 获取对端设备的模式, 对端设备此时为个人网网关, 具体可以通过询问个 人网网关是否具有个人网网关的能力, 例如访问互联网的能力、 以及个人 网网关当前是否愿意工作在个人网网关的模式下来实现。 可能在个人网设 备 A询问之前, 个人网网关并不工作在个人网网关的模式下, 但当个人网 设备 A询问时, 个人网网关有能力成为个人网网关并且也愿意成为个人网 网关, 以工作在个人网网关的模式下, 此时, 个人网网关会切换其模式为 个人网网关的模式, 并向个人网设备 A返回其切换后的模式为个人网网关 的模式。

用户 A的手机的模式为个人网网关、 MP4播放器的模式为个人网设备, 二者都支持蓝牙协议,用户 A的 MP4播放器邀请用户 A的手机一起建立个 人网。 建立流程包括以下步骤:

所述建立个人网包括: 个人网设备请求对端设备的模式, 当收到对端 设备返回的模式为个人网网关时, 所述个人网设备请求所述个人网网关建 立个人网; 所述个人网网关向个人网服务器发送注册请求; 所述个人网服 务器存储个人网的信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述管理单元, 进一 步用于在个人网设备发起所述建立个人网的情况下, 在个人网设备请求个 人网网关的模式前, 个人网设备和个人网网关发现彼此并建立物理链接。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述管理单元, 进一 步用于在个人网设备发起所述释放个人网的情况下, 个人网设备发送释放 个人网的请求给个人网网关; 个人网网关发送释放个人网的请求给个人网 服务器; 个人网服务器删除个人网的信息; 个人网网关通知属于所述个人 网的其他每个个人网设备所述个人网被释放; 其中, 所述其他每个个人网 设备为: 个人网中除发起所述释放个人网的请求的个人网设备之外的设备。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述管理单元, 进一 步用于在个人网网关发起所述释放个人网的情况下, 个人网网关发送释放 个人网的请求给个人网服务器; 个人网服务器删除个人网的信息; 个人网 网关通知属于所述个人网的所有个人网设备所述个人网被释放。
18、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述管理单元, 进一 步用于在个人网服务器发起所述释放个人网的情况下, 个人网服务器经由 个人网网关通知属于所述个人网的所有个人网设备所述个人网将被释放; 个人网服务器删除个人网的信息。
19、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述管理单元, 进一 步用于个人网设备主动申请所述加入个人网的情况下, 个人网设备请求个 人网网关的模式; 个人网网关将模式为个人网网关返回给所述个人网设备; 所述个人网设备询问所述个人网网关是否已经属于一个个人网; 所述个人 网网关将属于的个人网返回给所述个人网设备; 所述个人网设备向所述个 人网网关发送加入所属于的所述个人网的请求, 加入所述个人网。
20、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述管理单元, 进一 步用于在个人网设备被其他设备邀请所述加入个人网, 所述其他设备为个 人网网关的情况下, 个人网网关请求个人网设备的模式; 个人网设备将模 式为个人网设备返回给所述个人网网关; 所述个人网网关向所述个人网设 备发送邀请个人网设备加入个人网的请求, 加入所述个人网。
21、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述管理单元, 进一 步用于在个人网设备发起所述离开个人网的情况下, 所述个人网设备通知 所述个人网网关所述个人网设备将离开所述个人网; 所述个人网网关请求 个人网服务器更新个人网的信息; 个人网服务器更新所述个人网的信息, 所述个人网设备离开所述个人网。
