Abstract

A construction element, the thickness (5) of which is formed by an alternation of one or more sheets of flat cardboard (2, 3) pasted together with one or more sheets of corrugated cardboard (4). The thickness (5) of said construction element also comprises at least one structuring stiffener (8), extending across the height (6) and/or width (7) thereof. The invention also relates to a construction method using such construction elements.
