There are several ways to enter data product identification or identification product family. [B2] a means of transmitting data to said mobile devices,
[B3] means suitable to process the search query,
[B4] means preparing a response (230, 314, 416) to said query taking into account such criteria, wherein said response includes at least one personalized information that takes into account the data relating to the product or concerning all products of this family and these selection criteria.
20 - Use of a system according to claim 19, for the selection of food by users who have a food intolerance, wherein said selection criteria into account said food intolerance.
