OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is to introduce the an efficient role of natural compounds fructooligosaccharides, Steroidal saponins derived from plant specie Agave as a plant growth promoter in agriculture field. This plant specie has properties which can be utilized as a plant growth promoter. Plant specie Agave has natural Compounds like fructooligosaccharides, Steroidal saponins. Which have promoting properties for the agricultural field. This product is also very cost effective as the ingredient compounds are synthesized naturally from plant specie Agave. The main difference between the commonly used existing growth promoter and proposed product is that the currently used existing product is totally ecofriendly and non toxic whereas the other products are toxic to non targeted organism and also environmental pollutant and the it is making plant strong by synthesizing of cellulose of activation of the cellulose synthese enzyme. That is enhancing plant fighting capacity to the disease. The available plant growth promoter is synthetic plant hormones, which is very costly while this invention is natural product and is cost effective.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
This invention is based on effective role of compounds fructooligosaccharides, Steroidal saponins derived from plant specie Agave as a plant growth promoter in agriculture field. This invention is making plant strong by synthesizing of cellulose of activation of the cellulose syntheses enzyme. That is enhancing plant fighting capacity to the disease also. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This invention is based on natural compounds like fructooligosaccharides, Steroidal saponins derived from plant specie Agave as a plant growth promoter in agriculture field.
Freshly Agave sp. plant has to crush in an aqueous solvent system and than it filtrates with distilled water system. They also used it as a sweetener and for special celebratory beverages. Some agave contains a high level of polifructana or insulin. A gentle enzymatic process has been developed which transforms the polifructana into a simple fructose and dextrose syrup, a pure natural sweetener called agave syrup. The agave syrup is 100% natural that contains fructose up to 86% such as many other properties and minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and much more. The fructose is an excellent sweeten and some of the best in all over the market. This kind of simple sugar do not requires insulin in their first faces for being metabolized, that is why is well recommended for use and consumption for diabetics. The power of sweeten is about 130% in comparison with a sucrose (in same portions) and it has a dietetic value. Many times crops fail to produce optimum yields in spite of proper nutrient supply. Physiological inefficiency in plants is responsible for such effects.
Plant Growth Promoter- It is those substances used for better management of Nutrients and Plant growth. These Plant Growth Promoters play a major role in seed germination, fruit ripening, enhances uptake of nutrients, boost protein synthesis, augment immunity and helps to withstand stress conditions, reduce flower and fruit drop and help in better plant growth. Commonly plant growth regulators are auxins, gibberellins, ethylene thereof. There is growing interest in Natural alternatives. Below is the list of Plant Growth Promoters also called as Bio Agri inputs based on ingredients of Biological origin.
Fructooligosaccharide
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) also sometimes called oligofructose or oligofructan, is a class of oligosaccharides used as an artificial or alternative sweetener. FOS exhibits sweetness levels between 30 and 50 percent of sugar in commercially-prepared syrups. Its use emerged in the 1980s in response to consumer demand for healthier and calorie- reduced foods. The term oligosaccharide refers to a short chain of sugar molecules (in the case of FOS, fructose molecules). Oligo means few, and saccharide means sugar.
Role of Fructooligosaccharide
Fructooligosaccharide is fructans that is balancing all hormonal as well as enzymatic activity in the plant tissues that is regulate plant growth, in absence of this compound plant do not do growth, it gives hi nutritional value of organic carbon and activate oxidative posphorilation Saponins
Saponins are a class of chemical compounds, one of many secondary metabolites found in natural sources, with saponins found in particular abundance in various plant species.
Role of saponins
In plants, saponins may serve as anti-feedants and to protect the plant against microbes and fungi" Some plant saponins (e.g. from oat and spinach) may enhance nutrient absorption and aid in animal digestion. However, saponins are often bitter to taste, and so can reduce plant palatability (e.g., in livestock feeds), or even imbue them with life- threatening animal toxicity. Data make clear that some saponins are toxic to cold-blooded organisms and insects at particular concentrations. This compound is one type of the natural steroids derivative that can helpful in the plant growth and development that is helpful in the production of the plant secondary metabolites like flavenoids, alkeloids etc. that make plant strength against the protection of environmental stresses like salts , wind , rain drought thereof.
Mechanism of the invention
The mechanism of invention is that it is newly claimed two compounds are acting as growth regulator on the plant as like to enhance chlorophyll content, increase enzymatic activity like protease, lipase, peptidase, glycosidase, peroxides activity and balancing all endogenous level hormones like Auxin, Gibberellins, Cytol inine, Abscisic acid.
The fructooligosaccharides is use full in making fast growth of the plant in this condition plans being weak in secondary strength that condition the steroidal saponins help to produce secondary metabolite to provide strength to fight environmental stresses. The invented compound is natural compound synthesized in the Agave Sp. that is wildly grow any ware and synthesized compounds in a fructooligosaccharide 49.22%, and steroidal saponins 23%. And also these compounds are available in chipset rate in chemically synthesized form.
